What's inappropriate is refusing to stand behind your work when a customer raises legitimate concerns after spending around $7,500 on a full vehicle wrap and related services. My intention was simply to have a professional conversation and give you the opportunity to inspect the areas I mentioned. Multiple installers have already pointed out the same issues with visible edges and areas that were not properly tucked. That's not an accusation--it's a quality concern. I was on a road trip to Oregon when all of the dashboard warning lights suddenly came on. The car…read morewas driving fine, but obviously that's not something you want to see when you're several hundred miles from home. I stopped at an Autozone to get the codes checked, and was told it looked like a camshaft sensor issue. Since I was literally on the road and needed to get moving again, I called around to some local repair shops and A1 Auto Repair was able to get me in quickly. This is where I really appreciated these guys. They could have easily taken advantage of the situation, but after looking at the car they determined that the sensor itself didn't actually need to be replaced. They cleaned and reinstalled the sensor and reset everything. I was back on the road in a little over an hour.Since they felt they hadn't really done anything significant mechanically, they even reduced the bill from $160 to $80. What really impressed me was what happened afterward. They called me the next day to make sure the car was still running properly. Then after I had made the entire trip home, they actually called again a few days later just to make sure everything was still good. I honestly can't remember the last time a mechanic followed up with me like that. It's one thing to fix a car, it's another thing to actually care whether the customer made it home safely. A1 Auto Repair was honest, affordable, quick, and genuinely customer focused. I'm really grateful they were the shop I happened to call that day. Five stars from me, and I'd absolutely recommend these guys.

I went into the store and was greeted by Lennie (sorry if I misspelled it!). She was very personable and friendly, and she would recognize me at later visits which made the experience of using Genesis amazing and like catching up with an old friend. I told her what I was thinking about and she grabbed Sid, the store manager (I think), who walked with me back to the car. Sid is incredibly knowledgeable and upfront. I told him what I was thinking and he gave me some options on what I could do. Initially looking at the XPEL Stealth, he demonstrated on my car what it could look like by placing a small strip of it. He pointed out the little, specks of sparkle in the grey paint of my car that made it unique and expressed that putting the stealth on the car will remove that. I ended up changing my mind and went with the Llumar Valor PPF which had integrated ceramic coating, more neutral PPF color tone that accentuated the sparkle in the OEM paint, and added the Windshield skin to protect the OEM windshield (much cheaper than later replacing the full OEM windshield + calibration). Sid did not pressure me for these options nor felt like a salesman. He gave me the information and I led myself to the natural decision of what I wanted for my car. (Was very close to getting a green PPF wrap, but the OEM colour is too good!) Dealing with Genesis was incredibly personable and upfront. Sid answered my questions about price ranges of PPF jobs that I've seen online, walked me through the process, and was very communicative. I even asked about lower priced competitors and their closest competitor in Yelp ratings. He did not badmouth them, and even complimented their competitor for doing great jobs on the cars he's seen. That integrity is what sold me on using Genesis. I didn't even go to their competitor when I had originally planned to because the service was that good. Anyway. Genesis is awesome and I recommend them for future PPF jobs and tinting services!
