This review is for my visit today 12/26/23. I reached out to Dmitriy a week ago in regard to tinting my 2024 Corolla XSE. I originally scheduled an appointment for his services on 12/29/23, but my work schedule for that day wouldn't allow me to get it done. I texted Dmitriy earlier this morning and asked him if there was any availability for today and if not, that was okay too! He got back to me as soon as he was able to and let me know that he had availability for today around 3pm. I thanked him for reaching back out to me and that I would be able to come in at 3pm today! Maybe 45 mins later, he texted me to let me know that there was also a change in his schedule and that he would be able to service my vehicle earlier IF I was available. I left work as soon as I could so that he could get started on the tinting service. I would like to also add, that this is NOT my first visit with Dmitriy, he actually tinted my Nissan Altima back in 2016. I was very satisfied with his work and the pricing that I had to come back once I got a new car! I arrived around 1:30pm, and was instantly greeted with a warm welcome by Dmitriy. We went over which windows I wanted to have tinted and what percent and films (carbon or ceramic) I preferred. I decided to go with 5% in the rear and 35% in the front. Dmitriy, triple checked to make sure what I wanted and IF I wanted to change anything before he started working. I gave him the keys and I sat in the waiting area while he worked his magic. I would definitely 1000% recommend Dmitriy to anyone who is looking to have their car windows tinted! This is my second vehicle that I've brought to his shop and I've left beyond satisfied each time. He also reminded me to not roll the windows down for 5 days minimum, just so it allows the tint to cure properly, and if I had any questions or concerns to not hesitate to reach out to him. Thank you so much Dmitriy! I'm loving the tint on the new car!
Very friendly staff, clean well organized shop. This is the quality you want when you want work done!
Dimitry was as professional as they come. An absolute perfectionist with his craft. He's there to help and do recommendations that could potentially save you money, looking forward to doing business and referring him to anyone that would need his tinting services! Thanks Dimitry, well done! 5 Stars All The Way!
Dimitri has done 3 cars for me and all 3 come out perfect. The oldest tint job still looks exactly the same as the day he did it. I don't care what people say about other unproven film, that suntek film holds up over time. Just got the ceramic film for the first time. Not only is his craftsmanship excellent his prices comparing with the same film are usually at the lower end if not the lowest you will find for someone with his experience. I can't see myself going to someone else when I know what I get back when I drop my cars off to demitri and know I won't have to worry about the film holding up over time. It's a no brainer. Give him a chance to earn your business and you will be glad you did.
Quality work by a stand up guy..100% recommend. i did 35% on all windows and a 5% top windshield strip.

Quality and exceptional work and excellent customer service! Made an appointment and got in that same week. Thank you so much! :) read more

At the suggestion from a friend I took my car to Top Line Tinting a few months ago to get Suntek CIR tint installed. I got 5% rear and 30% front and I think it looks great. It does a noticeable job keeping the car cooler. Dmitriy and his team did a fantastic job! read more

Dmitriy was a very nice guy. Easy to work with, talk to and very professional. He seems to have an eye for detail and cautious about interior parts and getting wet. I'd highly recommend going to him for your tint needs. This guy deserves your business. I will definitely be going back to him for more in the future. read more

Dmitriy is super friendly, got back to me when he missed my call, sat up appointment that worked for my time frame, and when the day came, he had another customer being late, so he texted me in advance that my appointment could be off by 10 minutes - wow! He tinted both of my back doors windows super quick and when I came out to check the work, it was fantastic! read more

Dimitry does high quality work with QUALITY tint for some of the BEST PRICES in Sacramento! Did SunTek CIR 50. CIR 50% ceramic tint looks sooo CLASSY all around! Had 35% before this but it didn't look classy. It did give me absolute privacy to pick my nose though. Since I had a black interior, it ended up being DARK DARK. Also gives cops an incentive to ticket me. Anyway I changed it to 50% ceramic and man oh man it looks sweeeet! read more

I corresponded with D several times before going in for the service. He responded via Yelp promptly and was very informative. Once we set an appointment he went over the tints and had me back in my car in less than two hours for doing 5 windows. There were no imperfections and it was indistry standard with quality film tint. I'm going to have my lady's car done next! Thanks man read more

Took my Acura TL into Dimitri To have the back windows tinted. The level of customer service with him is outstanding. He is very responsive to your calls and the completed work was perfect. He said he has been doing this for 14 years and it shows! I told him I would pass the word. Someone on Facebook was just asking where to take their car for window tint and I didn't hesitate to recommend Dmitri. read more

Imagine the melody from the song "Milkshake" by Kelis. My car, looks cooler than yours, Damn right, much cooler than yours All because of Dmitry at Top Line Tinting. I was in and out in less than two hours. Plus the window tinting is on fleek (yes I used FLEEK!)!! No bubbling, right to the edges and below the rubber for a smooth look. Plus my car is cooler and no more sunburnt left arm. All this for less than $200 with a lifetime warranty to boot. read more
