Paid over $500 for ceramic coating and interior service and unfortunately left disappointed with both the quality of the work and the way the concerns were handled afterward. I dropped the vehicle off at 8:45 AM and was called for pickup before noon. As I walked up to my vehicle at the shop, I immediately noticed visible bugs and contamination still left on the exterior after the ceramic coating service, water spots on surfaces, and multiple interior areas that were still dirty or missed entirely. I took photos immediately after pickup to document everything clearly. When I contacted the shop privately first and sent the photos, I was later told the $150 "interior detail" only included a wipe-down, vacuum, and mat wash. In my opinion, that is more of a basic cleaning service than what most customers would reasonably expect from an interior detailing package at that price point. Even for a simple wipe-down and vacuum service, there was still visible dust and debris left in areas like the trunk mat. I've had professional detailing and ceramic coating work done before, so I understand what proper prep work and finish quality should generally look like. This experience did not meet those expectations. What disappointed me most was the response afterward. Instead of professionally addressing the concerns shown in the photos, Bryan T. (Business Owner) called me "A PROBLEM" for speaking up about the quality of the work. If the work had been done properly from the beginning, there would not have been a problem to discuss in the first place. I never demanded a full refund or anything unreasonable. I simply wanted the concerns acknowledged and handled professionally. The shop later refunded $100 for the interior concerns, but the conversation eventually became personal and unprofessional, including remarks attacking my disability status that had absolutely nothing to do with the service itself. read more

If I could give negative stars, I would. The owner is ridiculous and tries to intimidate. The job is extremely poor and left bubbles in all three applications. When addressed to the they stated it's not an issue. But when they spoke to their own employ advised if I had a concern to just refund the money be used it was a horrible job. When I stated to the owner I was going to report them. He stated go ahead and I am changing the name next month. - and I have high expectations for not wanting air bubbles in the tint. read more

Went to Dazzle Wraps to get new side mirrors installed on my Tesla Roadster and decided to go ahead and get it detailed. They did an amazing job with the mirror install which included a small wrap to cover up a small portion that was covered with the original mirrors. I was calling around to find someone to detail the inside of my car asap due to a small accident(someone threw up in my back seat). I spoke with Tim and he was able to fit me in as early as he could the next day! I requested an interior detailing and he threw in an exterior wash at no extra cost! They applied something to my tires, I forgot what it was but they look great! They can also do treatments if your windows have hard water stains. I was so glad they were able to help me because other places were quoting me so much for just the interior detailing. The price was super reasonable compared to other places. Even though I needed to get my car cleaned right away, they didn't try to up-charge me. Tim was very open about the pricing and went over the services with me. He let me know when they'd be arriving and how long it would take. I appreciate how he took the time to communicate with me and make sure that I knew what to expect when they arrived. Especially since it was my first time getting my car detailed. He also said that if I wasn't 100% satisfied, then they'd be more than happy to work with me to fix whatever issues were there. I didn't have any complaints once it was all said and done! It was great! I am so happy with how my car looks! I brought my very dirty 2010 Prius into Dazzle's for an exterior detail. The customer service, communication, and detail were excellent. Dazzle's was able to accomodate a last-minute change in schedule, allowing me to get in two hours earlier than my appointment time. What was supposed to be a three-hour wait ended up taking one hour because they had three guys working on my car at the same time. During the process, Will gave me periodic updates and talked me through what they could reasonably clean off after my car's paint was damaged almost a year ago because I parked near a homeless camp that caught fire. So I wanted to book a detailing from Dazzle after reading all the 5-star reviews on here. After some communication mishaps, I finally got my car detailed on the inside and the outside, and it was amazing. Daniel did a fantastic job, having spent 5 hours going over every inch. The leather looked new. Regarding the aforementioned miscommunication, I'd requested an estimate on here but did not receive a response for a week; admittedly, it was the week between Christmas and New Year's. So I called the owner on January 3rd and was told I'd be contacted to book an appointment soon, but I was not. A few months later in April, I received a response to my original request for an estimate, and we set an appointment for a Saturday at 8am. At 8:30 I called and was told my appointment had gotten lost because they were updating their system. The owner, Kasra, apologized and offered me a free detailing. He sounded very friendly over the phone, which is much more in line with the excellent customer service Dazzle has come to be known for. I highly recommend them. read more

We have a 2013 Chevy Sonic that had never been in covered parking and the paint was extremely oxidized. Will came out and worked some magic and made it look significantly better. Considering how oxidized it was, we couldn't have asked for better results. He did a full detail inside and out and made it fun to drive again. We also had Will do the interior of our 2005 GMC Denali that was pretty dirty. Will brought it back to life for us. No more pet hair, carpet stains and it looks almost new in there. After Will left we realized we didn't have the 3rd row seats in there and will offered to come back (hasn't been back yet) to clean those too at no extra cost.
