We found this business on Yelp and read the reviews. We then called and spoke to Marcus who answered most of our questions in detail. Most of the questions we had were about the warranty. It covers discoloration, de-lamination, peeling, cracking, adhesive failure & oxidation. We could tell he believed in the product "Geo-Shield" and his confidence made us believers as well. He was very honest with his recommendations and although had several opportunities to upsell to a more expensive product he did not and gave us the best tinting option for our driving needs. read more

Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and customer service oriented. I appreciate the time and effort they spent to make sure everything is done correctly the first time before I leave with my vehicle. If I need any tint work done, this is where I go! Due to scheduling conflicts, I took one of my cars to another highly rated shop in the area and was not as impressed as I always am with MTS' work. I'm sticking with MTS as tried and true shop for all my tint needs. read more

So, I recently got a new car and wanted to make some modifications to it. Tinted windows got done right when I purchased it, and I wanted to get the headlights and taillights treated in a gloss black. I've never made any modifications to any car I've owned in the past, so I really have no frame of reference for pricing and material. I called around to a few places in town, and they weren't as reasonable or helpful in explaining the material used and installation process. I called Marvelous Tint Solutions, and spoke with Marcus who was very helpful and walked me through the entire process. I decided to make an appointment, and I could not be happier with the look of my car. When I picked it up, he adequately explained how to care for the product and what to do to ensure the longest life of it that I can. I would recommend this shop for any car modification needs, I will be back if I need anything else done. read more

Marcus is someone who takes pride in his work and has excellent attention to details. I brought a 2021 Tesla Model Y to get a ceramic glass roof tint at 70%. I had all of the other windows tinted yet forgot about the roof. Summer is coming and the roof has been a problem area for me. I needed the job done asap. Marcus explained to me his experiences with other Teslas and how he likes to make sure his work is perfect. The job took a day and he informed me of the process. There was some things he didn't like but when I looked it at I thought it was fine. For example he explained there will be some scratches, kinks, and water stains. The scratches were minor and looked like they were from the outside. This car has been driven all over California. There was one kink but it was near the back seat. I don't sit there, so it's not a big deal to me. I tried taking a photo and it doesn't show. The water stains were unavoidable because we weren't sure if the side panels can come off and agreed to not take them off. I have a photo. It's not noticeable unless you're really looking. Overall I think this was a good tint job given how large the glass roof is and what I really cared about was lowering the internal temperature of the car. There were no air bubbles and it's very smooth besides that one kink. Again, the kink isn't within my view and the back passenger probably won't notice it because it's towards the edge. The tint is worth it, especially if you travel and do outdoor activities. read more

Great place! I had my friend get his windows and taillights tinted here a few years ago and he was very happy with the outcome, so I booked two different appointment with them to do the same thing. I live about 40 minutes away and am only in Folsom on the weekends, so it was hard to book an appointment since they are closed Saturdays and Sundays. But the owner was very helpful and agreed to stay longer than he usually would on both occasions in order to work on my car. My first appointment (6/26/2015) was for tinting all my windows except the windshield, and the second one (7/16/2015) for tinting my taillights. I'm very happy with the job done and the prices are very reasonable. The owner works with you and if you aren't happy with the outcome, all you have to do is tell him so. I definitely recommend this place. read more

This place is truly wonderful and does a great job. My boyfriend had gotten his car done here last year and he has been extremely happy with it and I recently took my car in to get my windows tinted and have been very happy so far. The tint comes with a lifetime warranty and they honestly have fair prices. The only thing I didn't love was the scheduling. It was slightly unclear when it would be ready since they said they had a couple other cars to do that morning, but when I got in for my appointment it seemed as if I was the first one there and they just started on mine rather than waiting for the other customers with earlier appointments. I was a little confused and although I understand how sometimes certain circumstances can vary and change the time it takes, it is a little frustrating as a customer. Overall I was very happy with the job they did and I would recommend this to any friend, family member, or stranger that asked me! read more

I ended up coming to MTS for an odd job, doing an amber overlay over some headlights. Some tint shops I called didn't know how to tackle it. But alas, MTS said they could do it, gladly. Now, I am extremely picky when it comes to my cars. I know where every (tiny) scratch is, I know the way I want it to look, I keep it clean 24/7, yatta yatta yatta--I have never seen such precision and care taken for, admittedly, a small job. The area covered was perhaps 12 square inches. Well, the owner (Marcus) took obvious care making sure the lights were prepped, the lines were perfect, and the vinyl was properly applied. Marcus was even pointing things out to me (picky as I am) I would never notice, to make the job look even better. I cannot recommend MTS enough for any work they may do for you. My Audi looks so much better now, the guys are extremely sociable, the price is more than fair, and the work they do excellent, bar none. I will absolutely be coming back. read more

I wish I had more money and more cars for these guys to work on. I was refered by a friend of mine that had their 2013 civic si done here 3 years ago. Btw...their tint still looks great. I took in my 1992 Sentra SE-R there. I couldn't be happier even a month later! Simply put, they are fantastic at what they do. Even going over with me the details of what they'll be doing with my car. Even showing me how they put clear bras on a 2016 Tahoe. Just because I was curious. You'll be seeing me next time, then the next, then the next...you get the point. Here's to another 10 years guys! read more

Marvelous Tint Solutions truly offers a marvelous experience, as suggested by their shop name. I contacted their shop by telephone twice before ultimately making an appointment. During each conversation, their employees were polite, professional, and very informative, thoroughly answering all my questions and addressing all my concerns. Upon arriving for my appointment, my vehicle was thoroughly inspected and I was assured that it would be returned to me in the same condition. And, indeed, it was returned to me in excellent condition---I observed zero scuff marks or scratches on the lower door panels, sill plates, seat backs, or other interior surfaces. Furthermore, there were no dried watermarks on the door panels or other interior panels because they protected the interior with plastic sheeting. Finally, they rightfully did NOT wipe down the exterior of the vehicle, which creates microscopic scratches in the clear coat (i.e., swirl marks). Concerning the installation of the window film (Geoshield ProNano Ceramic), their workmanship is truly superb. From the filed door edges (my vehicle has frameless doors) to the absence of dust, dirt, bubbles, and other imperfections, the window film looks excellent despite not being fully cured. In closing, I highly recommend Marvelous Tint Solutions. I recently had the windows tinted on my wife's vehicle by another shop that was purportedly a reputable shop with a favorable rating on Yelp. However, the difference in experience between these two shops was night and day! I will recommend this shop to everyone I encounter who is seeking window tint and/or clear bra installation, especially those who are OCD about their vehicles like me. read more

I had zero concerns that my experience at Marvelous Tint Solutions would be anything less than marvelous and I was absolutely right. From start to finish I was a very happy girl! Of course I did my research on #yelp but having previously used after market vendors for window tint, I had a general idea of what to expect. Every step of the way I felt informed and comfortable with this local business. You can see by the photos that they're very well recognized by the local Chamber of Commerce and other yelpers too! I can tell you that they every step of the process, I was well informed, updated and well taken care of! If you are reading this you should definitely check out their Instagram page because it gives some great details on other Custom Vehicle options that they have! I was very impressed about the different options that they have to customize your vehicle and truly make it your own. Great job MTS. See you soon. read more

I got my Corvette tinted last week by Marcus in 5% tint and he did an incredible job. The tints outline is very clean and looks as if it came from the factory. My previous tint had rough edges and contamination but Marcus was able to install the tint perfectly. There's no air bubbles or contamination and the tint looks great. The pricing was also very reasonable and very affordable. I had called a few other shops in the area and one shop quoted me 450$. When I called marvelous tint solutions, Tiffany answered my call and quoted me 200$ which included the 25$ deposit as well. She was then able to book me the next available appointment and once the car was done she told me how to care for the tint and answered any questions I had. I had a great experience with marvelous tint solutions, their customer service skills are great and will not give your car back until it is perfect. This is now my go to shop for tint, I will be doing business with them again in the future. read more
