Fantastic job with our Durango SUV. We've had it for 3yrs, 4 kids, daily driving, drop offs and pickups, lots of activities, lots of eating in the car, vacations and trips skiing and to the beach, and only the occasional vacuum. They came to our house, spent three hours, and made it look like new again. got all the dirt and grime out of the seat rails and cleaned everything out of the crevices and hideyholes. Shampooed all the carpets, even waaay under the third row seats. Reconditioned all the leathers and plastics. Every nook and cranny got touched. I was really impressed. Always a great sign when you see a company with all 5-star Yelp ratings. We recently bought a used car from a private party and wanted to have the interior detailed. We didn't know of any detailing places around us, so we looked on Yelp. Found a few places but Perfect Shine stood out to us because they were 1) mobile and 2) all 5-star rave reviews. We wanted the detailing done as soon as possible, so there was an option to get a quote on Yelp. Yelp also gave me the option to send the same question to 2-3 other detailing companies. I figured I'd see who would respond and have availability first. Not long after I sent in the request, I got a response from Jorge, one of the co-owners of Perfect Shine. Within a few minutes, I received a quote and set up an appointment. Effortless! The other two companies took longer in responding (to be expected, since it was July 4th weekend!). One wasn't available until Wednesday and one wanted me to call their office. [Why call when I can set up an appointment via Yelp, right?] Jorge and his Perfect Shine van arrived early to our 10am appointment (they showed up around 9:30am). It was a team of three, which was great, because we knew we'd have 3 sets of eyes making sure the car was clean! They came at 9:30am and left at 12pm. They had their compressor, vacuums, leather conditioner, you name it. I told my husband that these guys sure had a lot of patience and detail in cleaning, because I probably would have taken 20 minutes to vacuum and called it a day. :) They also have the option to have your car exterior detailed, but my husband enjoys doing that, so we just did the interior. The price was reasonable. I think we paid $159, though I gave them a little extra because Jorge helped me fix the scratched up grill area that took some effort. We also gave them plenty of cold bottled water because it's a lot of work, working under the blazing sun for so long. Would highly recommend them to others. Will definitely call them again if we need car detailing in the future. read more

I bought a 3 year old SUV that was in San Francisco for its first 3 years. The panoramic moonroof had hard water spots that I thought were etched into the glass permanently. I tried to remove it myself with no luck. So I thought I'd see if they could make it less noticeable. Once they were done they were able to remove 99% of the spots on the moonroof that I thought had caused permanent damage.
