I want my car to retain its beauty and value! I am overwhelmed by the way my 14 year old car looks after the amazing work from Roger and his coworkers. I did not know that paint should feel like glass! I almost did not recognize my car. Candy red, smooth as glass and sparkling like brand new. So much attention to details. And customer service was excellent. I highly recommend this family business. I believe that this investment increased the value of my car! read more

I had my van detailed here and let me tell you, they have been the only ones who really vacuum my van well. I have two Labs and they shed hair like crazy! The carpet looks amazing! And they even did the trunk and under where the seats tuck in and the storage parts! They didn't miss any spot! Usually other places forget about the cup holders mainly the back one , but not these guys! These guys cleaned all the cup holders, door panels, dash board... absolutely EVERYTHING! I'm very satisfied with the finished job! Recommend 100%. Ask for Guillermo he's nice and will give you an estimate and set up an appointment right away fo THANK YOU! I had made an appointment the day before for 9:30pm and was a little late but I called to inform them. Came back almost 4 hours later and they hadn't even touched my car. They had forgot. I live 30 minutes from town so I had to spend money on an Uber to get around for the errands I needed to do. Still didn't get my car detailed and I had to waste money on uber! read more

I have worked with this business when I owned car dealership, and now as a private customer. They are professional, courteous, and accommodating. Highly recommend this business. read more

I had the Complete inside and outside detailing done on my 2008 Lexus SUV. My vehicle was ROUGH and quite neglected for way too long, but Premium Auto Detail made it look like it had just come from the showroom floor. I could hardly believe my eyes when I picked up my car at the end of the day! It had truly been transformed from the dirty, long overdue for cleaning car that I had dropped off that morning. Everything, including the wheels, was sparkling clean. I was absolutely delighted! read more

I was referred here by an Auto Paint business and they did a beautiful job, inside and out, on my Cadillac. Looks like new! They were able to make a nasty scratch almost disappear. Highly recommend them and found their prices fair. read more

Im going with 5 stars here. These guys were a little spendy, but attacked my problem exactly how I needed. They killed it man. Ill be going back. read more

Disappointed. They we're expensive and did a poor job. Splasherville does way better for a fraction of the cost.

They did a great job detailing the interior of my newly purchased Rav 4. I also really appreciated that once my car was finished, they dropped it off at my house for me. I have a baby and so little chores can become big chores. Having the car dropped off at my house once finished made my day that much easier. Thanks guys for the great work! read more

I'm extremely happy with the headlamp lens restoration! I feel safer driving at night. And the guys are efficient and friendly! read more

I got The Premium Detail today. Setting up the appointment in-person w/ Guillermo was a courteous event. He looked my car over. I pointed out my concerns. He gave me a price and I made an All-Day Appointment. Wow! I didn't ever even think there was a chance my leather seats w/look so good again! My carpet and mats got so clean! Smells so good too! Should get back to them for regular care ... PS I am from Pollock Pines -not SF read more

Worst local business experience ever!! Our travel trailer was brought in to be DETAILED. We paid $600 for their most expensive package, being told it would be detailed inside and out. It was left covered in dirt and grime. The floor vents are still full of debris, the stove covered in food remnants, the water heater cover door was broken and "fixed" with a Bobby pin and the door jams are full of sand. I have pictures and we called many times and left messages. We were asking for a partial refund or for them to rectify the situation. When we finally talked to the "manager" who we had already dealt with he kept telling us that the owner was far too busy to talk to us. He agreed to have their mobile unit come to our house to finish the job that we weren't satisfied with. Nobody came and nobody called. Many calls and messages later(they stopped answering my husbands calls) I was told they were convinced that they'd done a satisfactory job and weren't going to do anything more. When I told them I would be sharing my reviews of our awful experience, I was told that they "had plenty of customers". I've grown up in this town and have never had a more negative experience with a local business who had no care to back up their work $600 later. I would recommend that no one use Premium Auto Detail in Placerville. They don't seem to care about customer satisfaction or their reputation. I am disgusted! read more

I've been taking my car to these guys for years. They are definitely the best in town. Very courteous and the prices are quite reasonable. My car looks beautiful. read more

These guys are great! I had them come to my house and do a complete detail inside and out on my SUV. They showed up on time, were very courteous, did the whole job in an hour and a half (2 man crew), and it came out looking awesome. And the price was very competitive! It really doesn't get better than that! read more

Did an excellent job shampooing my seats! I had good and candy caked behind car seats that I couldn't get out with a knife! Stained horribly! They got it all out and it looks brand new! read more

Had spilled some nasty gardening liquid in my van and it was blood red!! These guys did an excellent job getting it out, went over it multiple times and it looks good as new. Reasonable price and bonus, they're open on Saturdays! read more

Just had my 2005 Toyota detailed inside, head lights polished and a car wash for the outside. I was completely satisfied from the time I first walked in the door until I picked up the keys and drove home. My car is beautiful and I will certainly return to this business and will actively recommend this business to others. The price was also very reasonable. The end product was wonderful and the customer service was top notch. read more

I just got back from having my 2013 Subaru washed and waxed on the outside, with special attention to the tree sap on the hood and then making sure that it was polished, as I had used Goof Off previously, something you shouldn't do if you want to keep your paint on. They charged $50 for the great job, and I am again happy. read more

Paid $260 for a detail on our newer model truck and got the truck back without the insides of the windows being cleaned. They also had left an oily film on the inside of the windshield and I couldn't even see well from the evening glare due to the oily film left behind from their cloth. They also didn't clean inside the door windows. My friend and daughter witnessed this and were shocked at the cost and lack of quality service. I called the shop back and asked if I brought it back if they would clean them and they refused and argued with me that they did clean the windows. As I have two other witnesses, I am really surprised they didn't just say "Sure bring it back and we'll make you happy." No such service from this place--check their work BEFORE you drive away! I had referred my daughter to use them for her vehicle and now she won't be going to them after how they treated me. read more

Due to a leaky trunk seal, our Toyota Yaris became wet on the inside and developed a huge mold problem. We had a significantly higher estimate from a competitor. The folks here were efficient and helpful and made our little car look great again and mold free. We would recommend them to others seeking a high quality detail job at a reasonable price. read more
