Top-notch experience from start to finish with Genesis Window Tint. Sid, the owner, went above and beyond right from the initial phone call. He carefully explained their tint options and highlighted the quality of their Pinnacle ceramic film. After the call, he emailed me a detailed email outlining everything we discussed with a price quote and a good-better-best breakdown. At the appointment, the team was incredibly patient and took their time walking me through the options again. What stood out most was their willingness to show me cars similar to mine so I could visually compare tint levels before deciding. They're clearly Tesla specialists and are very familiar with my car. The workmanship is flawless. Since getting the Pinnacle ceramic tint installed, I've noticed a huge improvement in heat reduction. Couldn't be happier with the results or the service. read more

With the hot California sun, my car windows needed a tint. Being that it is a Tesla, it's literally a giant fish bowl, it gets pretty toasty. I searched on Yelp for a few reputable tint shops and I had a specific kind of tint film in mind. I reached out to a few shops through Yelp and got quotes. Some didn't have what I was looking for, some didn't provide enough information in their reply, some did t reply at all and then there was Genesis Window Tinting. In a class of their own. First of all, major kudos to Yarlenny. Her customer service is top notch. From our first interaction, to the walkthrough of the job and then to making sure the job was done well and to my satisfaction, she excelled in all aspects of customer service and what it takes to make sure the customer is heard and requests are met. Initially, I wasn't too sure on the tint shade and was wondering how it would look on my car, she took the time to show her own Tesla and the tint it had on there. Being a visual person, this helped a lot with deciding to go darker or lighter on the tint. I was provided with clear, transparent pricing on everything that I wanted to include with the job. While they are not the cheapest, they are competitive - especially with certain films that they are certified on. They also offer "a la carte" option where they allow addition or subtraction of certain areas (for example do the tint on the car but exclude the back window). After dropping off the car, I was given a timeframe on when the job will be complete. They were right on the money. The tint came out super nice. The windows inside were clean and there wasn't any residue on the doors or dash, I've had a few experiences with other shops where this was an issue. The car looks so much better now. Overall, I'm extremely impressed with customer service, the tint job and professionalism. They do offer other services (PPF) on top of window tinting. If you're ever in the market to get your windows tinted, give them a call you will not be disappointed. read more

Details, details, details. Quick responses, interactive. I was impressed also that so many companies reached out. Polite, professional, flexible. I haven't picked one yet but I'm sure it will be from the companies that have already reached out to me. I don't see a need to look any further. read more

It was a pleasure to come back to Genesis Window Tinting. Yarlenny gave me quotes on yelp on got me an appt few days later. Surprisingly, they still have my info from 6 years ago. They know about Teslas, and I feel very well taken care of. I went with the same Pinnacle as last time. This time it only took about 3.5 hours and they texted me when it was ready. I love the way the tint looks on my car. Thank you very much! read more

Genesis Window Tinting just knocks it out the park! A great crew that love what they do. We had them tint all our glass for UV and IR protection with Stratos film. It definitely makes a difference in skin care. PPF was installed to protect key spots on the truck. Lastly, they applied Gtechniq ceramic coating. A glass finish like this is how a new vehicle from the manufacturer should be delivered! We dropped the truck off and picked it up a few days later all done. One needs to be willing to wait for quality work. The work they do is top notch! It's great dealing with a company that has been in business for 20+ years and continue to grow. It's awesome going to a brick and mortar store with fantastic customer service and delivering positive experience knowing they will be there years from now for support and warranty work. One just can't go wrong doing business with Genesis! read more

I have to YELP about my experience at " Genesis Window Tinting"! They were recommended to me from another Tinting shop who were booked up and couldn't accommodate me . I saw the reviews of " Genesis " and decided to give them a call . I talked with Yarlenny and she is awesome! Her knowledge, people skills and suggestions were amazing! I then spoke to the Owner " Sid" who really cares about clients and his team . They did Windows Tint and PPF of the front of my brand new Tesla Model Y. I couldn't be happier with the results and experience I had there !! So happy that I told my Son in Law about it and when he saw the work on my car he immediately booked a wrap on his new truck! Do yourself a favor ... if you want it done right and want a terrific experience go to " Genesis Window Tinting" and tell them I sent you! read more

I recently purchased a new-to-me vehicle and wanted to tint the front windows and rear taillights for a sleeker look. The tint company I used for my last two vehicles, was booked about a month out and I was impatient so I called Genesis. I felt comfortable seeing how many wonderful reviews I saw on Yelp. Turns out they don't tint taillights but I was able to make an appointment for the windows for the same week. My appointment was at 9am and I was checked in exactly on time. The car was ready when quoted and I used the coupon form the Yelp check in for some additional savings. That was a nice surprise! They definitely lived up to the expectations for quality and customer service. I am confident they will take care of you and your vehicle. read more

I originally came to Genesis Window Tinting to get some basic information on doing a Full PPF, possibly Stealth XPEL, and ended up becoming a returning customer. I went into the store and was greeted by Lennie (sorry if I misspelled it!). She was very personable and friendly, and she would recognize me at later visits which made the experience of using Genesis amazing and like catching up with an old friend. I told her what I was thinking about and she grabbed Sid, the store manager (I think), who walked with me back to the car. Sid is incredibly knowledgeable and upfront. I told him what I was thinking and he gave me some options on what I could do. Initially looking at the XPEL Stealth, he demonstrated on my car what it could look like by placing a small strip of it. He pointed out the little, specks of sparkle in the grey paint of my car that made it unique and expressed that putting the stealth on the car will remove that. I ended up changing my mind and went with the Llumar Valor PPF which had integrated ceramic coating, more neutral PPF color tone that accentuated the sparkle in the OEM paint, and added the Windshield skin to protect the OEM windshield (much cheaper than later replacing the full OEM windshield + calibration). Sid did not pressure me for these options nor felt like a salesman. He gave me the information and I led myself to the natural decision of what I wanted for my car. (Was very close to getting a green PPF wrap, but the OEM colour is too good!) Dealing with Genesis was incredibly personable and upfront. Sid answered my questions about price ranges of PPF jobs that I've seen online, walked me through the process, and was very communicative. I even asked about lower priced competitors and their closest competitor in Yelp ratings. He did not badmouth them, and even complimented their competitor for doing great jobs on the cars he's seen. That integrity is what sold me on using Genesis. I didn't even go to their competitor when I had originally planned to because the service was that good. Anyway. Genesis is awesome and I recommend them for future PPF jobs and tinting services! read more

I have been using this company for about 10 years, brought many cars here and referred business here too. Not once in all of my visits has there been any issues. The staff is very friendly and knows me by name. The quality of work is exceptional. Cant say enough about this crew. Recommendation, spend a little extra for the ceramic it's makes a huge difference with blocking the heat. read more

Super happy with the service I received at Genesis. Yarlenny at the front desk is really nice and quickly booked me following a brief exchange via Yelp. They also do PPF and wraps and I suspect I will be back to get some of that on my new car. Fair prices and ample availability, I definitely recommend them! read more

Very helpful, great service and product! I would definitely recommend anyone come here to get their ceramic film installed.

I was referred to Genesis Window Tinting by a close friend who previously had his windows tinted on both of his Tesla cars. I was really impressed with the quality of work on his cars, so I took my Honda Civic Type R in for tinting. The driver & passenger windows were tinted to 35% while the remaining rear passenger windows to 15%. I even went back at a later date and had the front windshield tinted. I was very impressed the quality of work. Sid and his team at the Roseville location were fantastic. The price was reasonable and customer service was great. When I was undecided about how dark to tint the windows, they went out of their way to help, even letting me look at employees cars for reference. Soon after the window tinting was completed I came back and had PPF put on the entire front of the car as well as portions of the side and rear. I couldn't be happier with the work they did on both the window tinting and PPF. For those looking for quality and timely work, I highly recommend Genesis. read more

Very pleased with the work done by Genesis. Customer service was excellent. Yarlenny reviewed all of the options with me for tint, PPF, ceramic coating, etc. and didn't try to upsell. They estimated about 3 hours for the tint install but it was closer to only 2. The tint looks great and the cabin is several degrees cooler now. Good stuff. I am looking forward to returning at some point for ceramic coating. read more

3rd, 4th, 5th car they have done for me?? I lost count but they are always the best in town. Thanks again!

They have a great team there at Genesis Roseville! First of all shout out to Yarlenny the Queen running the front desk. Not only is she knowledgeable AF, but she also keeps that place smelling good and keeps dope music playing softly in the background. She has a welcoming/warming presence about her and genuinely seems happy to be there. Sid was great too. When I was doing research and first called he answered the phone and not only answered my questions about their services but also gave me lots of historical knowledge he's gained during his many years of experience. He invited me to come to his shop anytime if I wanted to check out some different window tint films they have. I decided to stop by the next day and ended up staying there too long asking questions and checking things out. After consultation with both Yarlenny and Sid and some additional research and thought on my own I decided on getting both tint and ceramic coating done on my new to me used car. Was able to drop it off the day I decided to get something scheduled (Tuesday) and got it back Saturday. We had talked about some paint correction as part of the ceramic coating process but I was not expecting the car to turn out as good as it did!! They did an amazing job and I feel so blessed to have finally gotten myself a nice car. Highly recommend Genesis to anyone that needs any of the services they offer. They definitely make you feel valued and make you feel like your car is special. read more

I've been coming here to this location for quite some time. Anytime I get a new car or know anyone who needs windows tinted, I always suggest Genesis. From booking an appointment, to dropping the car off, and picking it up the whole process is so smooth. The workers here are always so knowledgeable and kind. Even cars I got done years ago still look the way they did when I picked them up from getting tinted. I've had every one of my cars tinted immediately after purchase but never experienced the level of service I've received here.
