Alex and his crew did an outstanding job reconditioning my daughter's 2005 Honda Accord. The "Taffeta White" paint had heavily oxidized and there were dark specks all over it. I'm not one to normally splurge on my car but I recently bought a new car to me after a horrible accident and let me say: IM SO GLAD I TOOK MY CAR HERE. I called in the morning around 10:30ish and they squeezed me at 11AM. I was running late and they were totally understanding. I asked for the mini detail plus headlight restoration. Travis was absolutely helpful and kind. I called him probably 6 times before actually dropping off my car and he was great every time. Marshall dealt with dropping me off, we did use my own car which had no A/C and I had just tinted my windows and couldn't roll them down. He was sweating and so was I but he didn't complain one bit. When I got back he even suggested I just run the fan to keep the air circulated. Brilliant Marshall! Why didn't I think of that?!? Travis contacted me to let me know my car was ready and he would be picking me up. It does take 3 or more hours. But absolutely worth it. They pick up and drop off in a 25 mile radius. Again, Travis was the best! Now to my car, I had some body damage to the side and they buffed out as much paint transfer as they could and it looks a million times better. The interior was beautiful, even worked out duct tape from the back seat. Can't commend them enough for the work. Plan on taking my moms car there for a surprise birthday present. Thank you, Guys! ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC WORK. I stopped into have my car "smog'd" next door and saw the detail shop next door. I had just come back from Germany and my Audi A6 had been shipped back with me. The Audi was dirty and there were some new scratches which did not make me happy. I asked of they could get the scratches out and clean the car top to bottom. I dropped it a 10:00 am the next morning and had it back by 4:00 pm. They had: 1 cleaned and conditioned the leather 2. buffed out all the scratches 3. hard waxed the car, 4. cleaned the entire interior 5. cleaned the engine bay 6. Polished the lights 7. Many more details The place is fantastic. Look for the sign that says "Folsom Auto Detail" - it is red and white under the "Smog Test" sign. My car needed an undercarriage cleaning due to all the oil and sludge build up from leaks. My mechanic said he couldn't work on it until I get it cleaned so they can find the source of the leak. I called around and not a lot of places will do the undercarriage clean up. Alex responded immediately and the next day scheduled my car for the clean up. When I brought it in, it was covered with drops of tree sap and was filthy because I had had to park it outside for a period of time.
