Last year-Fall 2017, I had my 4-Runner detailed at Niemann's; I paid about $65.00 for the truck getting its Fall sprucing. The truck looked awesome after last year's auto detailing . . . Please review the two photos I posted. 6/15/2018: Now, I posted Niemann's new 2018, price increase, brochure update. Furthermore and today, I'm having my Toyota 2K 4-Runner completely detailed with the Elite package despite, Niemann's brochure stating their price increases; more importantly, my concern is insuring my truck remains in excellent condition for an additional road-worthy, 250K miles. According to Phil, Neimann's Detailing Tech stating, "Wow~Your truck is in pristine condition!" Yes, my 4-Runner does have a couple hundred thousands miles plus on its odometer; however, my Toyota truck has been maintained in pristine condition, since purchasing it around Thanksgiving 2001. What was enormously surprising was when Phil informed me today, Toyota 4-Runners are costing about $50K for a pristine, well-maintained 4-Runner like my truck: I must admit, my jaw just dropped in shock knowing full well I paid almost $19K for a dealer's car, limited edition, full California towing package with only 18-miles when I purchased my truck from San Leandro Marina Honda Dealership located in SF Bay Area! We shall see the drastic difference between bringing in my winter-exposed, dusty, bird-droppings laden, Toyota 4-Runner this morning verses the results choosing Niemann's Elite package detailing being done right now. In addition, I'm having the rear window, wind flare primed and painted; plus, installing the DC cap installed inside the truck which was lost from the last 2017 detailing. BTW: Niemann's Shuttle dropped me off at my house so, I wouldn't be waiting in the showroom all day; the approximate time my truck will be finished should be around 4:30 PM . . . I'm so excited seeing the Elite detailing results . . . I just can't wait posting the differences later this afternoon! Update~6/15/2018, 3:30 PM: Niemann's Shuttle picked me up at my house . . . I happily paid $428.00 for the Elite detailing; my truck looks absolutely brand new! read more

I brought my Subaru Forester in for the Custom Hand Wax ($192). BEST MONEY I EVER SPENT! The service depth. called after dropping it off because of the filth and dog hair, saying that I might be disappointed. Nope! The car looks brand new, and every inch shines. And it was hairless...for a few hours until my dog went for a ride. Gonna tell everyone about this place! read more

Beware thieves work here!! I took my car in to be detailed and had my nice sunglasses stolen from my car. Steve, the owner initially took accountability and promised to reimburse me and even asked me to email him the receipt for my new glasses. He ghosted me a couple days before having his employee email me to let me know that there was no evidence they were stolen and he would not be reimbursing me. It's bad enough they have thieves working for them but for an owner to make a promise and then renege on it, should leave anyone considering this shop very very concerned. Do yourself a favor and take your car anywhere else. This business has zero integrity. read more

I brought my 2006 Dodge Ram in for Detailing top to bottom and boy! Did they! What an amazing job they did. I have never detailed the vehicle and it feels brand new for a 16 year old work truck. I would highly recommend. They were courteous (Chae is great!), quick, very easy to work with and I am just as pleased as punch! THANK YOU! Felt like I was taking it to a place I knew I could trust as well. That is a big bonus for me. Will use this service again! Maybe for a surprise gift to my Big Sister! I paid $205 to get my old 2004 Honda Element cleaned on the inside. Ultimate interior I think it was called. My car needed a lot of loving. Between all the dogs that have seen the inside of that car and having a 5 year old kiddo and me occasionally being lazy, Big Blue (her name) was pretty disgusting. Service was great. I was in and out with dropping off the car and picking up. And car came out looking awesome. I mean, I haven't seen her this clean in YEARS. They got out that yucky raisin, nuts, rock, and some kind of wetness combo in the cup holder. They got out the gold fish crumbs the kiddo spent years smooshing into the creases in the back seat. They got rid of any brown black sticky gunk build up in the dashboard area. Seriously, I wish I had a before picture. I've never detailed my car before, obviously, so I don't know if the price is right or not but I'm pretty HAPPY. read more

These folks did a great job of detailing our Dodge 3500. It was very dirty and we got it back with everything feeling fresh and clean. Only complaint is they removed a plastic film on the touch Screen without asking and we did not want it taken off. read more

If you're going to be selling a car, and want to get top dollar for it, I HIGHLY recommend you get a full detail from Niemann's. Every nook and cranny of your car gets cleaned, and it looks brand new. I recently sold my Subaru and got exactly my asking price and had people lining up to come see the car because of how great it looked despite being ~10 years old. Great place, great customer service. Made my black Jeep Wrangler Unlimited shine like the dealership showroom again! They did a hand wax and treated all non-metal surfaces with a long-lasting protectant that's really been holding up well in these heavy rains. The owner also took the time to give me some maintenance tips (at my request; no Bossypants here) and to personally see I was satisfied with the result. Definitely an overdue rave! A few weeks ago I went to Hawaii. Yes it was absolutely fantastic, no I did not see lava. Lol During my time in Hawaii Niemann's Auto Touch did an interior detail of my truck while it was home. They came to my vehicle, they were extremely detail oriented, and very professional! HOLY COW! We took our boat into Niemann's, after it getting ash all over the interior during a camping trip last year when the fires kicked up. We thought our upholstery was ruined, but we picked it up today and it looks brand new!!! We had taken our dog out with us and there was dog hair we couldn't get out of the carpet no matter what we tried and now you can't find a single hair. The paint is polished and feels like glass! Would 10/10 recommend for any vehicle. If I could give more stars I would. read more

I called on the freeway asking if they could fit me in, and they did 20 minutes later. Very friendly staff, and they were done in just over an hour tinting my windows on my Tahoe. On a friends recommendation I took my 2012 Dodge truck for a exterior makeover. The black paint was looking dull and had a lot scratches. The service gentleman and Chae were very nice and professional. I was very impressed with the entire experience. They did an amazing job getting the scratches out and making it shiny and new looking! Unfortunately, I had a tree branch fall on my car the other day and needed a ding removed from my hood. I had my reservations, but Niemann's had the ding out, and undetectable I might add, in less than 30 minutes. At $75, not a bad deal, considering it kept me from an insurance claim. Minus one star because I had to buy some plastic screws for the hood insulator across the street at Thompsons that cost $10 that were not included in the job. read more

I took my 2003 truck in for its first detail. It's a work truck and had been treated like one. Hauling lumber, gravel, smelly carpenters, hamburgers and candy. I really didn't expect much, just wanted it cleaned up. When I picked the truck up, I was honestly shocked. The body is in pretty good shape, just a few small dings, but numerous small scratches. GONE! The inside was immaculate, carpet stains gone, even my CD player looked brand new. Very impressed, and all the people were very friendly and helpful. My experience here was terrific. I got a clear bra put on my new car, and they did a really good job. After dropping off my key to the front desk, where I was greeted by a friendly and pleasant informative staff member, I spoke with the guy who was going to be doing it. He went over what to expect and after it was done, he went over what had been done and told me to look it over. It looked professional. I went home with it, and after a about a week, discovered that the door cups weren't as protected as I would like. I came back and the same guy looked at what I was talking about, told me that the door cups, etc were a pattern that was individualized for each car model, but perhaps he could fit a different one that would cover more area. I came back to pick it up, and he had thought outside the box. It was fitted perfectly, with an interesting, creative cut to fit. I am super impressed with the job done and the treatment I received from everyone. No one told me that I was being unreasonable and in the end, I got exactly what I wanted, and a great price. I can wholeheartedly recommend this business for great customer treatment and delivery. read more

My brand new 2019 GMC Duramax had scratch's all over the entire truck right off of the lot when I purchased it. The paint is black and when it was delivered from the dealer you could not see the scratches in the shade you had to get it out in the sun where it looked terrible. I didn't notice it until I saw it out in the sun one day and took a good look. The dealership referred me to Niemanns's, I was leery to say the least, I was sure the truck needed to be painted and not detailed. I met with Brandon at Niemann's whom promptly greeted me and assured me he could get the scratch's out of the paint. 5 hours later I went to pick up my truck and it absolutely surpassed my highest expectations. It has been a few days now and I still go look at the paint very closely in all areas of light, I cannot find a flaw anywhere, it is perfect. I got a great deal on a used car that was a complete mess and brought it to Niemann's with reasonable, but not high expectations (because of the condition of the car). When I picked the car up, I was amazed...it was beautiful! Before the detail, I fully expected to replace the leather because it was so worn and dirty and now there's no need. Just picked up my $330.00 interior detail My windshield is shot!! They put acid on it which created a golf ball surface totally distorting my field of Vision. When I took it back to niemans they said the acid got the window too clean. And pretty much blamed the window. Never going back read more

I clearly expressed when I brought in my car that the main reason for wanting it detailed was to get the water stains off the upholstery (NEVER will a buy a car with this type of upholstery material again). I was told getting the water spots out should not be a problem. When I picked up the car the upholstery looked fantastic! Like new. But I quickly realized it was not completely dry, and once the upholstery dried, ALL of the water stains reappeared. I really felt deceived by the way the car looked when I picked it up verses how it looked (the upholstery) several days later... Otherwise, this place does a good job of general cleaning, but as I say, that's not what I went there for. read more
