Unfortunately, I have had two windshields replaced on my vehicle already this year. Fortunately, I got a referral to Auto Glass Solutions from a local dealer, who couldn't calibrate my systems after a replacement late last year. So, I talked to Victor at Auto Glass Solutions about fixing the botched job done by an out-of-state shop when I was traveling. Victor quoted me a fair price and did quality work fixing the botched installation by removing it and installing a new windshield. The work was top quality and the subsequent calibration successful. Four months later, a rock from a gravel truck cratered my windshield, AGAIN! I called Victor and his crew replaced it the next day for a fair price. I highly recommend Auto Glass Solutions! read more

Driving down the I-5 I heard a large rock smash into my windshield. It scared me so bad I was in shock for a moment! I looked for the crack and cursed the truck in front of me. I didn't see anything at first. I thought maybe I was making a mountain out of a molehill about the sound it made. About a week later I started to see a little line creeping down my windshield...the crack had started in the the sunshade spot behind the rearview mirror and that's why I hadn't seen it! I called my insurance and they said they only covered small cracks and I was SOL. I called a couple places. Safelite was going to charge me $400 for the replacement. I made an appointment with them because I had to get this replaced no matter what. In the meantime I called this place and got a better price plus they could do it that same day. I would be done in about an hour. I booked and pulled over. The men working were so nice and helpful. The guy with the desk to the right helped me himself, Victor, and I felt like I could really trust him with my baby. He let me sit in the small waiting area for the hour he worked on the glass. I did some work while waiting. I was in and out! Thoroughly impressed with the service and knowledge by these guys. I hope I never have to come back to see you but if I am even in a bind again, they are my first choice! read more

I highly recommend these guys! First of all, I hit a wild turkey and demolished my windshield! This incident happened on a Thursday afternoon and I had weekend plans for a road trip. Such a huge inconvenience but these guys had my vehicle ready to roll the very same day! Even after insurance issues and calibration of camera in the windshield. They provided me with a friendly shuttle ride and brought my vehicle to me when finished. Not only that, Victor, called me to make sure all was well. Outstanding customer service!!! Thank you!! Ps. Watch out for those crazy birds!! LOL read more

Excellent service!! Everyone was super nice and helpful. I called in the afternoon and was able to get an appointment the next morning. They did a complete replacement on my windshield and then recalibrated it for the lane assist features! They worked with my insurance so all I had to pay was my deductible. Highly recommend! read more

They repaired a chip in my windshield, and gave me a "if it continues to crack warranty " if it did they would take the price of the repair off the price of a windshield replacement. And the people were a good conversation while I waited. read more

Just wanted to share my story with everyone. very happy with this company. Bought a vehicle about a year ago with a pretty cracked windshield, getting my car ready to sell now and windshield was on the list of repairs. i went to safelite for a quote, they got me for $430 for a windshield out of pocket. didn't really feel like dropping that much on a car i'm trying to flip. Got a ad on Facebook from these guys thought i'd inquire for a quote. Victor responded to me same day. not only was he very professional he had the hospitality part as well. i asked him if he can come on said date and he gave me three openings to choose from. I got a call that day from Jay letting me know he was on his way. I was working this day and was unable to be at home so one of my family members took care of my car for me. Jay was professional as well and as i am a mechanic as well it's hard for me to resist the urge to check someone else's work on my car. and i have to say it passed with flying colors. the cherry on top is Auto Glass Solutions quoted me way lower than what safelite was quoting me. My family member told me he was done in about 40 min. Final thoughts: Fast, best bang for buck, great service. i flip cars regularly through the year and you can bet ill be back with this company for any future windshields. Thanks again guys you're awesome! read more

This is the customer service you've been looking for. Responsiveness was amazing! We called this morning and the folks said bring it in. By 12pm we had a brand new window with lifetime warranty at almost $70 off the company my auto insurance recommended (Safelite). Could not recommend this place more! read more

A rock hit my windshield on my way to work in Woodland and I was super upset about the damage. I started doing research online because the weather was about to get cold and I didn't want the damage to spread. I found Auto Glass Solutions online and they had a 50% off coupon if you brought it to the shop. I called them and they told me to come on down. I got there around 11:30AM met Victor. He was very professional and got right to work. The damage was fixed in under 15 minutes and I was back to work before my lunch hour was up! I highly recommend Auto Glass Solutions! read more

Some bloke broke into my old car for the goods inside. Luckily, all I leave in there is junk! Glass everywhere and driving window gone with rain expected to be on the way. I was directed to Auto Glass Solutions that was in my proximity (near Davis) and could accommodate me the day of my incident. When I arrived, everyone was very friendly. They took my keys and began work promptly. It was finished in about an hour. The window looked as good as new and they also vacuumed a majority of the remaining glass shards for me, which I did not expected. Staff was very welcoming, service was professional and timely. If I or anyone I know needs to have their glass replaced, this place is definitely the solution! read more

I went to their website and filled out a quote request for my windshield yesterday. They called me within the hour with pricing. They let me know they could come out to my work in Vacaville to replace it the next day and gave me a 3 hour window in which to expect them. They showed up in that time frame and were friendly, fast and even transferred my next oil change sticker to the new windshield! Highly recommended. The whole process was a breeze. read more

Very clean and professional shop. Victor was great at keeping me up to date with the status of the windshield repair. At the same time he restored my fogged up headlights to better than new. Entire process was very professional. They were able to fix my windshield within a day of when I called them. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service. Unfortunately when I had my front shield replaced I was told I can come in and have have a lifetime coverage for any cracks minimal that hasn't spread. This was at the beginning of the year.came in to fix the tiny cracks and charged me $75. I could've fixed it myself for only $5 worth of products. Thank for the false advertisement! read more

After driving down highway 16 towards Esparto a gravel truck threw a rock and put a good size chip in my windshield today. I needed it fixed before it spread across my window so called and Victor and crew got me in and fixed in no time !! Thank you guys you are all awesome read more

This company deserves a 5 star review because of their excellent customer service. To begin with, they answer your phone call and they text you messages about your appointment. I really like being able to call up a business and have them answer their phone. I also called this company's competition for a quote and it went straight to voicemail, and they ever called me back. After I scheduled my windshield replacement with Auto Glass Solutions in Woodland, the owner, Victor confirmed my appointment and sent me his quote by email. On the day of the service, his auto technicians confirmed my appointment first thing in the morning and they were on time. Very friendly staff. If you're looking for a fair deal and excellent customer service, use this company. read more

Great all around service! The previous business that replaced my windshield didn't properly place the adhesive on the rear view mirror. My mirror was dangling as I was driving for a while! I called Auto Glass Solutions after seeing their ad on instagram and Victor called me back telling me the service was free. If my windshield ever breaks again I will for sure call this place! read more

I had such a great experience here. A week ago a rock hit my windshield on the freeway while it was raining, and since then I had been I looking around trying to get quotes from other places and this was by far the most reasonable and the highest rated on yelp in my area. I live in Sacramento but I frequent Woodland quite often so it was great having them be in a convenient location. As soon as we arrived we were greeted and they examined my windshield and said it would take 30-60 mins and it was actually much less which was a great surprise. I'll definitely be back if anything else should happen to my poor windows and I highly recommend going here for any windshield repairs. read more

Top notch service! Thank you for being honest and timely with our windshield repair! Saved us a great amount compared to our first quote!

Just spectacular! I have now used them 3 times. Most recently to replace the windshield as a chip previously filled by them ended up cracking. No questions asked and they kept their word by deducting the amount paid for the chip fill off the total replacement. They came to my work and handled the replacement right there. Great service by a local company. Couldn't be happier. read more

I'm not easily impressed, but these guys are great. I called up concerned that some weatherstripping was coming off around my windshield, but was having a hard time explaining what I was seeing. So Junior offered to come out to my house. He was there in about 5 minutes and was able to tell me that what was coming off was just cosmetic and I could remove it and be fine. No charge to come out and just really great service. I know if I ever do have any issues who I'll be bringing my car to. Thanks! read more

I searched the yolo area to get my windshield replaced, living in Davis I decided I'd drive 20 mins out to Woodland. I made the decision after their great customer service in providing me a quote at an awesome price. I ran into an emergency the day of my appointment and their staff was really friendly, helping me schedule next day. I showed up on the complete opposite entrance of the shop by accident but Victor made me feel just as welcome, settling me in with their front desk clerk, Joel. I was told the replacement would take anywhere from one hour to an hour and a half which is already a quick time considering they were servicing another vehicle. The replacement got done within 45 minutes and I couldn't be happier with my new windshield. Victor and Joel really went out of their way to help me out, answering any questions I had in a positive manner. I'll definitely be recommending anyone to this place. Thanks to Joel & Victor! read more
