I receive horrible service from this business, They did cheap glass replacement and did not refund my money. When I tried to look the business up, they were not licensed nor were they registered. The owner is a liar and a scammer. Stay away. The owner pretend to reach out and ask for invoice number when he made us pay cash. These people are criminals. read more

Auto Glass Best Service - Auto Glass Services Near Me

My car is not a fan of large trucks on I-5 because I seem to get a ding in my windshield every time without fail! The last rock that hit got the windshield down low but it spread into a large crack. Argh! I called Auto Glass Best Service because they have great ratings. After telling him what car I had, they said they couldn't do the job because they didn't have the windshield. I asked if they could order it and they said no and told me to try Safelite. Disappointing. read more

My car was broken into and one of the side windows was smashed. Got an appointment for the next day and they came to my place of residence at no extra charge! Guys were in and out in 20 minutes and the window looked great and rolled up and down properly. They also vacuumed up all the glass in and outside of my car! Great service :) read more

Our passenger window wouldn't roll down yesterday and we were desperate to find someone that could fix it asap. This business not only responded immediately, but was able to diagnose the issue beforehand and were able to be here the next day between 10am-12pm. They arrived just after 10am and the service was completed within 15 minutes! The staff were so quick with their responses, friendly, affordable, skilled, and incredibly helpful. I highly recommend them for all your mobile auto needs! read more

Quick and friendly service. Guys came out early and we're done in 20 min. Only issue was they moved so fast they made some gouges in the vinyl. Luckily it was somewhere the glass covered. We told the manager and they made it right. If not for that would have given 5 stars. read more

My friend had her windshield replaced earlier this week. The new windshield is warped and messes significantly with the driver's vision. She's called several times on multiple days, and they've ignored her or given her the runaround. I used Best Service a couple years ago and had a good experience, but that's not the case anymore. At this point it seems they're scamming or taking advantage of her because she's a young woman. read more

Pinecone shattered my entire windshield :( I yelped windshield replacement services in Davis and Joesph was the only one who quickly messaged me back with his quote. I booked an appointment for the following morning. He came on time and quickly went to work. He told me it takes about 1.5 hours to complete everything. For my car, it took about two hours because he took the time to make sure all the glass was cleaned up (there was glass everywhere), which I really appreciate! He's super professional and nice. I definitely recommend him! read more

Joseph was really responsive and they were able to fit me in right away to fix my cracked windshield. Leo and his teammate were professional, quick, and finished the job faster than expected. Great experience overall! read more

Joseph was very communicative, and the job his folks did replacing my windshield was professional, quick and well done. I am giving 4 stars rather than 5 because the technicians arrived 45 minutes later than they told me they would, with no notice that they would be late. read more

First things first, I don't know a whole lot about cars so when I realized I had a huge crack on my windshield that was getting bigger every second, I didn't know what to do but go straight to Yelp to see who could help. The first shop that came up was Auto Glass Best Service and I saw NOTHING but good reviews. I messaged the owner on Yelp to get a quote right away for my cracked windshield and got a response within 10 minutes! I was pleased with the price and flexibility so and I got an appointment for the first thing the next morning. Joseph came to my apartment with the new windshield which he picked up all the way in Sacramento and then just did his thing! It took about an hour and I could not be more pleased. He was super easy to talk to and explained exactly what to do post-installation. 100% would recommend his service to anyone who needs quick but quality auto glass service.. Thank you again Joseph! read more

Joseph was very friendly and professional. When I called, I left a voicemail and got a call back in 5 minutes. He arrived on time, and completed the windshield replacement in under an hour. I liked that he explained the post installation care very thoroughly. I've had windshields replaced before and didn't get the level of detail in the instructions. I highly recommend you call Joseph if you need to have your windshield replaced. read more

Fast reply for a quote and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Joseph's two man crew did a great quality job on the window. In and out in about thirty minutes. 4 stars and not 5 because Joseph failed to mention that the price he quoted me was only for cash payments. Cost a little more to use my CC, but not a huge deal. read more

What a quick & easy process! When i needed a new windshield of course i took to yelp to find someone. I wanted a mobile service close to my job. I contacted about 10 people and the prices were all so very different, but Joseph was straight forward, had open availability and even accomidated me when i wanted to push my appt up a few days. He is super professional, prompt and even gave me the price difference between cash and card prior to our appt, so i was prepared to save $5 by paying in cash ;) He came to my job and was done in about an hour. He went over all the aftercare stuff and it was overall just a good experience. Had the right rear vent window of my 2002 Prius smashed and needed a replacement. Auto Glass Best Service was the first company I called due to their excellent reviews, and they lived up to the hype! Although they didn't have the glass I needed in stock, I was able to order the glass from the dealership and have Auto Glass Best Service come by my house the next day to install it. Installation was $120 (way less than the $300 I was quoted by the dealership), took 45 minutes, and looked super professional. Highly recommend! read more

Fast, polite, professional, and affordable. My passenger window was broken during a robbery Friday night. I called Saturday morning around 9; they had the window in stock and were able to schedule me for noon-ish the same day. Joseph called ahead of time to let me know he'd be there around 12:30, beat that estimate by a few minutes, and had the window fixed inside of a hour at about 30% less than Safelight quoted me. He also vacuumed out as much glass as he could, and made a point of recommending I give the toddler car seats another pass, since it was challenging to get it all out of the carpet and fabrics. Window looks and works fine, so far as I can tell. Overall great experience. read more
