Had a chip in my windshield of my brand new 2025 SUV that instantly turned into a crack through the entire thing. I had made a fb post asking for auto glass shop recommendations and most everyone recommended discount auto glass. I checked their yelp reviews and they are stellar as well. I called yesterday mid day for a quote. They quoted me $805. I called 4 other places in town to compare prices and they all varied from $850-$1200 . So of course I called discount auto glass back and made the appt for this morning at 8:30. I dropped my car off and they were done by 11am. The final bill was $805, exactly what he quoted me on the phone. This is how it should be done! They made this process so quick and easy and I couldn't be happier with my new windshield. They truly are the cheapest in town, quick and reliable. I highly recommend this shop for all your auto glass needs! And I'll definitely come back again if me or my family ever needs it!!! read more

They're punctual and have great prices even without insurance. I needed my daughter's windshield replaced quickly and they got me in and out in no time. read more

10 out of 10 service. I was in and out of there within 30 minutes. The gentleman upfront were both very nice & quick. Pricing was great too. $45 for this tiny chip where as another place wanted $100 for the same chip (size of a dime). Will be back if something else happens, but let's hope not! Thanks guys! read more

Great all around experience using Discount Auto Glass. Cracked my front car windshield and called a bunch of auto repair shops in town. Discount Auto Glass had the best price so I took my shot at visiting. The guys working the spot were awesome. Booked an appointment during the week before work. I was quoted an hour and a half. They called me only an hour later! Very quick, very easy, and it looks great! Very happy with my choice to visit. read more

This place is the real deal. He's honest, knows what he's doing and you can't beat the price. He even called me back unlike other places in town.Best glass place in Santa Rosa! read more

Good prices. Excellent service. What more do you need? They even do diagnostic on the vehicle- all included.

Let's start at the beginning, replacing my F250 front windshield! then....WHO TO PICK? So many glass folks out there to chose from and so many different prices????? I got lucky and decided to give Discount a try, mostly because of the reviews of not only great service but accolades to the owner, Mike. After getting a number of quotes via 'yelp' reaching out on my behalf, I decided on Discount for two reasons. He didn't say, "I'll beat any price"! (his prices are beyond competitive) but his willingness to accommodate and HE DOESN'T OVERBOOK! Forcing you to wait and wait and wait. Your appointment is YOUR appointment! Now for the work itself, my new glass was installed as promised, looking absolutely great...but heck it is new it should look great and not any issues with work quality. So, add to Discount Auto Glass location over on W 3rd St in Santa Rosa. This location is phenomenal so convenient allowing you to have a choice of sitting in the waiting room or walk five minutes, if even that, to Old Railroad Square to have a coffee, lunch, shop or hop on the Smart Train for a ride to whatever destination you choose. I mean, come on how convenient is that. AND the last little tidbit of everything Mike (and his assistant also a great guy) is my final cost....I went to pay and asked/told him, you didn't charge sales tax?! The reply was a grand slam at the ball park of, TAX is INCLUDED! Followed by, our quote is exactly what you pay...nothing hidden or extra at the end. So, if you haven't figured it out by now~~~~this review is telling you, don't shop around, save time and most certainly money by simply scheduling your appointment with Discount Auto Glass. Then go have a coffee at The Branch (best coffee around) and enjoy everything Old Railroad Square has to offer. Tell Mike, the dirty F250 sent you~~~LOL! read more

Discount has fixed a few bad breaks for me over the last 10yrs. I work around lots of flying debris, windows get busted from time to time. They are perfect for me because they are affordable and I can get my trucks back to the jobsites really fast. The last truck I brought in was a Chevy with a leaking window seal. The cab stayed dry all winter. Success! Thanks Discount auto glass. read more

Needing to fix auto glass sucks any way you look at it. I've been here twice in the last couple years to have window regulators replaced. They quickly got the jobs done for a fair price. I called around SR before coming here and got all sorts of quotes- one place kept calling me back lowering their price which didn't go over well with me. Just give a fair price-Discount Auto did! read more

I can only say great things about this business! My dad has a company and owns many cars so when something happens they are the first people he goes too. The brothers that own this business are so real and honest. They have me a great price and had the work done right when I wanted it done..and quick too!! I posted a before and after below of my car. Unfortunately someone broke into the back of my car in December right before Christmas. =/ I didn't have the money to replace my car so when my dad called these guys up they had me come over right away and they cleaned up all the glass and put a professional plastic wrap on it to hold me over until I could come back and pay to get it fixed. About four months later I called him back and was ready to get my back windshield fixed. The reason why I had to wait is because my back windshield was made of a special glass so it was going to be more expensive. Not nearly as cheap as your typical back windshield. He was so professional and quick that I had to write a great review from him. He gave me the best deal he could find and didn't take advantage of me at all. I went to advanced auto glass last time and he raked me over the coals in price to replace my previous cars front windshield after a rock flew into it on the freeway. Unfortunately these kind of things happen and you have to know the right people to go too or else you'll be in trouble paying hundreds of bucks! Overall they were amazing and I am so happy I finally was able to get the work done! 5 stars guys! read more

My experience at Discount Auto Glass was 100% positive. The process was reasonable and the service was fast, friendly, and polite.

I highly recommend this place. They were quick, honest and affordable. We saved over 100$ coming here compared to other places in the area. The one thing I would say would have been nice is if they vacuumed the car better because we had glass shards everywhere, even after they vacuumed. read more

Could not recommend a business more highly!!! These guys are fantastic. Had a massive crack in a windshield from a road trip. I called Discount, got a live person on the phone after one ring, the representative was incredibly knowledgeable, gave me a FANTASTIC quote right over the phone, and the car was in and repaired the next day. They were so kind and polite, did fantastic work, finished more quickly than promised, and the repair cost was incredibly reasonable. Just a wonderful, sincere team with incredible expertise. Would never dream of using anyone else. Don't bother calling around, you'll get the best prices and service with Discount, hands down! read more

They fixed two chips in my windshield but on one of them they bubbled my shading so now it stands out as a spot. Not good. They said that I should have told them ahead of time that I had shading. Seems to me that he should have asked since I don't know what their process is. read more

Straight and to the point. No pressure or upselling. I caught a rock to the windshield while driving on the freeway. The crack was a combination bullseye and star, about the size of a quarter. I walked in and asked for an estimate, got one right away, and was on the road a half hour later. Thankfully, it only needed a fill. Professional, honest work. I highly recommend Discount Auto Glass! read more

This place is awesome! Called on Friday, got me in by Monday, and had my windshield replaced in an hour. I went to see them today because I was worried about my windshield. They set my fears to rest, answered all my questions and ran a diagnostic on my ADAS. My rearview mirror was left wobbly by someone else and they fixed it no problem. Professional and friendly. Definitely a great value! read more

These guys are awesome! I went to them a few years ago to get a window issue fixed and remembered how great they were...responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, and reasonable prices...so I had another issue today and stopped by and it was fixed within minutes, complimentary. I was trying to sell my car at a dealership and they wanted to take hundreds of dollars off of their offer because of my window issue and tried to tell me it was going to cost me hundreds to repair. That's when I remembered these guys and I am so glad I did...and they were open on a Saturday! I got so lucky and feel really appreciative about the service I got. Thank you! read more

After trying to get a repair through my insurance from a national glass company (going twice when they told me to show up at 7:00 am only to be told the part wasn't in), my insurance finally referred me to Discount Auto Glass. I was told that they would probably need my car all day. They had it finished in 3 hours. The office and shop isn't much to look at: it looks kind of fly-by-night at first glance. But don't let that fool you. I got first-rate service and the guys were very helpful and friendly. read more

Mike & Samir are great guys - gave me a very good price on a BB Gunshot through a back window. Apparently it's an annual activity for Santa Rosa High School seniors to drive around and shoot at people's cars with BB Guns!! Oh how I love you and your backward ways, Santa Rosa. The tiny pick ups with massive lift kits so you need a ladder to get into your car, racing down small residential streets where children walk, ladies with babies giving you the finger because they're having a rough day - my Heart grows fonder with every derelict move that happens each and every day. Did I cut you off? well, now you're flipping the bird at me because there are no apologies. WoW - driving rant, called this shop, they gave me a good price, scheduled for the next day, easy in and out. I bought myself breakfast and sat in the waiting room - Samir cracked me up - very funny guy, and Mike took the appointment and replaced the window in a timely fasion. Super Appreciated - every town should have a go-to auto window shop because face it, stupid people happen, and it's up to you to go through the hassle of getting it replaced. This was as Hassle-Free as possible! Much appreciated!! read more
