I messaged over 20 window tinting places for quotes. SWT along with a handful of others were in the best price range for 2 vehicles getting full tint. SWT did a great job tinting both cars all windows to CA legal and he also installed a bumper cover for free that we had neglected to do. Definitely recommend read more

I am in LOVE with my car windows!! After research and hesitation, it finally took a recommendation from my friend to get me here. She had her windows done here, and we drive the same car. Hers looked perfect. She convinced me to come here! The pricing is amazing, the lobby is the most comfortable lobby I've ever sat in, and the owners are super nice and knowledgeable. I got my windows done a few weeks ago and they look absolutely amazing. I have already had people ask about them! I definitely recommend a million times over. Thank you! read more

Albert was great at replying & even picked up my car from work. Arranged date & time & he finished the job quickly with no issues. Tint is good quality & looks great; all at a fair price. He also takes card unlike other places that say price valid with cash only which is very convenient read more

This place is awwwwwesome. I was calling around to get a quote for my rear window on my daily driver. 2015 Prius. Serge was one of the first to respond; within an hour. He quoted me $40. I had existing tint on my car already and he was able to match it accurately. The shop is clean and tidy. Irina, I believe that how you spell it, was super friendly. It was only 30 mins but she offered to put on a movie while I was waiting and offered me water/tea. I wished I did my entire car windows here cause they were very reasonably priced and quick and professional. Love the service. read more

Lemme just say customer service is outstanding and will do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. The work that is done is amazing itself! Ive gotten my headlight, sunstrip, and front windows tinted and plan to come here whenever I need more tint vinyl work! Prices are amazing compared to competitors. They even wrap for an amazing price but yet to still see a wrap work but I will see that in the future! Glad to work with them! read more

I can honestly say that this has been the best experience ive ever had with window tinting. Not only did Sergey do an INCREDIBLE job on my A4, he was also prompt and fair. The guy knows how to run a business. (Plus throws some great jams while working that make wanna get up and dance haha). I would and most definitely will recommend this location to everyone that is looking to get tint done. I personally, brought my A4 in with old tint on the rear windows and wanted to tint the rear window 5% and gradually go lighter as you go toward the front. (12% backseat, 30% front and finish off with 5% visor on front windshield). Sergey had to remove my old tint before anything and I know that is a major pain. Considering I got same day service and it only took about 3 1/2 hours...this guy is amazing! I will definitely be going back to get my roof wrapped!! Keep up the amazing work Sergey! read more

Loved my experience at SWT!!! I usually get all my cars tinted with Serge, but this time I had a new request. I needed signs made for a proposal and Serges wife made it happen for me, and on a short notice! I love their customer service and the work they put into all they do. Bravo read more

I set an appointment and when I got there the door was locked. I called and was told they close at 330, my appt was for 345, sign on door says 5pm. Why set an appointment for after you close? While talking to the owner, he didn't sound like he even cared that he backed out of an appointment they set. I wouldn't recommend them. read more

I've been working with them for years now with my tinting and each time they do not disappoint. They recommend what is best for your car. Thank you read more

Actually pretty impressed. To be honest, the customer service kind of sucks. I waited a good 5 minutes before anyone even came out, and they only did because someone else knocked on the door. But, when the woman came out, she was very friendly and knew what she was talking about. It took longer than expected but worth the wait. read more

I called Sergey on Saturday and I was lucky enough to get booked the same day. It was done in less than 2 hours in which I was very happy with the quality and detailing after it was finished. Very accommodating experience and money well spent! read more

I have never had my windows in any of my vehicles tinted before. I was sceptical due to seeing vehicles driving around with that ugly bubble look from tint. My husband got the windows on my Yukon tinted for my birthday and.....I LOVE IT. The tint makes my vehicle look amazing, the heat reduction materials used actually does work and keeps my baby girl cooler in the back seat. They warranted the tint for life and the job......a plus work. The lines are clean and straight, detail and care was taken when cutting off access and it is just beautiful. Highly recommend them. read more

Great service and great pricing. Most importantly, excellent results. My car looks great and I can already feel the difference in inside temperature. You guys rock! read more

Great service and great timing! Called a couple hours before to see if there were any open appointments, and they gave me same-day service. It also took about half as long as my original time quote was. I took my 5.0 Mustang here to get the windows tinted lighter than what it originally had on when I bought it from a private party. After the installation, I could tell right away it was a very professional and detailed job. Also, the price is excellent! Very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this business to others. read more

Very Pissed about my experience with this company. Upon retrieving my car the employee explained how there were pre-existing scratches on my window which is untrue, my car's battery was dead, & my stereo was deprogrammed in which I have to seek assistance from the dealership to program. When I called back to explain the problem, fault of the company was not accepted which is deemed very unprofessional. I would never recommend this company to anyone. read more

Best window tint shop in Sacramento! Amazing price and very well done tint! Only complaint would be that they need some more tinting %'s. No deduction in stars because they had the perfect % for me. Highly recommend! read more

We brought our Saab to SWT to get it tinted. We were sooo impressed by the speed of their work! Firstly, the old tint had to be removed because it was messed up by the previous owners' dogs, and then the new tint had to be applied. The whole procedure took just a couple of hours and the quality of work was really amazing! The owners are super friendly and helpful. And their prices are very affordable. We'll definitely come here again if tinting services will be needed. read more

Honestly that's not what we talked about...I even said that to the lady in the front that he will do everything for $300 I even stated everything? He agreed and shake my hands & that's the reason why I aggreed to do the job... In the first place, I wouldn't agree for him to do the stripes if he will not finish the roof and second Before he let us leave @ 10:15pm and he told me and my wife that he will finish everything once we comeback. I told him to write down on the receipt the thing that He needs to do but he refused to do it he said " I will finish everything when you comeback" then I gave him my money ($300) and I told him I don't need to pay for anything when I comeback right? He said yes I'll finish everything don't worry..I told him How bout saturday @ 3 he said yes thats ok.when I called saturday he said he will close early...I told him how about monday at 3pm he that's ok...I told him I don't need to call again bcoz I already got the appointment right?, and when I came there he said he already had another appointment at 3...So everything that he said and all the deals and appointment was a lie and very unprofessional. One more thing it's not my fault that he wanted to do the job beyond his normal time because I already made an appoinment but he moved it. read more

Great place and good prices to get ur windows tinted. Good customer service and great atmosphere and good over all

Not impressed. Overpriced tint. Medium quality (still got few bubbles here and there), but the worst part was when they claimed the door panel clips where missing from factory. Four day old truck had missing clips on the same side as the window was worked on!!!! 5 clips at 6 dollars each from the dealer. Don't recommend. read more

I didn't get a chance to use Serge's window tinting services so I won't comment on those. I did however get one of his advertising brochures stuck under my windshield wipers and whatever glue he used on the brochure caused most of it to stick to my windshield. When I called him to complain, he hung up on me. When I called back, he would not take my call. read more

Before his wife started taking over the place less than a year ago I would've given 5 stars. Back when it was called sergeys not swt. Not only were the prices cheaper but he did better work. His wife is EXTREMELY RUDE and bad for business in every way possible! Other than her very rude words and attitude over the phone and in person she told him to raise the prices when I was talking to him. It went from 55 to 90 to correct a window tint he had done 6 months ago for me. ( I got a ticket and needed to lower the tint) I still let him do it assuming it'd be a good job. And there was a huge bubble left on one of my windows! That huge bubble lowered down to a few smaller bubbles and looks just ugly! If I still lived in rancho cordova I'd have him fix it but I was just passing through. The main point of this review was for how terribly rude his wife is ( I can go on about all the rude things she said but I'd rather not ) and the fact that the prices went up and quality went down. Although he is using new tinting film it looks like. Doesn't make a difference to me, especially if it wasn't properly put on! The first time he did my car he did excellent work. Maybe he's stressed out from having a ruler telling him how to run his business. She should go back home where she belongs! Poor guy. read more

Avoid this shop at all costs! I took my Acura their to remove some old tint and re-tint the back windows. When I went to pick up the car the next day I saw the back window had scratch marks along the bottom of the glass from the old tint removal and a horrible looking new tint job. The side windows looked good at least. I asked him to redo the rear window and he complained and offered to credit me back $50 after I already paid him the $290 for the job. He also left all the flakes from the old tint on my back seat & floor. When I asked him why he didn't vacuum them up he complained about he had worked SO hard and was too tired to clean up the cars interior- wow. When I said I'd rather have the rear window redone than the $50 he offered to redo the rear window the next day. The next morning he called me and asked me to come in 4 days later instead for he had run out of tint- really? I just took the $50 for had to get the car done and went to Tintmaster and had them redo it- should have done that from the start and avoided this headache! read more
