Around the second week of May, I called and spoke to Nathaly. She was welcoming and had really convincing words that they'll take care of my car. I explained to her that I had just bought a 2023 TRX and the dealer put a scratch on it and so if I bring it to you for ppf will you take care of it because I just had bad experience. She said we respect our customers. I brought the car in. They said it will be 5 to 7 days before it's done. I told them to please take your time and take care of it. I didn't realize to some people that means they'll work on other cars simultaneously while leaving my car idle. And rush it later. I left the truck there and didn't hear anything from them for a week. I came by to check out my TRX. It seems like they have started on one side but haven't really got into it yet. I noticed my finder flare on one side was scratched but I couldn't take a good look at the rest of the truck. Alex said it can be buffed out. I didn't think it would but I went on my way after he said it will be another week for it to be done and that he will be traveling. Came back 5 days later, I walked in and my decals were removed and taillights were off the car as well.. They had asked me if I wanted anything removed when I first dropped off the TRX and I said no. When I asked why are these removed they said so we can do a better job. I asked Nathaly to have the owner call me. Alex called me very angry telling me things like I'm picky, I ask the same questions multiple times, I bother his employees and that things can happen during installing the ppf, but as long as the paint is protected it doesn't matter. And that for the benefit of the car we do things without asking the customer (exactly his words). At this point I swallowed my words because my car is sitting there half done and I didn't want to deal with issues. They said the TRX will be done couple days later. Which now makes it around 2 weeks and 2 days. I came back to pickup the TRX and I thought that his guys did a good job. I even tipped 3 of his employees $50 each. On top of the $6000 for ppf and $1350 for ceramic. But I noticed little bubbles and things here And there. They promised that those things will be gone in time. I asked Alex what about my finder flare. He said I'll pay half if you bring me the old one. I told him if it's not expensive don't worry about it I'll buy it. Even though it was scratched there. by the time I got Home I looked at the car and found that they also scratched my taillights. Both of the sides. But really noticeable on one side. I called Nathaly and told her that. She said she will check with Alex and also let me know about coming back for the 2 weeks inspection. She never called. She never does unless I call. I called back few days later and she said we will have to do the inspection 3 weeks from now to have more time to look at your car. Which I knew it's another BS because they're just really busy with other cars. But I was a paying customer at one point too! Ether way I agreed and asked her if she spoke to Alex about the taillight. She said he will try to buff it out. I told her what makes you think I want to buff out something On my brand new car and not replace it with a new part! Came back 3 weeks later for their inspection. They asked to leave the truck there overnight but I refused. I told them to just do your inspection and let me go on my way. Alex had promised me to do an extra layer of protection on my steps by the doors. So I had them do that on the day of inspection as well. I waited there for 4 hours. And the little bubbles and imperfections that was there from the original day of pickup were not fixed. Alex said to me "you can't leave with everything perfect." He's very intimidating and come across as nice and humble. But he's far from that. (Very concerning personality in my opinion.) I get really bad vibe from him. I tried to be patient and kissed this business butt to finish my car. I went above and beyond paid for the damages they caused my truck. All I wanted was for a couple bubbles and cracks fixed. The bottom line is that our brand new cars are not safe there. I would never recommend installing ppf to anyone at their business. Did a superb job with ppf on my new Audi. Took about 30 minutes longer than expected, but that's no big deal. They want me to come back in 2 weeks for a final check and t cut around the headlight washer. Very nice owner. Business is hard to find due to the lack of signage on the side of the building (thanks to the city of Folsom). Excellent competitive pricing. All the techs are trained by Expel in Texas. read more

Great all around service. Took my Tesla Model Y here for full front PPF (mirrors, hood, pillars, rocker panels, side camera) full ceramic coating (wheels included, all glass), and full ceramic tint including the roof and front windshield. They were also kind of enough to install provided mud flaps for me (car had under 2k miles when PPF was installed) and even were able to help me debadge the car, in addition to blacking out my front and rear Tesla emblems. Dana was extremely helpful, but more importantly a great communicator. Work looks awesome and they have been there along the way to help me with any questions or concerns. Pictures really do not do it justice. I am going to have them do some interior ceramic as well as a few more finishing touches down the road. Extremely fast turn around for all of the services included. The car is so hydrophobic now that water does not stand a chance, especially after 60 MPH. No need for wipers anymore. I've read some of the reviews here. I moved on and had my 2021 Porsche Macan get a five year ceramic coating. I was quoted $1150. Now. I've carefully read their information online. I'm a car guy, no doubt. I know that even a brand new car can need paint correction. That service is NOT included in their package. I had seen some old swirl marks on the sides. I received a call from Alex regarding this. He wanted to do a paint correction. So I asked his price. It was $350. Very reasonable for this labor intensive work. I gave him the go ahead. I picked up the car the next day and was stunned by the he outstanding depth of color and radiant shine. The work performed was just awesome. I received my warranty card and left happy as can be. I'll also mention that it didn't hurt for me to see some outstanding examples of automobiles in their shop. A quarter million dollars Lamborghini Urus, a newer Ferrari roadster, 911 Porsche and on. My car received the same love as these ultra exotics thanks to Alex and his great crew of women and men! I'll recommend Moro Auto Spa to anyone looking for a great ceramic coating. read more

June 2021 - Meeting Alex of Moro Auto Spa for the first time I could tell his passion for his business which was more extensive than I had previously researched. Initially I needed paint correction, vinyl wrap protection in particular areas, ceramic coating (5 years) and interior detailing. Found out the company also provided service for caliper painting and wheel restoration. Being a possible first time customer and attracted to a "one stop shop fits all" company, I decided to take a chance. That chance paid off in a great job to my rare 2014 Infiniti Q60 IPL (Black) Convertible. I'm retired and this is my daily ride so it had to be great! I was so appreciative that when I found out after, that Moro Auto Spa also can install aftermarket parts (IE- headlights and side turn signal mirrors) that I didn't hesitate to make another appointment with them after I had ordered the parts. I had the Xpel PPF applied to the full front of my brand new Lexus SUV 2 months ago. I drove my car to Santa Cruz the beginning of July and when I went to give it a wash last week (hand wash) I noticed the film on the front hood was ripped up and dirt was under it. See picture below. I brought my car into the shop to have them look at it and was told it was most likely hit by a rock. I wanted them to replace the film as I don't believe it should have ripped up as it did. It looks horrible with the dirt under the film. I was told the only thing I could do was have the film replaced at a cost of $250. I already paid them $1800 for the film. I thought they should have replaced it for free. If I didn't have the film and just got a rock chip it would be around $100 to fix it. I was told the owner would call me to discuss but despite my calling back when I never received a call I have still not heard back from them. I would not recommend this product or this shop. I could have 18 rock chips fixed before it would be worth it. I thought the film was supposed to be "self healing" but it clearly isn't. My car looks worse now than it would with a rock chip. Save your money. read more

I brought my car to their old location. When I pointed out the parts that were missed in the detail I was told that they did the best they could. As I pulled debris out of my door. I asked to speak with the owner who had greeted me when I first arrived, but now is no where to be found. They were more interested in getting paid than making their customer happy. When I finally got a chance to speak with the owner, my car was pulled out of the shop and you could see streaks all over. They looked like rub marks. I was told that this happens sometimes in the process and every vehicle is different. He than again had asked me to pay and we could resolve it from there. I am a reasonable person, so I said try again, I will leave it with you. Crickets...I got a blank stare and more nothing. If they needed more time why would they tell me it's done and expect payment. So be careful with this business because they did me wrong. When I think detail and ceramic coating I was not expecting that. I see their new location has a new name. Hmmm. read more

I called and spoke with Alex to get a quote for window tint and for paint protection film. Was quoted $300 for window tinting my Tesla Model Y which would include all windows except windshield and roof using Xpel XR ceramic tint. And was quoted about $3250 for full body paint protection film. I drove all the way from Elk Grove and he told me it would be $5000 atleast for the PPF and $450 for tinting. He apologized for my misunderstanding which i did not misunderstand, but ok. I decided not to do business with a company that does a switch and bait like this. There are plenty other options out there for me to bring my money to. read more

I purchased a 2010 Toyota Highlander Limited with beautiful pearl white paint that I really wanted to protect, so I purchased the 2-year bronze package. Alex completed my car in a few days and it has been exceptional as I have driven it over the west coast. I took it in for my 1 year finish and when done, the car looked exceptional. I just use my pressure washer and a ceramic rag to dry the car. I may purchase a 5 year package when my 2 year expires. Amazing! read more

At first we were given an incorrect quote by Moro employee, but they did the honorable thing and split the difference and got more business from us! Wish I could give a zero star.... Let me start by saying they tried getting me to pay more than what I was quoted and agreed too, which is illegal. They said they did more work to the car then I requested and signed for, which is not my problem. But the worst part is they left my hatch area soaking wet and used a dirty machine or dirty water to clean my car. The car smelt like a moldy old gym sneaker! They also removed all of my belongings and mixed them up with multiple other belongings from other vehicles. They tried giving me someone else's wheel lock key, even though I had no wheel locks on my wheels. They also lost a rubber piece from my door.
