This review is for my visit today 12/26/23. I reached out to Dmitriy a week ago in regard to tinting my 2024 Corolla XSE. Maybe 45 mins later, he texted me to let me know that there was also a change in his schedule and that he would be able to service my vehicle earlier IF I was available. I left work as soon as I could so that he could get started on the tinting service. I would like to also add, that this is NOT my first visit with Dmitriy, he actually tinted my Nissan Altima back in 2016. I was very satisfied with his work and the pricing that I had to come back once I got a new car! I arrived around 1:30pm, and was instantly greeted with a warm welcome by Dmitriy. We went over which windows I wanted to have tinted and what percent and films (carbon or ceramic) I preferred. I decided to go with 5% in the rear and 35% in the front. Dmitriy, triple checked to make sure what I wanted and IF I wanted to change anything before he started working. I gave him the keys and I sat in the waiting area while he worked his magic. I would definitely 1000% recommend Dmitriy to anyone who is looking to have their car windows tinted! This is my second vehicle that I've brought to his shop and I've left beyond satisfied each time. He also reminded me to not roll the windows down for 5 days minimum, just so it allows the tint to cure properly, and if I had any questions or concerns to not hesitate to reach out to him. Thank you so much Dmitriy! I'm loving the tint on the new car!

Dimitry does high quality work with QUALITY tint for some of the BEST PRICES in Sacramento! Did SunTek CIR 50. CIR 50% ceramic tint looks sooo CLASSY all around! Had 35% before this but it didn't look classy. It did give me absolute privacy to pick my nose though. Since I had a black interior, it ended up being DARK DARK. Also gives cops an incentive to ticket me. Anyway I changed it to 50% ceramic and man oh man it looks sweeeet! read more

Bad experience, bad workmanship ended up costing me more money in the long run to fix the issue elsewhere. The owner won't own up to their mistakes as he's a holy man and does not make mistakes apparently. And keep an eye on that employee it looks like he hasn't slept in weeks, lock your personal items away while vehicle is in their possession. To avoid these issues I would definitely go elsewhere read more

Imagine the melody from the song "Milkshake" by Kelis. My car, looks cooler than yours, Damn right, much cooler than yours All because of Dmitry at Top Line Tinting. I was in and out in less than two hours. Plus the window tinting is on fleek (yes I used FLEEK!)!! No bubbling, right to the edges and below the rubber for a smooth look. I ended up taking my laptop and working from the mimosa house (7 min walk) but Albert also asked if I needed a ride which was super nice. Inside there establishment though, is coffee bar, massage chair, tv, comfy couch, candy, everything you would need to wait comfortably while they work on car. The tint comes with a lifetime warranty and the service here is unbeatable. When I inquired on Yelp they gave me the three options they have for tint options and pricing. Very upfront which is nice and I was able to do some research on my own looking up the names of the tints to see what I may want when I get there. Overall I can't imagine going to anyone else now in the future. I had a lot of friends recommend people who can do the tint for cheap, but for quality and a job done right I thought the pricing here is very fair and so I will only be coming here and recommending Deluxe Window Tinting!!

They take the tint right to the edge of the glass and it looks amazing. Llumar Formula One is my go to. Pinnacle is amazing. If you're looking at XPel, consider Formula One instead. XPel is very blue. I'll attach a picture of my windows compared to Prime XR Plus. Make sure you give Kevin a call to get your windows tinted. It was a quality experience.

Come at 9am to Dmitriy's place to get some Window Tint removed and new put on. I came to get a quote and gave me a price and time and has been doing an amazing job treating my car with a lot of care.
