I like that because they dry your car and clean your wheels. Today I went and got the ultimate and pulled over to have them dry and clean the wheels. She said she was done and i gave her a $5 tip. I asked if she did the wheels and she said ever since they quit doing the detsil, they don't do the tires. So I paid an extra $5 for the carwash I didn't need and another $5 for the tip to dry and clean the wheels. Very disappointed that they don't clean the wheels. Now I have to go home and do that. Quick Quack will scratch your car and get away with it…read more My friend's car went through Quick Quack and came out with scratches on the rear bumper that were not there before the wash. While going through the wash, the driver heard two very loud bangs coming from the back of the vehicle. The damage was discovered immediately afterward. We contacted Quick Quack, and the manager apparently only reviewed the footage toward the end of the wash, rather than reviewing the entire time the vehicle was going through the car wash. They then denied responsibility, claiming there was "insufficient evidence" and that there was no evidence of negligence. What makes this even more concerning is that my cousin had the same experience years ago at Quick Quack. Her car was scratched after debris, including dirt and small rocks, came from the truck in front of her. Quick Quack denied responsibility and gave her essentially the same explanation--that the pattern of the brushes did not match the scratches and that there was insufficient evidence to hold them responsible. In both situations, the damage was clearly not present before entering the car wash and was discovered afterward. At this point, it feels like Quick Quack has a standard response for vehicle damage rather than taking responsibility and conducting a thorough investigation. If you use this car wash, inspect your vehicle carefully before and immediately after the wash and document everything.

The issue was the manager's response. Instead of calmly explaining the location's policy, she was visibly irritated, rolled her eyes through her glasses, and spoke in a dismissive, condescending tone. There was no professionalism in the interaction, just unnecessary attitude. If this location has a strict no-roof-rack policy, that's completely fine. Post it clearly and communicate it respectfully. Customers shouldn't feel talked down to for having common vehicle equipment that would've taken me 30 seconds to remove. This wasn't about being denied service. It was about how it was handled. Management sets the tone. Today's tone was unacceptable. But it IS Quick Quack, so that expectation wasn't high.
