I went to Super Clean today and had one of the best experiences I've had there. A gentleman named Nathan greeted me right away -- which honestly never happens -- and even wished me a good day. Before my car went in, he actually took the time to properly soak it, not just give it a quick spray like I've seen others do. You can tell he understands that some spots need real attention to get clean. He worked with a smile the entire time and made the whole place feel more welcoming. I usually dread coming here, especially having to wait in line to vacuum, but today was different. DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH! THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND LOYAL CUSTOMERS WHEN THERE'S ISSUES! Around June or July of 2025 while washing my car using Super Clean Car Wash Automatic Car Wash, Chemicals from their system left stains on the hood and trunk areas on my car. I went through the car wash various times over the next few weeks hoping they would wash away but the areas still showed the chemical stains. I paid $65 dollars at a detail shop to have the damaged areas buffed out. After going through the car wash again on Aug 1st, I noticed chemical damage in the same hood & trunk areas. I got the manager and we both took pictures of the damaged areas. He submitted a claim and informed me someone should contact me in about a week. I never received any call text or email, So I called and talked to lady that handled claims and issues at their corporate office on 8/8/25. She informed me that she was aware of the issue and that she was going to continue examining videos of when I used the car wash and when my car was initially damaged and call me on 8/12/25 to discuss a solution. She also said she would put in a request for a refund of $39.99 for me that was deducted from my account on 8/4/25 for the car wash monthly payment. I never heard back from her nor did I receive any refund. I called 8/14/25 and 8/15/25 leaving several messages. I left the last message on 8/15/25 and said that if I don't hear from her by the end of the day, I will cancel my plan which I did and dispute charges with my bank which I did. My bank is now investigating the matter and depending on the extent and cost to repair the damage, I'm considering filing a claim with small claims court. I been a loyal customer for over a year and I feel this is a Lousy Way to treat customers. If I could give this company Zero Stars I would, I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS CAR WASH AT ALL! IT'S DESPICABLE HOW THEY TREAT LOYAL CUSTOMERS WHEN THERE'S ISSUES! I'll also post negative reviews on other Rip Off sites. I'll be looking out for any class action law suits as well to join! I think most of us agree that its always a good feeling to have your vehicle looking its best. This takes me on a trip to Carmichael where I regularly bring my Honda and this is none other than "SuperClean Xpress Carwash". Located directly on Fair Oaks Blvd. (and directly between Robertson Ave. and Marconi Ave.), this car wash has been in operation since mid-2019. Truth be told, there has been quite a few car washes here over the years with various business names. Since I have been here on numerous occasions, I figure why not give this a review to tell everyone my experience. In addition to the Carmichael location, this company also has car washes in the East Bay (Pittsburg, Oakley, Brentwood) as well as the surrounding Sacramento area (Natomas, Elk Grove, El Dorado Hills, Roseville, etc.). Memberships vary from $20/mo (for the basic wash/dry package) up to $40/mo (which include tire shine, signature super reflection). I am currently using the $25/mo package which gives me a clear coat shine and wax; very reasonable since I have a black sedan that easily shows dust/dirt unless I keep it clean. The process is rather simple as you hold your phone up to the barcode to scan and you proceed into the actual "wash" area. This is where an employee tells you to align your front left tire and the conveyer belt will take you into the interior tunnel. One thing that is missing (and another Yelper pointed this out) was that they do not give you wipes to clean your dashboard. Not a dealbreaker but these were so good especially when the scents really made the interior of your vehicle smelling great. The overall wash process goes rather quickly in just over one minute. The amount of pressure that the wash uses is gentle on the paint and the drying process assures that little to no water spots are left after I exit the wash. Once I proceed over to the vacuum area, most (if not all) of them work efficiently sucking up unnecessary crumbs, dirt, small rocks, or any other unwanted debris that make its way onto your car seats and floor mats. Best of all, the space between you and neighboring vehicles is wide enough where your doors are not touching others, even fully wide open. Overall, "SuperClean Xpress Carwash - Carmichael" is definitely an above average car wash that works efficiently. I feel that it is better than one of its major rivals in this area, notably "Quick Quack" and "Waterfly". When you factor in the relatively decent monthly membership fee, ease of use, and convenience, I am going to give this place an above average four star Yelp review. read more

I was under the impression it's illegal to have anything in the windshield blocking visibility. As far as I can tell, there is not a detailing service available, so if you need your car waxed, clay barred, door jambs cleaned, etc., this wouldn't fit the bill. Very fast ~3 minutes, but poor cleaning. I got the highest tier wash ($14) and my car still looked dirty afterwards. The brushes left streaks on my windows and the "spot free" dry was anything but. I have gotten better results at a gas station drive-through wash. The premium tire wash also somehow missed the dirt on my tires. I didn't get the deep shiny black I was looking for. The vacuums are the saving grace for this place and the reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1. There are plenty available after your wash. The vacuums are free with purchase of a wash and have two heads, one broad and one thin. The thin head allowed me to clean some spots I have never been able to before with other car wash vacuums. I paid $25 for my usual car wash. but it no longer includes the attendant giving you wipes and they no longer use a brush ro clean the bumpers. one of the automatic brushes was not working and the ceramic spray wasn't working either. so if you go to this sorr car wash get the $8 wash all the others are worth the money. this place has really gone downhill. read more

I want to stop my monthly debit payment to this merchant. I moved out of CA late part of May, but can't get any info on how to stop my payments. The bank stated that I have to deal directly with the merchant. I have made one e-mail attempt to home office, but no response. Second comment. I finally did locate a site online and was able to request my debit charges be stopped. They complied with my request. So, everything is good now. Not a horrible car wash, decent enough for the price IF you wash once or twice a week. The problem with that? The traffic on this street is horrendous pretty much since this place opened due to never ending road work. Getting in and out is easier said than done. I know they can't control the work on the street, but that wouldn't be so annnoying if not for the fact that half the time they're closed well after opening hours. I usually drop the kids at school and come by for a wash, at least half the time an hour past posted opening hours, they're not open yet. I was excited to see this particular Car Wash facility under renovation, with much anticipation of their Grand Opening,... as it 'was' the only full-service wash and detail facility left in Carmichael. - I am disappointed to learn that this 'new' facility is merely a 'wash tunnel' with vacuums available... - And 5 out of 7 customer reviews rating this facility, and their customer service, to be 'sub-standard' at best. I'm open for suggestions for a full-service car-wash facility in the Carmichael area. That being said, I will continue going to the Quick Quack on Watt Ave, near Arden Way, for my exterior washes and wheel shine....
