I recently moved to Auburn and found Saturdays Auto Shield when I was in the area. I have a fully restored 1971 Porsche 914-6 on which I had PPF applied by a shop in the Bay Area back in August 2020. I recently noticed "stardust" on the PPF and Branson at Saturdays Auto Shield examined the hood said he believed it was a defect in the PPF. I contacted XPEL at Branson and Sabrina's suggestion and XPEL approved a warranty replacement of the product. I scheduled my car in for the work on 6/30 and just picked it up today, 7/3. The work is just beautiful. Branson and Sabrina, aside from being great people, have a beautiful, spotless shop and the work they do matches the shop. Super friendly husband and wife (and tiny baby) duo/trio who are also very knowledgeable about the world of tint. Took our baby hauler here for a full tint job, a paint peeling monstrosity of a car, and they took care of it. Was never pushy to upsell us and was transparent through entire process. Price was also transparent. Tint was cut to perfection and laid perfectly. They also knew that our car came with a factory privacy glass, I thought it was old tint since it was purple, and laid tint over it to bring the black color back. We wanted limo tint in the rear since our baby is sensitive to bright lights and now he doesn't squint anymore when we have him back there. A+ for their communication as well. OMG! Where do I start? I'm a PPF aficionado. In my experience I know it to be an ART! Not everyone can do it and do it well. I've seen both sides and had the devastating and expensive experience of having it done wrong. When it comes to PPF, Branson is an artist... hands down! Excellent work! Awesome people!! I looked all around Sacramento and neighboring areas to find a shop to install paint protection film on my vehicle. While I ended up with quite a few options, I am so glad that I went with Saturdays! They were extremely flexible with options on which panels to protect, and their price was excellent considering I chose an "a la carte" configuration as opposed to a "full package" (which is all some shops offer). Workmanship: EXCELLENT I had Xpel PPF (clear bra) applied to the full hood and bumper of my vehicle. I mentioned to Branson (owner/installer) that I am very "particular" about my cars and hadn't had PPF on any prior vehicles, so I was concerned that I would see film edges. He assured me that I would be happy with the result, and I most certainly am! Service: AWESOME Branson and Sabrina make a great team and are great at what they do within their business. The process was simple and pleasant, which is exactly what I was hoping for and actually expected after my first couple of phone calls with them since they gave a very positive vibe. Product (Xpel PPF): LOVE IT! The photos that I included are after 3 days of highway driving and about 150 miles with no washing. Before the film, this flat bumper would have been riddled with bugs. As shown in the photos, there are very few bugs on the bumper. Most simply fall off, and what remains washes off with ease. We got referred to this place through a friend who is very familiar with cars. We made a mistake and took too long to decide because by the time we called to book an appt, this place was about 1.5 months out! We had just bought the Tesla 3 and didn't want to take it on the highway until the full front bra was on so our car ended up sitting in our garage for a long time before we could drive it :( but that's our fault so just call to book an appt first and you can always change your mind later on. Just hold your spot in line first (they also have a cancellation list that doesn't really happen). This place is amazing for the work that they do. They keep its quality by having just one person doing the job and there's a reason why people wait so long just to get the job done. We got a full front bra plus tints all over. We got 70% for front and top and 50% all around the sides. We didn't want it too dark and this combo was nice! It's enough so that you can tell it's tinted, but not too dark to lose the luxury open feel of the car. The clear front bra job was amazing. The edges are on so neat and perfect and you can tell it's really quality work. The full bra includes the whole front bumper, hood (up to the doors) and the side mirrors. They even did a bit of our trunk for protection. So great. Highly recommend. I'm super OCD and this place made me happy so you know they do amazing work. read more

I wanted to get my new car protected as soon as possible, and Saturday's not only gave me the best price on a clear-bra and tint, but were also able to get me in the soonest. I got Xpel P.P.F. on the full hood, fenders, front bumper, headlights, side mirrors, door cups, and rear loading area, and then a ceramic tint on all but the windshield. Everything came out great, and later, when I got a ceramic coat done on the car, the installer, who sees a lot of clear bras, commented on how good the install of my clear bra was. He couldn't even tell it was there when he started working on the car. I also went back to Saturday's to have some black wrap put on my roof to help protect that as well.
