I was driving on the free way and a huge rock hit my car and made a crack that spread immediately, about 8-9inches total. I contacted Ronnie through yelp for a quote as well as other places. After some research I knew the avg price of a windshield and what I was willing to pay. I was quoted 275$ by another auto glass company but they weren't available to replace it for 3 days. Another auto-glass company requested my cars vin number and quoted me 350$ based on my vin number. Ronnie over at priceless didn't need the vin info since he asked me basic questions about my car, he quoted me the best price, he had the windshield in stock AND he was able to take me in the next morning at 830am. I even made it to work on time, it took about 45min. I am thoroughly satisfied with my windshield and will continue to give priceless auto glass my business. read more

I pulled in to get a repair done on a custom window on my van. Omar immediately had a great suggestion and unlike others in town, he quoted a fair price AND he said he could do all the work himself. Then he said he could get it done the next day and completed in a few hours. He did and his work is so good! I am so glad I remembered him. (He repaired a windshield a while back!) I'll always go to him for glass work and I hope you do, too! read more

Best auto glass shop in town 10/10 recommend this shop definitely worth it my gwt was perfect

They are awesome professional and very reasonable! Highly recommend them for all of your glass needs read more

Excellent, fast service!! Came in with a shattered back window and the job was done the next morning! We will definitely be using their services again when needed! read more

Came here a couple months ago when I needed an "emergency" windshield replacement. They were able to get the windshield I needed and set up an appointment for me in under 24 hours. Every other place I called quoted me WEEKS out and for very similar pricing. They were completely finished in under an hour from when I dropped it off. Highly recommend them for windshield replacements. read more

Great service quality and value. This business was able to see me very quickly and I had a new car windshield in twenty four hours. I would definitely return and recommend the professional service and staff that I interacted with. read more

Got my windshield fixed quickly and for an affordable price. Would definitely recommend Priceless Auto Glass to others.

Nice people, quick and prop service, very professional, and I definitely go to them again. And they did a great job.

I got my windshield chipped by a rock on the freeway. The guys at Priceless Autoglass did a great job replacing the windshield at a very reasonable price. They also did it very quickly. Really nice guys, too. I highly recommend them. read more

I arrived shortly after closing with a problem not related to auto glass. I was in need of help. Northing was open. I was far from home. The folks at Priceless Auto Glass immediately and competently all pitched in to get my car working and me back on the road. They wouldn't accept payment; they just did it out of the kindness in their hearts. So helpful. So pleasant. So capable. So kind. Goodness deserves reward, so if you need auto glass, please go to Priceless Auto Glass. read more

Got the job done, and price was great. Wish the staff came across a little more friendly.

Great experience! Everyone was very helpful and pleasant to work with! They replaced my windshield in less then an hour! Reasonable pricing too! Would definitely recommend! Thanks Priceless Auto Glass for putting me back on the road with a clear view! read more

I had requested a quote for a window several months ago from a different business which I never heard back on. My window remained taped until this past week when I borrowed my mom's car and someone broke a window on her car (talk about bad luck!). I called the same business as before and they did not answer. I called Priceless on Saturday, got a quote for both windows, and had them both replaced the following Monday. Staff was friendly and communicated clearly - thanks for picking up the phone & handling quickly! read more

I had a small pock in my windshield. It had a fissure spreading out, so I knew I'd have to fix it soon before it became a bigger problem. I contacted the windshield repair people that have a TV ad running. Their nearest shop is in San Rafael. 100. bucks. Add 29. and they'd come to my place. AND they wouldn't be able to do the work right away, because they are very busy. Well, my insurance deductible is 100. So the other day I'm driving on Santa Rosa Ave, and I see Price-Less. I went in out of curiosity, just to get a quote. They not only had time, but fixed it within about 15 minutes, saved the windshield and cost me only 40.!!!! I would SO recommend them! read more

Will never go anywhere else. Fast service, great prices and awesome staff. Got my windshield fixed timely and perfectly and I am one super happy customer !!! Highly recommended !!! read more

I called priceless auto glass to get a quote for a windshield replacement. The person I spoke with seemed like he was busy and couldn't be bothered. I gave him the make and model of my car. He said a few different windshields came up for my car but he didn't have time to give me a ballpark quote. I would give zero stars if I could. The customer service is horrible. I called a different shop and the guy gave me a quote right away over the phone. He also knew right off the bat what windshield I needed for my car. If you want good customer service I don't recommend this place. read more

Disappointed. They weren't very busy but they didn't seem like they wanted my business. They tried to argue with me over windshield chips to replace the whole thing but I'm on a limited income so I just wanted what the insurance could pay for for. They took the work unenthusiasticly and then after I filled out the paperwork and got back in my car I realized that of the two chips that I asked them to fix, one they miss completely and the other one they did a terrible job. I won't be back again. What a hassle. I would give one star but the guy who helped was friendly read more

Quick and easy!! These guys did a great job and have excellent pricing. I rolled out of there in under 20 minutes with a repaired rock chip in my windshield and a newly mounted rear view mirror. I left there feeling like I got great service and a screaming deal and I wouldn't hesitate to visit this shop again. Top notch! read more

I had a leak in the windshield of my 2010 mercedes. They originally diagnosed the leak from the sunroof. It still leaked. I took the car back and they found the leak in the windshield and stood behind their guarantee from the first attempt and fixed the leak for no additional charge. I was treated fairly and was impressed with their customer service. I am happy to recommend them read more

I definitely recommend this place! They got me in for a chip repair right away, even though they were closing in 10 minutes. The technician also found another chip that I had not noticed yet. They even gave me a deal on the second chip fix. They are very reasonable. read more

Excellent customer service!! They don't over charge, and is quality work. Got my windshield done here for 100 bucks cheaper than other windshield repair places. I also took another car in for chip repair. It's been 8 months and is perfect! Highly recommend Priceless read more

The company is courteous and has great pricing! The company rep was helpful and fair. Highly recommend. I took my Toyota Tundra 06' and it looks great! read more

I had called Advanced Auto Glass & received a quote over the phone of $365. There was determined communication that they would meet anyone's price. The next day I got an unexpected call quoting me $325 with the assurance again that they would meet anyone's price. I was driving down the road a few days later & decided to call & check the price at Priceless. They quoted me $99 which really surprised me. Advanced Auto Glass was charging over 3 times that amount. I made an appt. immediately, which I had to change numerous times. They were always courteous & accommodating. I made it in, got my windshield replaced while I had breakfast, and was on my way for $108. It certainly does pay to check pricing, & obviously Advanced Auto knows there's less expensive places, yet prefers to rip off their customers ignorance. I highly recommend Priceless Auto Glass. read more

I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the work provided by Priceless Glass. In less than one month after receiving a replacement windshield I experienced severe leakage while going through a CARWASH. Presently I am at a competing business and receiving excellent service. I have been shown by respective staff at the present business that Priceless Glass were seriously remiss in their duties as professionals. Missing adhesive in some places along the windshield, also failure to remove adhesive prior to beginning the job along other places along the windshield. To all consumers reading this review I suggest you bypass Priceless Glass for professional services elsewhere. read more

This place was exemplary... I called earlier in the day, after previously inquiring thru Yelp messaging. I was given the quote online and they followed through. They finished my car before the time they had originally said, Polite, professional, and respectful. Would definitely recommend, and be customer to again. read more

So quick and thorough! Great price, friendly and professional. While I hope to not need them again, if something happens with my car windows I'll definitely be back. read more

You'd think that a local place like this would care about its customers enough to give them good quality glass. Well that's wrong. I had my passenger window replaced here after my car was broken into and had to go back within a few months to have it adjusted because it wasn't rolling up properly. Well just my luck today I went into advanced auto glass to have another repair and I told them about the issue. Well they sure did a better job because they told me the first problem about the repair was that they used cheap glass made in China. Save your dollars and go somewhere else. read more

Quick fast and friendly. Got me in same day with windshield in stock. Took care of all insurance paperwork. Very busy place, sure sign of popularity of this business. read more

The service was awesome and the repair was even better. Quick and to the point. I highly recommend this place.

Fast, courteous and GOOD! I would recommend them highly and will use them again!

My wife, & I took our 2004 Lincoln aviator in to have the window's regulator re-place, they did the job the next day for $250.00 they took extra care,& time to complete this repair. Everything that they stated, we got in writing. We would use them again, fair price, good work, highly recommend Priceless. They take good care of their customers! read more

Super affordable fast and great service they always make sure you are given the best care for your vehicle highly recommend

Called this shop at 3:30 pm today after being stood up on Tuesday by Advanced Auto Glass and today by Auto Glass Now and both men in the office were so nice! Both were so helpful and informative. They had my windshield in stock and showed up at my house as promised within one hour of my phone call. Two men arrived and my windshield was replaced within 30 minutes. They cleaned up after themselves and made the process simple, affordable and fast from the initial phone call to the completed installation. I will defiantly use this company again! They price match and perform mobile service. read more

My Nissan Xterra had a cracked windshield from one side to the other. I stopped in at this place and was given an excellent price, much lower than many other shops, and told that they had my size windshield in stock. I called a few days later and took my car down there. Done in 45 minutes at an excellent price! And most importantly the staff were all very friendly. While I was paying another employee pulled my car right up to the door with the ac running and everything! Excellent service for a new business! Would use them again! read more

Excellent service, communication and price. Ronnie and his team are trust worthy and stand behind their work, they took every step to make sure that I was satisfied with the quality of work done. I had them replace 2 windshields for a little more than the price of 1 windshield quoted by Advanced Auto Glass who quoted the same brand windshields. If your windshield is not in their stock, Ronnie is able to order your glass & install same day. Each of my windshield was installed in less than 1 hr. I usually do not leave business review but, felt compelled to due to the excellent experience. BTW, it's been 3 weeks since my glass was replaced and no issues with their installation. Thanks, Ronnie and Omar! read more

Great quality and great service. These guys are the best. Do yourself a favor, and choose this place. I'm glad I did.

These guys were fantastic. Their price was very fair, lower than their competition by $100.00 with no haggling. They changed my truck's windshield within the time promised. Their attitudes were very positive. If I ever need an auto windshield replaced, I will go to Priceless. read more
