First off, he is a master detailer. I have an anime wrapped vehicle (Itasha) via laminated glossy vinyl. I parked near some sprinklers in South Sacramento and received the harsh Sacramento Water spots on my vehicle baked by the sun. It ended up etching my wrap. I contacted a few detailers, but this one in particular stuck out to me. Mr. Williams is very good at what he does. He doesn't take chances on things, he sees something and pretty much immediately knows what the solution is and how to fix it regarding detailing for vehicles. He doesn't play around. Little did I know he does work for Pebble Beach in Monterey and puts his cars in SEMA as well, and details extremely expensive vehicles that win huge competitions. At first, I Didn't think it was possible to ever polish a vehicle vinyl wrap. But then I met him. He showed me it was possible if you know what you are doing and how to do it properly. He came out to my house, did a sample, and showed me, I inspected it, had my brother in law inspect it, and it was good work. He came back the following week on a Tuesday morning and got rid of the rest of the water spots on my wrap. It looks as if the wrap had just come out of the shop fresh and clean! Amazing work. He takes pride in what he does and also takes very good care. I don't know what I would have done without him, to be honest, I think I would have just "learned to live with the water spots" instead. Lol. Anyways, I was told by some people I know that these water spots were not removeable if it was etched in, but it seems this is not the case anymore. To add on to this, he also added in a sealant on the entire vehicle, did an extremely good cleaning on my windows, and now the car looks sparkling as well as feels extremely smooth. "Lion Solutions Mobile Detailing" is an extremely accurate name because Daryl's services are fit for a King. I had my husband's truck detailed for his birthday, and my husband was ecstatic with the results. And let me tell you, this truck was DIRTY. It has been through multiple cross country road trips with two children. Daryl was able to get the vomit smell and stain out as well! A CSI team would be hard pressed to find any evidence that anyone ate or vomited in this truck. Also, astonishingly, we could not find one single piece of fur from our golden lab in the vehicle, which is borderline witchcraft. Anyone with a dog understands how difficult this is. The windows and windshield were crystal clear, he put a ceramic protectant on the exterior, hand washed the exterior with a microfiber cloth, got the hard water stains off, and shined every possible surface. My security cameras caught how diligent and meticulous he cleaned this truck. I dare say the truck looks cleaner than when we purchased it. I cannot be happier! Our new SUV needed some love and Daryl was THE MAN to call! He had outstanding communication before, during, and after our service. He arrived on time with his giant tactical support vehicle and got directly to work with his assistant. He made the car shine from top to bottom, inside and out! He gave us the "winterizing" service which preps your vehicle for the rough winter months... my car was shiny and smooth and looked amazing!! He brought us out when he was done and showed us everything he had done for the car - I was super impressed with his thorough work! Ok I will say this - it cost a pretty penny! Like *gulp* was not fully prepared for the final bill. He discounted several things and I do NOT feel taken advantage of, it was just pretty expensive. (To be fair it's a biggo SUV and it took them HOURS!) I do truly feel it is ready for winter and I absolutely got a great service done. Fast forward 12 hours... I drive my amazing shiny beast to work and parked under a nice shady tree. I came out to said tree having dripped SAP ALL OVER MY CAR! Omg I almost cried! My truck was stuck at dealer for many months and wanted to detail and protect the black truck paint. Spoke w Daryl and we went over all my concerns, and he shared all his expertise and specific information related to my request which not any other detailed did. He is not the cheapest but excellent quality and expertise makes it all worth it. We did the work at the dealer for a wash and ceramic and even the dealer managers were so impressed several were asking for his card. Quoted $225 on the phone and followed up with text confirmation then increased it to $700 when you were done. Tried charging $150 to put a cheap plastic conditioner on a wheel cover. Then threatened me if I didn't pay it? WTF? Who runs a business like that? Then you tried to threaten me into giving you a 5 star review?? I had to lie to you and agree just to get you to leave. Then, you followed up by text later telling me to do the right thing and give you a 5 star review. That's why no one should take even your best review seriously.
