I decided to shop around. That's when I saw all of the great reviews for A+ which honestly made me a little bit skeptical, but I decided to reach out anyway. I messaged with someone for a day or two, and then I decided just to make the appointment. A+'s pricing was about $200 less than the last place that I took my last car to. They were able to get me in the very next day! That was surprising and a welcomed relief to my light sensitive eyes. When I arrived, I was greeted and we discussed my tinting preferences. After the game plan was made, I felt confident that I was going to get exactly what I wanted as far as the darkness in the vehicle. I came prepared to wait for hours on end, and in just over an hour, my vehicle was completed! I believe there were three gentlemen working on my windows, so that was great teamwork. I'm already planning on bringing my husband's truck back for tinting as a Hanukkah gift, but I will also be recommending this place to anyone and everyone because they really do warrant all of the great reviews! I couldn't find my receipt but I figured they would have me in their system, and so I drove down there and talked to someone in person, who gave me the impression he was in charge. He told me that they don't keep any information in the system and there was nothing he could do for me. He said I would need to find my receipt from 4 years back?! What?! Seriously? Who doesn't keep records in their business system? Are they using triplicates? He said for me come back and they could fix it and maybe "see what they can do after it's fixed." Huh?! I'm not gonna have the work done and get charged full price. Just bummed that this is how they do business.

I met with Isaac Lopez and we discussed at length what I wanted done. I have a 2026 Mercedes GLE450 and really particular about who works on it. I got my estimates for PPF applied to the Front Grill, Full Hood, Fenders, mirrors and A pillars. PPF for the front windshield. 70% Ceramic tinting for all windows and sunroof. And lastly a ceramic coating for exterior painted and glass surfaces. The estimate was very reasonable so I dropped off the vehicle on a Wednesday and picked it up Friday afternoon. The PPF film application turned out really clean. The PPF film along with the front windshield placements were nearly undetectable. I choose a 70% ceramic tint for all the interior glass and its so perfect and blended in well. The most important thing is the shop left my car super clean inside and out. I would highly recommend the "Wet Paint Detailing" shop for all your Paint protection and Paint correction needs. Isaac was a pleasure to work with. He kept me up to date daily on the progress.

I recently noticed "stardust" on the PPF and Branson at Saturdays Auto Shield examined the hood said he believed it was a defect in the PPF. I contacted XPEL at Branson and Sabrina's suggestion and XPEL approved a warranty replacement of the product. I scheduled my car in for the work on 6/30 and just picked it up today, 7/3. The work is just beautiful. Branson and Sabrina, aside from being great people, have a beautiful, spotless shop and the work they do matches the shop. I was willing to pay cash, accepted his price, made myself available and stayed at home all day and yet no response. I'll assume he didn't need my business. I won't reach out to this company in the future, nor refer them to others.
