Responsive and informative. They good a good job tinting the windows on my 24 Model 3. Highly recommended. However, there was an issue on their end about tinting the full rear on my Tesla. They told me over text that they would be able to do the full back in one piece but once they had my vehicle they had informed me they had to do it in 2 because the roll they had wasn't long enough.

The staff were very friendly and gave us a complete walkthrough when we arrived. My rear windows were already darkened and they explained the options with the different shades on them. They did exactly what I asked for. Great work and reasonable prices. Very happy with everything!

I hired this service about a week ago with their awesome deal and they delivered exactly what I wanted! So far the windows look to be finished curing and I don't see any scratches or lifting yet. More than anything I appreciate the cooler feeling from the ceramic film from these hot days. Thank you!

Highly recommend this place! My appt was at 2pm but he got me in early. They have a waiting area for you to relax while the work on your vehicle. I wanted to have some window tint installed for my wife's car and an ad popped up on my phone showing this business giving out a great deal. I gave them a shot and I'm really glad I did. I came in earlier than my appointment time but they were more than happy to go right to work. After an hour, they were done with the car which was surprisingly fast. Great service at Pristine Tint. They patiently explained material and shade options. I decided to have them do ceramic tint on front, rear and back windows of my SUV. Was considering tinting my new to me truck, sent in a quote request via a social media ad. Josh reached out on a saturday had a price immediately and was able to schedule it on Tuesday morning. Dropped it off went over the details and few hours later i received a call from Josh saying we are done. I just recently saw this tint shop open up in the area and decided to give them a chance. These young men were very friendly and offered me a fair deal! Aaron walked me through the whole process, showing me my options and explaining their differences, advising me to install 40% ceramic tints on my 2024 Tesla Model Y, finding it the best compromise between night visibility, privacy, and heat protection. 10/10 would recommend Pristine Tints for their superb customer service and good business practice. read more

I found these guys on an Instagram sponsored page that came up on my feed. After contacting them for a quote, I was shocked by the price Joe gave me. I proceeded by asking Joe why their price was significantly lower than other companies for tinting my 2024 Honda Accord and Joe told me that they are a newly established business and they have made it a priority to provide a great product at an affordable price. I respected the straight shot honesty and decided to go with 20% Ceramic tint all around, except the windshield. I went in by appointment on my day off and I had planned to take an Uber to a nearby Starbucks to hang out until it was done. Come to find out that they have a chic customer waiting area, so I took advantage of hanging out there while I waited. They offered me water and snacks, gave me the TV remote and truly made me feel "at home". It took them about 1.5 hours and I did a walk around and was quite impressed. I looked out for the corners and it passed by quality inspection. Overall, I recommend these young men! Always a fan of Quality and affordability! read more

Prior to choosing Deluxe Window Tint we did our research as well as contacted many other companies, Albert(the Owner) really impressed us with his pricing, diligence and response times so we decided to go with Deluxe Window Tint. I dropped the motorhome off in the morning and it was done and ready to pick up in the afternoon. Upon my arrival I noticed what appeared to be some damage to an awning and pointing it out to the employees. Ultimately Albert made a return trip to the shop and we discussed my concerns. His very first statement put my mind at ease "I am not here to deny anything, only to understand the situation and take care of our customer". WHEW! (This was not the response I was expecting after recently dealing with another company who wrongly wired our Jeep up for flat towing behind the motorhome. The next morning that shop foreman was very arrogant when I pointed it out and asked to have it corrected. The installing mechanic looked at my paperwork and immediately said he would have it done in 20 minutes. That shop foreman made it a point to not acknowledge me for the next 20 minutes as I waited in the showroom). As Albert and I looked at my concerns and discussed what could have, as well as what could not have, happened there was nothing but professionalism and discovery evident. After a while it became clear that I was wrong and they had in fact not damaged the awning. It was an embarrassing moment for me as I apologized profusely to both the employee as well as to Albert. They understood how I could have misinterpreted what I had seen and graciously accepted my apology. As we all know things can happen(or in my case, not happen), it's how they are dealt with that truly define a company's culture and an Owner's core belief. In the end I left the shop with plans to bring my Jeep back for window tinting as well, that's how impressed I was. Don't hesitate to trust this shop to do what's right! Albert went over everything and answered all my questions about tint matching and what would look better. The whole process took less than two hours and was seamless. I ended up taking my laptop and working from the mimosa house (7 min walk) but Albert also asked if I needed a ride which was super nice. Inside there establishment though, is coffee bar, massage chair, tv, comfy couch, candy, everything you would need to wait comfortably while they work on car. The tint comes with a lifetime warranty and the service here is unbeatable. When I inquired on Yelp they gave me the three options they have for tint options and pricing. Very upfront which is nice and I was able to do some research on my own looking up the names of the tints to see what I may want when I get there. Overall I can't imagine going to anyone else now in the future. I had a lot of friends recommend people who can do the tint for cheap, but for quality and a job done right I thought the pricing here is very fair and so I will only be coming here and recommending Deluxe Window Tinting!!

He told me that they don't keep any information in the system and there was nothing he could do for me. He said I would need to find my receipt from 4 years back?! What?! Seriously? Who doesn't keep records in their business system? Are they using triplicates? He said for me come back and they could fix it and maybe "see what they can do after it's fixed." Huh?! I'm not gonna have the work done and get charged full price. Just bummed that this is how they do business.

They have done a very great job and never short of amazing. The reviews speak it for itself. I almost didn't make it due to an unforeseen car problems and had to cancel at the last minute. Luckily my car was fixed and was able to get my schedule back with them on the same day.
