Said it was a clay bar color match, and that's what I paid for...Not completely convinced that's what I got, but they did go above and beyond by cleaning the engine, AND they car came out blinging! Overall, excellent service for the price, I'd highly recommend and repeat visit. read more

Bubble Bee Touchless Car Wash - The extra effort really made ALL the difference, that's what earns repeat business! - Car Wash Near Me - Citrus Heights, California

Just drove through the car wash and all it did was gently spray water on my car. The whole thing is still dusty and has bird poop on it. Literally like nothing happened! Stole my money. Don't come here, the machine is weak. I even felt something wrong when it was spraying the water because there was barely any pressure read more

Came here for their touchiness drive through car wash. It got the job done that I needed.

Not taking a payment for Touchless car wash and self one are cooked. Not low car friendly. The touchless is actually pretty good but just sad it's not working tonight read more

Bubble Bee Touchless Car Wash - Self care wash payment not working 8/26/25 - Car Wash Near Me - Citrus Heights, California

Friendly and efficient car wash that offers touchless & hand-wash options and exterior & interior packages. My car is now dust, pollen and bird poop free. My tires are shiny too. I opted for exterior only and they did everything by hand so that I would not get swirls on my paint. Since I was the only car there at 5:15pm, the whole team was able to finish in 15 minutes. My large SUV cost $25 which is on par with other hand car wash businesses but those places usually require appointments. You don't need to make a reservation with Bubblebee. They also offer a subscription service which will save you a significant amount of money. Summer hours are conveniently extended to 7pm so I can make it there after work. Thank you everyone at Bubblebee for their great service on such a hot day! read more

Today I brought in an incredibly filthy and neglected car, for a family member. The interior had a lot of sticky surfaces and a ton of dog hair. The exterior had months of accumulated dirt, pollen, you name it. I asked the gentlemen to do their best (hand wash) and in an hour drove a spotless, sparkling, amazingly clean car. The price was ridiculously low, for what they did, so they earned a good tip. It surpassed by expectations. Only wish I had gotten their names so I could give them credit on this review. Will be back again. read more

This location used to be the best place to get your car washed. But I came by today and pulled up as normal, Instead of setting up my car for a wash, he commented to me about how dirty my truck was and told me they would be closing today, but I could come back in two hours to get a wash. Yes, the truck is dirty, that's why I am at a car wash. Nothing in the hours listing, nor anytime I have visited have they been closed or required scheduling. It's very disappointing service and while they do a good job this experience is not worth driving out of my way for. I'll find something closet to home. read more

They did a great job with the hand wash and dry, and the price was amazing! I will surely be coming back! read more

Hands down the worst "car wash" in town. I think the car is actually dirtier now. lol. Im laughing to keep from crying at this point. I don't think anyone has been there twice. The tunnel kinda drizzles soapy water on the car for 10 seconds before it prompts you to exit. Apparently the employees constantly see the customers discontent because they think it's hilarious. Don't waste your time or money, just go to quick quack or Bubba's or literally just spray your car down with the hose. Cause nothing is better than Bubble bee... read more

Horrible experience! Their self service washes aren't working. And the owners are aware of this situation and doesn't seem to care. We asked for a refund and he wouldn't give us his name and said next time a wash is on us. Then proceeded to tell us all the stalls are broken and I told him there should be signs up. Don't go here. They are scamming people read more

So here's a little update which is kind of disappointing. I signed up for the monthly exterior car washes and was never told of any restrictions. I get my car washed every Saturday and have been coming here for a couple months. Well today I show up and was told by worker I never seen before saying they do not do the monthly washes on weekends when I have been coming here for the past month on Saturday. Very upsetting since I did like the services and always tipped but I will be canceling my subscription and finding a new car wash location. read more

I have been seeing reviews of this car wash and decided to go after a trip to the beach. My car looked amazing after the gentlemen cleaned it inside and out. It felt and looked brand new. It did not take long at all either. They have a nice indoor waiting room for you as well. Also you can't beat the price and convenience. read more

0 stars if I could. BEWARE!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I don't know who the owner is because all of the information is incorrect. I did a search online and made calls and its all a dead end. The guys that were working are liars and thieves. I had to show then twice it was in writing on their kiosk what I was supposed to receive for $25.00. I went through the touchless express ( which does not have a drying cycle) was told they would dry, vacuum, do the windows and armor all the tires. They dried the car and put armor all on and told me they were done. I showed them on their kiosk what I was entitled to and they vacuumed the floor inside the four doors, refused to vacuum in the hatch back and refused to do the windows!! I said it states this is what I'm entitled to. He said yeah but it does not say I had to dry it!! I said "You told me that when I came in!! Not to mention that is part of any car wash. He refused to do anymore. HE SHOULD BE FIRED AND A PERSON THAT ACTUALLY WANTS A JOB PUT IN HE PLACE!! I don't understand where all the good reviews are coming from. If there is an owner they should reach out to me. read more

I got a full service cleaning on my car because I have kids and you'd think they were raised in the wild. Their mess was more than I could deal with but I had also had a long week. I was very happy to get back in a clean car. And they were fairly quick. I went during an off peak hour so it was quiet. Everyone was very nice and friendly. read more

Third time I've been here and was turned away for Interior and Exterior wash. Today I was told to use the automatic washer and that he won't do the interior because he's the only one there. Drove by this morning and he was on his chair. When I came by at 240p he turned me away and went back to sitting in his chair. Do you guys even want business any more? read more

I went to this place today. It looks like these guys bought a self-wash and made it full service. They did an EXCELLENT job on my car. I typically inspect a wash and find areas on my rims that were missed or bug residue that's still there, but that wasn't the case here. They are slow during the week so that's when I'll be going. These guys deserve your business. read more

They did a great job hand washing my Subaru Crosstrek. Looks nice and shiny! Great value

Great staff and customer service. They'll take care of your car. Probably one of the best customer service you can get here in Sacramento.

I called ahead to check if they were open since it was raining. While they were working on my car, the rain picked up a LOT. They continued to work despite this inconvenience. I was extremely impressed with how clean the interior of my car was, once they were done. They were able to get almost all of the dog hair out of the cloth seats! Fantastic work, excellent price, I plan to be a regular! read more

They hand washed the exterior of my 2021 Tundra Crewmax for $30. They did a thorough job, got all the bugs off the front end and grille, wiped down all the door jams and applied tire dressing. First couple times here was good, but the last two times I've come the touchiness car wash didn't work and took my money. It says approved and then the machine never activates. Great job with their cleanliness. Multiple men will clean your car, doesn't disappoint. Will be back for more. Paid $50 in and out. Had a great experience with no less the 5 people working inside and outside the vehicle. Rims were throughly cleaned, and all brake dust was removed.
