My headlights were also very foggy and showing condensation, so I booked a headlight restoration. Brandon was honest in saying that I didn't need any exterior services aside from headlights, and that I could simply was my car at Quick Quack before trade-in. He quoted me $250 for interior detail and $50 for headlight restoration, which is exactly what I paid on day-of (no nickel & diming!). Interior- It honestly looks like a NEW car in there! Upholstery stains are gone, floor, floor mats, door interiors, center console, etc are all spotless. I also asked about ceramic coating which he was very honest with me and didn't up charge me and told me on how it wouldn't be great for what I use my truck for and suggested a better option. These folks are nothing short of amazing! My car looked horrible with tree sap, waterspots , scratches from the drive thru car wash, bird poop and all sorts of ugliness going on and I needed help getting it shining again. Upon inquiring through yelp I got an immediate response from the owner and set the appointment for a specific day and time. They showed up exactly when scheduled and proceeded to get to work, and man work they did! They literally worked on it all day, I must mention it is a black car and they are the most difficult to deal with and tend to show every defect. At the end of the day the car looked twice as good as when it rolled off the production line, absolutely stunning with a mirror finish. These guys are pros, period. As a car collector, to me, it's important that people around your car care as much as you do and it shows in the final product. I've included two photos, one shows what the car looked like before and the other shows the after result, it's literally a different looking car. I would not hesitate to use them again in fact they're going to do my wife's car next. CUSTOMER SERVICE: - got about 2-3 dozen quotes via Yelp for interior detailing - chose Dedicated Mobile Detailing because of the promptness of communication (via Yelp messaging + text messaging) and quoted price, as well as having the ability to have the service done in the comfort of my own home - leading up to the appointment, Brandon made sure to send text reminders to reconfirm the date and time - once onsite in the Dedicated Mobile Detailing van, Brandon and Igor did a walkthrough of the vehicle in my garage and Brandon ended up discounting me the original quoted price because of how clean my vehicle already was (my main focus of getting an interior detail was staining on my seats) - Brandon and Igor needed a hose hookup, which thankfully I had just outside my garage for them to do the interior cleaning of my car - they were finished in about an an hour and 15 minutes; the look and smell of the seats as well as my weather mats was great! - because of the time of the detail (January, cold and rainy shortly after the clean) it took about 2-3 more days for the seats to fully dry and I reevaluated the seats; Brandon and Igor did indeed remove ALL the stains on ALL my seats, even some old stains that the previous detailer from 2.5 years prior was unable to remove - accepted forms of payment are digital (Cash App, Venmo, Zelle) and card (although Brandon informed me he tries to stay away from card transactions; I opted for Zelle) read more

I sent a request for pricing through Yelp! and got a response in minutes. Brandon provided all of the info I needed and I was able to book service in a matter of days. We booked a day and a timeframe. The day of service he checked in a few hours before to narrow it down. When he arrived with Carlos we did a walk around of my car and I was able to point out the few specifics I was hoping to have taken care of. Once they were done with my service we did another walk around and he had taken care of all of the things I had pointed out.
