I swear I kill half the bug population on the causeway. I used Yelp to shop different installers in the Roseville area. Gold Wurks was one of the first to reply. GW has been installing PPF for over 20 years. I dealt mainly with Christine and she was very communicative about the services, products and timing. She worked with me on my schedule and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Her customer service was one of the reasons I chose GW. I felt she offered the fairest price for the most quality product: Xpel Ultimate Plus. Xpel is considered one of the leaders in PPF with 10 year warranty and self healing properties. Also they could do the install in one day. The protected the following: hood, fenders, front bumper, headlights, frontside of rear view mirrors, luggage strip on back bumpers and door edges. While the quality of the product is important, the quality of install is even more important. GW did an excellent job. The seams were clean and the ends were tight and nicely fitted. My pictures do not do their work justice. To that point, I hired a Detailer (also a PPF installer) to work on my car. That Detailer said they did a really clean install job. I also found out GW installs for a lot of the luxury dealers in the area like Volvo and Porsche. If you are looking for an excellent PPF installer that provides great customer service, look no further.

They only detailed the interior, but the results were excellent. The car is about 14 years old and had some pretty bad stains from spills that had built up over the years. After the detailing, the interior looked almost like new. The job ended up taking quite a while, but the detailer was extremely thorough and worked consistently throughout the entire process. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the good communication along the way. This was also a special project because the detailing was part of a gift for my parents' 40th wedding anniversary, so I was very happy with how the interior turned out. I would definitely recommend The Art of Detailing based on the quality of the work.

Update Michael Justis blocked me after confronting him as feels threatened;…read more His response "Your recent review and the way you have been communicating with me have crossed the line from a customer concern into something that is disrespectful and malicious. Involving and promoting other shops in your review while making accusations about our work is inappropriate and unfair, especially when those businesses were not part of the original transaction. Because of the tone and conduct in your messages, you will not be meeting with me or any of my staff on Monday or at any other time going forward. I will not tolerate being spoken to in the manner you have been addressing me. If you believe you have a warranty concern related to XPEL products, I am happy to refer you to another certified XPEL installer who can assist you with evaluating or processing any potential warranty claim. That would be the appropriate path moving forward. I wish you the best and hope you are able to resolve your concerns through another certified shop." keep in mind he's the one who contacted and showed up first . to multiple shops after I chose his competitor(s) haven't seen this man since 2024. Not even asking for free work or anything warranty related. After he did this whole act he must be called out especially as an adult business owner with a law degree like himself. My response; Michael Justis This response is exactly what I expected. Instead of addressing the workmanship concerns, you're choosing to label my feedback as malicious and shut down any opportunity to actually review the issues. What's inappropriate is refusing to stand behind your work when a customer raises legitimate concerns after spending around $7,500 on a full vehicle wrap and related services. My intention was simply to have a professional conversation and give you the opportunity to inspect the areas I mentioned. Multiple installers have already pointed out the same issues with visible edges and areas that were not properly tucked. That's not an accusation--it's a quality concern. Your decision not to even look at the vehicle or discuss a resolution speaks for itself. I will continue addressing the issues with another certified installer as suggested. Take care.

With my most recent job, I had originally thought of ordering several carbon fiber components for my vehicle including a front splitter and rear diffuser when Adrian (Shop Manager) suggested that we try using carbon fiber paint protection film (PPF) on select components of the vehicle.
