As someone who has experienced cancer and have had several important people pass in my life due to cancer, it meant a lot to me to support a local business who has common values. I had been looking for a place to tint the windows of my red 2022 Model 3 Tesla for awhile. It was great I could get both services done at the same time. I took my new car to Elite Auto Works for ceramic clear coating and the paint protection film. When I called to inquire the employee I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful and answered all my questions. I made an appointment and dropped my car off. When I picked up my car a few days later it looked great. Josh showed me all the areas that the film was applied on my car. The entire hood, back bumper, door handles, mirrors and strips along the doors are all protected with the film. The rest of the car is so smooth and shiny from the clear coating. Elite has done a few of my cars the past few years. After I bought a new to me, Porsche Turbo, I brought it to Elite as soon and I could get in. They powder coated the wheels, wrapped my spoiler and top in satin black and also installed a Soul Performance exhaust. Car stands out a little now. They work on all cars not just high end cars like Ferraris, Lamborghinis, McLarens, and Porsches. They recently just tinted and ceramic coated my Tesla Model 3. Bought a Groupon for both my Lexus and Ram P/U for their ceramic coating.. Both vehicles came out looking new and the paint is so slick that water just runs off. My truck is metallic gloss black and I no longer worry about water spot. They just wipe off. There was even a small fender paint fade on the Lexus. I found these guys on Yelp and hired them to install a clear bra on the front and full hood of my Tesla Model X because they were so well reviewed on here, and THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Extremely clean and thorough work. The clear bra looks amazing. The edges are wrapped around the panels flawlessly. I also had them install tint to my front-side windows and they look great to. I'll be contacting them in a month or so to add a ceramic coating to the rest. As a bonus they cleaned up some unsightly discoloration on the black plastic trim along the base of the car and cleaned my tires. The car looks better than when I purchased it. That being said should show how amazing this place is! Now story time. I recently took my car to another place to get it detailed. That place messed my car up. I highly recommend Elite Auto Works. Ryan added a paint protection film to the front of my car and a Ceramic Pro coating to the back of the car when I first bought my Tesla Model S in 2017. The car still looks brand new. For heat protection, they recently added a 3M crystalline tint on all of the windows, including the windshield. The light tint looks great, and it does an amazing job of blocking out heat and the sun's UV rays. Ryan is very knowledgeable, and his attention to detail is excellent. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Keeping my car looking nice, and in good condition, is a main priority. So when you go to someone who gives half-ass window tinting, and the WORST customer service ever seen, you're going to be pretty upset. My car looked better before I took it here. I had Ryan tint my car windows. He treated my car like it didn't matter. The tinting was peeling and there were bubbles everywhere. Ended up taking it back in, which was a 2 hour drive back. After another all day event, it came back out looking even worse! Ryan ripped off manufacture stickers, then put the tint over it. But all that did was create a bubble wave patter that he "didn't notice". Ryan complained that my windows were too slanted, and made it difficult for him. I drive a Honda, sportier cars than mine go through his doors, and my car was just too much for him. He also complained about how we returned to have him fix it. If you don't want customers to have to come back, do it right! It sucks to leave somewhere twice, and be dissatisfied both time, especially when you just wanted him to fix his own mistake. If you want to listen to a grown man cry and complain, go here and get a front row seat. If you want to work with adults, turn around and find somewhere else. This man will cry like a child if you don't let him half ass at his job. read more

I had some issues with HRE Wheels. Elite Auto Works is a vendor for said company. Ryan, (owner) met with me and went over several options. I decided to go with sending wheels back to the factory. Ryan, felt saving 500.00 seems like a savings by sending to a wheel repair, however, HRE will factory recondition with OEM parts and process. Ryan handled the complete process including new tires. Even his tire prices were exceptional. You can also tell a company by talking with an employee. The young man was working on a GT4 Dude was happy and goal orientated. Hands down the only place to take your car. First line pretty much sums it up, but I'll share a little of my personal experience to paint the picture. After a LOT of research, I could not be more thrilled with my choice of a customizing shop. These guys are the REAL DEAL, and by that I mean, a lot of places pretend to care about your car, or your needs for that matter, but these guys truly do care. Some shops can make it feel like you just flip the keys and cross your fingers and hope that everything will turn out ok....nothing like that with these guys. I was a bit taken back that they took the time they did to give me a full on consultation given how busy they were. They went over all of my options for improving the look of my interior and exterior. Refreshingly They value your input and are insistent that you are 100% happy with the end result no matter what. When I dropped my car off, the caliber of cars in the shop were far beyond mine(mind blowing cars for real) so I was not worried about the skill level.....and After picking mine up I can see why. They have such a good eye for cars and an attention to detail that is borderline obsessive haha. No doubt you will be in good hands with Elite Auto Works. Lastly, BEWARE: I can tell you in the past I have made the mistake of going with the shop that promises how "fast or cheap" they can take care of your car.
