Worst detailing I've ever experienced! I paid $200 and then I had to vacuum under the front seat, hand wipe the headliner, clean the driver's window, clean the cup holder. They didn't lift the park brake to clean or move the seat forward to clean the side and back of center console. The list goes on. These photos are a few hours AFTER I got the car back from them. Never again!!

I have yet to be disappointed with my exterior wax. Steve the owner and all of his staff are always friendly and accommodating when making appointments. They always ask if there is anything I would like them to focus on when getting my car waxed. Classic detail offers great prices for exterior wax and interior cleaning. My boyfriend has done the interior cleaning in the past and has always been happy as well. I highly recommend this place!

I was shopping around for a detail shop and ran across this one which was walking distance to my house. They provided me a quote through yelp and were able to schedule an apt for a few wks out. It was a flat $180 for the detail which was a bargain compared to other quotes that were nearly 500. I dropped my car off in the morning around 8 and it was ready by 3. They did an excellent job! Got in all the nooks and crannies and my wheels were sparkling. I have leather seats and they were conditioned and looked brand new. I will definitely be back! read more

I took my car into Classic Detail on a recommendation from my neighbor. I had a foreign substance on the hood that I was afraid it was some type of scratch (on a black car looks horrible) and wasn't going to be able to be buffed out. Well, the got it out!!! They did an amazing job and the car looks fabulous!!! They were very friendly and didnt charge anything over the quoted price. I had my car back at the time that they committed to having it done. This was my second time to use this facility in performing two detailing services (it was for our older vehicle). The first time was solely an upper engine bay detailing service some years ago. This time, it was for the same service again, plus an interior cleaning. Both services were very well done! The employees were friendly, and the time to complete all of the work was really prompt (sooner than initially estimated)!! I am very impressed with the results of the cab detailing of my very old truck today. This company is professional from the first contact to the completion of the work. The Detailer went the extra mile too. He saw the red paint on the side of my (brown) truck (as a result of an incounter with a newly installed & freshly painted ballard at the gas station). Had my car clean last week. AutoNation Honda from Roseville recommend it this place for me.. Randy told me they do very good job, they even send their cars over their if they are busy.. I was very disappointed they way they cleaned my car.. When I was there to pick up my car I found so many stain from the spray they used. After showing them one of the guy got spray, towel and vacuum and start cleaning.. I was shocked because at home I can do the same thing even better .. that's why I brought my car there to get a good cleaning!! I got my car detailed inside and out a week before Christmas. My 3 year old could have done a better job. I cant believe the owner let me go with the car that shotty work. Rims still had dirt, water spots on windshield, door panels weren't even wiped down, visor still had fingerprints on it. Door panels outside weren't even waxed, their was white residue all over them . I paid $150.00 out the door for me to just go home and Finnish cleaning it. I won't be back read more

I go wayback with Classic Detail! I have a vast history it automotive repair, auto performances even Pull Tractors and I would never ever go to a different detail shop if I'm anywhere close to these guys. When I say way back I'm talking like 20 years I might be off a little but for all the times that I've been there sometimes twice a year these guys know what they're doing and if they did happen to miss something just let them know they will make it right. They go above and beyond the Call of Duty they're amazing just give me a chance you will not be sorry! And when I say I detail we're talking engine compartment the engine inside and outside including shampooing the carpets clean the underneath they clean everything!!! Seriously! GW has been installing PPF for over 20 years. I dealt mainly with Christine and she was very communicative about the services, products and timing. She worked with me on my schedule and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Her customer service was one of the reasons I chose GW. I felt she offered the fairest price for the most quality product: Xpel Ultimate Plus. Xpel is considered one of the leaders in PPF with 10 year warranty and self healing properties. Also they could do the install in one day. The protected the following: hood, fenders, front bumper, headlights, frontside of rear view mirrors, luggage strip on back bumpers and door edges. While the quality of the product is important, the quality of install is even more important. GW did an excellent job. The seams were clean and the ends were tight and nicely fitted. My pictures do not do their work justice. To that point, I hired a Detailer (also a PPF installer) to work on my car. That Detailer said they did a really clean install job. I also found out GW installs for a lot of the luxury dealers in the area like Volvo and Porsche. If you are looking for an excellent PPF installer that provides great customer service, look no further.

I met with Isaac Lopez and we discussed at length what I wanted done. I have a 2026 Mercedes GLE450 and really particular about who works on it. I got my estimates for PPF applied to the Front Grill, Full Hood, Fenders, mirrors and A pillars. PPF for the front windshield. 70% Ceramic tinting for all windows and sunroof. And lastly a ceramic coating for exterior painted and glass surfaces. The estimate was very reasonable so I dropped off the vehicle on a Wednesday and picked it up Friday afternoon. The PPF film application turned out really clean. The PPF film along with the front windshield placements were nearly undetectable. I choose a 70% ceramic tint for all the interior glass and its so perfect and blended in well. The most important thing is the shop left my car super clean inside and out. I would highly recommend the "Wet Paint Detailing" shop for all your Paint protection and Paint correction needs. Isaac was a pleasure to work with. He kept me up to date daily on the progress.

They charged me 3600.00 for front bumper, windshield , hood, and headlight PPF. They were suppose to do the wheels but that was never done. The photos are from the second time they did the work. They charged me 1200 for interior cleaning and ceramic coating which you can see the photos that really wasn't done. There's dent on a pillar wasn't there before. The sensors aren't even cut out. They might be able to do paint correction but PPF IS NOT SOMETHING YOU SHOULD BRING HERE. ****Stay away from this shop. **** Go to Ceramic Pro Sacramento not only will they do the work paid for but with skill and experience.

The calls back-and-forth for four hours were to go over a stupid contract that you wanted me to fill out so you could continue to steal money. Nobody subdued anybody they came out and spoke to me because I wouldn't leave the premises until I knew what you were doing or not doing in this case I also won the case for the $3000 that you didn't win. look at the other reviews from this other gentleman he did the same thing to him. Matthew was horrible. He is a liar and very manipulative. I definitely would not trust him to touch your vehicle or faith or anybody else with that company. And in his response, if you look below, he said I was arrested, which is a bold face lie. Nobody was arrested. Matthew is such a manipulative liar. No arrests were ever made and no such warning was given. And they were the ones that said to sue him. Make sure you also read Sol's review also. Matthew and staff messed up his car also and Matthew became very angry with Sol. Slander!!!

Classic Detail did a great job on my recent auto detailing. My son spilled some hot chocolate in the back, light grey fabric seat and they removed it completely. My car also had intense water spots from the Roseville sprinklers and they buffed those out. As a matter of fact my 2016 Honda Civic looked as good as new when I picked it up. So now my whole family wants to use them. And... the staff are friendly, professional and they work to make sure that you are satisfied. They were very friendly when I dropped my Tacoma off. Did an over all fantastic job. Missed a tricky spot vacuuming brought it back and they handled it no problem. My truck looks as good as the first day in drove it off the lot. Thanks Steve and classic detail! read more
