I had a huge crack in my windshield and got pulled over for it. They had an appointment for me to get it fixed the very next day. They were right on time for when they said they would have it done. Everyone there was very friendly and informative. Very affordable glass was put into my windshield, and even better than the manufacturers windshield that was originally put in! Very happy with my service! Thank you!! read more

Amazing price, they were so fast and very kind! I highly recommend them and will definitely be going back!

BEST service, BEST quality, BEST price. I had a large crack in my windshield, and the first company that was scheduled to fix it did not call me back for two weeks or return any of my messages. I called Advanced Auto Glass, and Hector answered immediately. He ordered the windshield and had it installed the next day, and worked with my insurance so I didn't have to do anything! It was genuinely the easiest transaction I have ever had! When I dropped my car off at the shop, I found out that he had ordered my windshield while he was on vacation. Definitely above and beyond. All the guys that worked at the shop were extremely nice. Hector even helped me figure out another issue that was going on with my car. It was awesome to be able to find a locally owned business that cares so much about their customers. You won't find better!!!!! Wish I could give 10 stars!!!! :) read more

I've been to AAA 2 times in the past few years. One time to buy a windshield for a project car, another time to get a replacement windshield. Both times I have been treated great. Great service, great work , and great price. Workers didn't mind explaining things and helping out during the process since I used my insurance. I hope I don't have to go back them but if I do need any glass work done, I'm happy to know I've found a great shop that's local. read more

They had my windshield in stock and replaced it within the hour. Apparently University Honda in Davis farms out work to this place. That should say a fair amount. It's off the beaten path (then off that path and then turn right) and that's fine by me. Price is right and they had my glass in stock. They may not have yours on hand, but I'm sure they can get it. Nothing too glitzy about this place but I have new glass up front and that's what counts. $160 out the door. Couldn't find anyone who would beat that price. Or even come close to it. read more

Affordable Auto Glass - No joke. $160 out the door for a new windshield. - Auto Glass Services Near Me - Dixon, California

I had two of my car's windshields replaced here. After picking them up, I realized the windshield wipers didnt work on one of them. I brought the car back, but the mechanic would not even take a look at the problem and brushed us off as if it wasnt his problem. He was adiment that he did not unbolt anything. After bring the car home I realized the wiper arms were not installed correctly. A quick look at my car would have made him a life long customer, but now i will not return. I was lucky and found out the easy way. There are plenty if other windshield replacement shops around. I'd go to those first. read more

My husband and I had a terrible experience with the owner "Frank".We bought a Dodge van from him for $5,500....only to find out that the Kelly bluebook listed it at $ 2,000.....he insisted that the price was $ 4,500-$ 5,500 in the Kelly bluebook....we had no reason to not believe him...we have spent a lot of money over the years @ Affordable Auto Care. Frank had the nerve to offer us $ 1,000 for our Dodge Van.....total insult. We really felt totally ripped off. Julie Barbetti read more

The owner is always reasonable on pricing and does great work! He's replaced a few windows for me on a couple different vehicles, as well as filled rock chips. He's always super honest too! read more

So thankful we have such a great place in town. I had a big rig kick up something into my windshield, and sent glass flying! No fixing that, it needed to be replaced. It was a dealer part and had to be calibrated because of all the sensors. Unlike the company my insurance wanted me to go through, Affordable was able to get it done super quick, which I greatly appreciated so I could get back to work. Also, super helpful that they have the calibration machine because it saved me a trip to the dealership. I would recommend 100%, thanks Hector so much for your helpfulness, professionalism and speed! read more

The customer service was terrible, although they did a good job. They came to my house to replace a simple windshield molder in my car. I am a woman from Spain, so I talked to the associate in Spanish. His name was Victor, who was at the beginning friendly. After he finished the job, he offered me to get a discount in price if he didn't provide a "factura" (invoice in English). When I tried to understand how he calculated the price of the service w/o using an invoice, he became very rude and left my house refusing to being paid. Few hours later, I received several phone calls from the shop to pay on the phone. I did pay them but will not use them again ever. Their employees should be trained on how to treat customers - in particular women. I am pretty certain Victor wouldn't have talked to me the way he did if I was a Spanish "man" instead of a woman. It's disgusting to have to deal with stupid "Machismo." read more

I got a deep long scratch on windshield of my car, when frost covered windshield during the cold night. A few cracks that I already had made that long deep scratch. Since it was raining so hard with wind, I felt scared to drive with that windshield. So, I called Afforadble Auto Glass. Nick picked at my call, and arranged to fix it the same day. Nick gave me a few options to see what worked the best for me. Nice was very efficient, considerate and professional. Then Vick who fixed my windshield was also impressed me. He fixed it within only 25 mins, taking the old windshield and putting a new one with very smoothly and efficiently with friendly manner. Now, I have a beautiful, new and safe windshield in my car. Thank you so much for the great team work, Nick and Vick. I'd recommend their business to all my friends and family !!! read more

I cannot rate this company more highly! I received a call within minutes of placing my inquiry online, and the very next day, my smashed rear window was replaced...and at my home. The service could not have been more competent and professional, beyond my expectations. Not only was my window replaced, but all of the considerable glass damage was cleaned and removed. I was grateful for Affordable Auto Glass, as will anyone who is fortunate to use them! read more

Had a meeting with a big piece of scrap iron and my windshield on highway 80. I reached out on a BUSY holiday weekend (on fb of all places) in a panic after my drunkenly psycho (but soberly sweet) fam got in a fist fight and obviously MY car windows (and 1 of my mother-in-law's Haha) got the brunt of the flying drinks and fists. Can't go to work like this without having to file a report that will go UP AND UP my chain of command faster than CA gas prices. Hector of Affordable Auto glass responds immediately and when i couldn't find certain information for him, walked me through it and had me all set up early next day to fix my window- all online! He helped me navigate my insurance so i could get it done immediately and worry about billing my in laws later. (Still waiting on that!) He was very meticulous and took out the broken glass as much as he could. Explained how to care for it the next few days. Left feeling confident. Not only that but he did our other car a few days later after explaining to us the process of submitting for a different window repair. (Took longer but they covered it) So 2 thumbs up and 5 stars to a small company that cares about the little person and their personal business. Avoided that write up and saved MY immediate family the embarrassment. All without breaking the bank. Thanks Hector! read more

I had been avoiding getting my windshield fixed. Money. Money. Money. Why can't they make a more durable windshield? Finally, I called a few locations, then stopped by a few. The quotes were all about the same price, give or take a few bucks. I eventually called Jose at Affordable Auto Glass in Dixon and he just sounded reliable. His quote was the best for replacement and he worked around my schedule, which meant, he met me at 8:30pm that night at the shop so I could get my car. That's going beyond the call of duty. I suppose that's why I like small towns--people are trustworthy and willing to leave home to take care of a customer. The shop looks like a couple of guys work there, but the most important parts--service and performance--are great. I highly recommend Affordable Auto Glass if you have glass needs. Thank you, Jose! read more

My passenger window was broken out when someone stole my bag with laptop (yes, totally my fault for leaving it there) and my deductible is apparently higher than most peoples', I'm learning... I really needed to save cash this pay period. When Victor quoted me $30 less than Safelite AND he would come to my work instead of me losing 4 work hours to drop my car off (so my next paycheck wouldn't be hurting as well), I was ECSTATIC! They didn't have one in stock, but after my 4:45 PM phone call, he ordered one. They picked it up the next morning and were out to my work before 11 AM. Done within 40 minutes! Happy camper, right here. I haven't tested it yet, but he mentioned a warranty on labor. Call these guys! read more

Wife finally got tired of looking at crack windshield so I decided to get it replaced while I was at work. I dropped it off in the morning and by afternoon it was ready to go. It was a good price cheaper then going thru my insurance. We did notice tho a huming like sound vibration while driving on freeway. I was told that if there was any issues to just bring it back so that they can check it out which I plan on doing. read more

We had a car window smashed and we were told by a different auto shop that it was unlikely a glass place could fit it in faster than a day. He referred us to Affordable Auto Glass. Hector squeezed us in at the last minute and fixed it within a few hours. Now we're on our way again and it's thanks to AAG's prompt service and multiple glass deliveries. I downloaded Yelp to write this review because I was so grateful. Thank you so much! read more

These guys did a great job. When I thought there was a slight issue after the work was done, they took a look at it and realized it was something completely different that had nothing to do with their work. Super quick, efficient, well done, AND hundreds of dollars more affordable! Super grateful I got in and out and saved money. Thank you!

I called and the guy who answered the phone was very nice. Their price was $200 cheaper than going through my insurance, so we scheduled an appointment for them to come to my house and replace my cracked windshield. They said I was the first appointment of the morning and they showed up on time. They finished the install in about and hour. I was working from home so I couldn't really check out the work until a few hours later, but at first glance it looked fine. When I got in my car later in the day I noticed large pieces of the rubber gasket were left in my car and all over my driveway. The interior of my car is light tan and there were dark smudges all over. I called and they offered to come meet me and clean it, which they did. It is now "clean" but you can tell it has been scrubbed and the fibers look rough. Just seemed unprofessional and I am not happy that while getting my car repaired, it was damaged. 2 stars for being nice and less expensive, minus 3 stars for not doing a professional job. read more

These guys are so rude! I had an appointment made through my insurance company for a windshield replacement. They told me they would be at my house between 8 am and 9 am the next day. I called at 8:15 and told them I have an appt between 8 and 9 to see if they thought they would be on time. The guy says in a rude tone "How is he supposed to be there at 8, the shop opens at 8?" I said "I have no idea sir, that's the time you told me you would be here! I just wanted to make sure he's going to be here by 9 because I have to pick up my granddaughter at school at 12."....Ridiculous!!! He says "the guy will be here in about 5 minutes and I will load him up and he should be there by 9." No apology, no typical "the customer is always right" attitude. Instead it's the "what's wrong with you for thinking that" attitude! I get a call at 8:35 from some guy who says he's on his way and then he starts to chew me out and says "You got me in trouble with the "other guy", you said I was supposed to be there at 8 and I don't start until 8!!" Ok...so now I'm livid!! I said "What?? Are you kidding me? I got you in trouble?? That's your problem not mine! You are the one who told me what time you would be here!!" He tried to say he told me between 9 and 10 but I know for a fact he didn't say that because when I was making the appt, I was figuring out in my head how long it would take so I could be at the school on time. I even calculated in him being a half an hour late which would still give me time, even if he was a slow installer. He kept arguing with me and by now I'm furious so couldn't help raising my voice and I told him "Just forget it!! There are tons of glass companies around and I don't have to go through this!" It shouldn't take long for anyone else to figure out that these people have no customer service skills whatsoever! When I was younger my family owned an auto glass business and, believe me, we would never have talked that way to our customers! This is partly my fault....I almost cancelled after talking to them to make the appt. I noticed an arrogance about him and I thought, wow, do I really want to deal with them? I even called my insurance company after making the appt. to see if there was someone else but then decided to go ahead, despite my better judgement, because I didn't want to wait, and said they were able to come out right away (supposedly). Do yourself a favor.... find someplace else for your glass needs....there are plenty of other choices!! read more
