NO SOAP CAME OUT OF THE HIGH PRESSURE WASH, NO TIRE CLEANER OPTION AND NO LOUD BEEPING WHEN YOUR TIME IS ABOUT TO END... BONUS-- when I pulled up to the stall there was a guy washing himself... Bring your quarters $2.50 for 4.5 minutes! Both times I have used this place no soap!!

I stopped in late last night, shortly before closing, after traveling home from Oregon with my car covered in bugs. I went back this morning for a rewash after realizing just how poorly the car had been cleaned the night before. Unfortunately, I couldn't see the extent of the problem last night because of the low light conditions. When I returned this morning, I was told they would not rewash the car because more than 30 minutes had passed since the original wash. I completely understand having a 30 minute rewash policy during normal daylight hours when a customer has a reasonable opportunity to inspect their vehicle. But applying that same timeframe to a wash done late at night, when it's difficult to see whether the car was properly cleaned, makes very little sense. The employee told me there was nothing she could do because of the 30-minute policy, but suggested that I contact customer service. When I contacted customer service, I was only able to speak with an AI representative, which then told me there was nothing they could do and directed me right back to the store where the issue occurred. So essentially, I was sent in a complete circle with no one willing or able to actually address the problem or provide any resolution. I've been a loyal customer since Quick Quack opened, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. Unfortunately, this will be the final time I use Quick Quack. There are other car washes in the area, and I'll be taking my business somewhere that offers better customer service & a little more common sense when it comes to situations like this.

Took me a second to figure out the card payment method which could have been solved if I had just stopped to read the instructions to press the green button to add more time lol All-in-all a $3 minimum is incredibly reasonable and everything worked as expected. I only used the rinse and foam brush this first time, and while they got the job done, the foam brush ended up dying my hands blue from the soap. Not a huge deal, but a bit annoying if you're not immediately going home afterwards to wash it off (spraying with the rinse hose didn't remove it). Despite the dye situation, I was satisfied with the result and will be back again.

The first time an elderly woman put cash on a pump and he put it on the wrong #. So she came in and told him and he told her to move her car. She asked for a refund, he wouldn't give it to her. So she moved her car to the other pump and it wasn't working so she came in again and told him and he argued with her telling her she wasn't doing it right. He said something to the effect of...I'm gunna go out there and show you it works and embarrass you. Dude, the only person you're embarrassing is yourself. Today, went to get a car wash and it stopped in the middle of the wash. Went inside to inform the man who said "so the car wash has been working all week and you're telling me you're the one who broke it, Im not buying that shit" um I didn't break anything and my car is parked right in front with soap still on it. He wouldn't give a refund. Wouldn't give a credit for a wash at a different time, just said we are out $15. Told me I have to call the manager or corporate office to get a refund so I asked for the number. He said he can't give that information out. So I took a photo of a paper on the door to the office that had phone numbers listed (photo attached in case someone else needs it, which according to the other reviews, is highly probable) and he told me I couldn't do that.

I cannot say enough AMAZING things about this car detailing service! My car honestly looks brand…read morenew. I had no idea it could look this good again. They paid attention to every single detail -- the vents, the seams, the cup holders (which were embarrassing before!), the carpets, the leather... all of it spotless. The exterior shine is next-level, too. Even my headlights look clearer! Beyond the incredible workmanship, the service was friendly, professional, and worth every penny. They showed up on time, walked me through what they were doing, and clearly take real pride in their work. Three of them stayed past closing to finish it entirely. This location in Folsom is definitely smaller and it feels really wedged in on the corner that it's located at. Don't let that stop you from going through this wash. Their overall equipment definitely looks newer, and I felt like I did a much better job getting the car cleaner than some of the other locations that I frequent. Sidenote, some of the locations have a very unpleasant, smelling car soap, and this one actually smelled very bright and clean. The only thing missing was staff! I didn't really see anyone around, except when I pulled in, and waiting to go into the car wash, I had to wait for someone to come out just to direct my car in, and turn the wash on. It was a very pleasant experience, the car was clean, and who doesn't want that?! Don't drive dirty!
