About a month ago I had come to this car wash and had the worst experience ever. Ever since then I have been so uncomfortable with going back and my car is always dirty. This place is right by my house so it was my location. I pulled up to the station around 8:30pm and was greeted by a young lady. She checked me in offered me a membership. I said "no thank you." I said it in the nicest and kindest tone. She continued trying to convince me and I again said no thank you. I then said I would just like a single wash. She asked me if I was sure and that a membership would be a better deal. I again said "no thank you." I paid for my single wash and wanted to leave. It was the end of the day, I was so tired and drained from work. I said thank you to the young lady but she stopped me and asked "are you sure you don't want a membership, this is your second time here this month, you could save money." I was so annoyed at this month and just rolled up my window. No ma'am I am not interested in saving $1.50, I just wanted to wash my car and go home and rest. After that, she tapped on my window and made me roll it back down and she demanded respect. I was in shock. I spoke to her with a softest and kindest tone. She threatened me and told me she can ban me so I apologized and afterwards she let me through. I understand their job is to sell memberships but that was so unkind and too pushy. I am now afraid to go back because I don't want to be belittled by that woman again. I had to warn all my friends because that woman is so mean and I don't want them to experience that as well. read more

Terrible customer service. Paid for most expensive wash and not even the windshield was clean. Attendant wasn't guiding my car into the track and I missed it, the manager came out banging on my window super disrespectful. read more

I pay $60 a month for two cars, I had gotten my car fixed at a dealer with new parts , they said I couldn't wax or car wash drive thurs, so I figured I still get my car vacuum , I get to the location in elverta for the one girl to tell me I can't just vacuum, I clearly pay $60 a month to get denied a service included (that's lame) horrible location!!! read more

I had a really frustrating experience at Quick Quack. The cars were being loaded into the wash way too close together, and it did not feel safe at all. There was barely any space between vehicles going onto the conveyor, which made me nervous the entire time. Car washes should have clear spacing and safety procedures when loading cars, especially when customers are trusting them with their vehicles. It felt rushed, and I don't think cars should be packed in that closely just to move the line faster. I would recommend management review their loading process and make sure employees are giving cars enough space before sending them through. I personally don't feel very comfortable coming back unless I knew they were taking vehicle spacing and customer safety more seriously. read more

Never have towels .Someones always trying to make you wait for towel either there not washed or they want to finish taking out the trash or something to prevent from getting you a towel. Third time this is happening at the same place. read more

I went on 9/2 the assistant manager Chelsea is horrible. I told her I did not want a membership. I just wanted a quick wash for $12. She keeps trying to sell me the membership. I told her I was not interested. And I just want to get a wash, I'm in a rush. She tells me it's her job to sell me a membership. I told her once again I was not interested. I just want to get a wash. She proceeds to let me pay. The money is out of my account. By this time, but she would not let the rails up so I can drive through. She's study trying to ask me how many times do you wash your car a month? I told her. I don't feel like that's any of her business. Because I'm just trying to wash my car today. She kept going on and on. And I told her, ma'am, can you let the rail up or get me the manager? She told me she's the assistant manager. I told her I don't care. I wanna get my car washed. At this point, she said, well, I'm not letting the rail up until I finish my sales pitch. She kept talking. I asked her, is she done now? I'm not interested. I wanna get my car washed, and she said, well, at this point I have the right to refuse and I will give you a refund. You can back your car all the way up. Because I will not open the gate and let you go through. I was livid, I called corporate soon as this happened. I don't know what the end result is, but quick quack will definitely be going viral on. How horrible their service was? And I would like to know what was the follow-up from that incident? Because no one should have to be harassed. And talk down to and then at the end of it, she knocks on my window and tells me, I hope you have a better day, because I'm not letting you through really cause. I am all over social media with plenty of views and followers. And when this goes viral on social media, I wonder if I get a call back from quick quack to tell me what the end result was from that service that I received from their employee. read more

I visited this Quick Quack Car Wash location, and a vehicle collision occurred inside the wash process, resulting in damage to my car. I reported the incident and spoke with management, but I received multiple and inconsistent explanations regarding how the collision happened, which made it difficult to get a clear understanding of what occurred or how responsibility was being determined. I also submitted repair estimates, but the matter was not resolved. At this point, I have filed a small claims case. I am posting this so other customers are aware that a collision inside the wash process can and did occur at this location, and that resolution of resulting damage was not straightforward in my experience. read more

I drove by the other day and noticed the renovation fencing was finally down--love the fresh new look! Honestly, the old setup felt a bit rundown to me, but that's just my take. Before the update, the vacuums were just out in the open, but now you get your own covered parking spot with towels included. It really feels like the Quick Quack locations I'm used to. Overall, the renovation was definitely a smart investment. read more

Great location to come to for a quick car wash and they always have clean towels to wipe down your interior and exterior :). Chailey is always super friendly when I come by! I love that the vacuums are always working, trashes are well maintained, and the towels are always available at this location. The monthly membership is worth it since these locations are always nearby. read more

Five full stars for Cameron! He knows customer service. Promote him. As for the wash, it's average. But no one ever soaps up the passenger side. Only front, drivers, and rear. Why?? read more

I have been going to quick quack for sometime now. A few months ago, they raise their price because they added a new feature in their car wash. Now February 1 of this year they are going to raise their price again. I will look for a new car wash place Before the beginning of the price change. I am very unhappy, and I do not know why the price is changing again. Always more money with these people. read more

While the staff is extremely friendly... They just "upgraded" this location and while I have used it for years in the same vehicle, all of a sudden my entire license plate fixture was ripped off of my bumper. They refused to address the damages to the fixture and my bumper. I'm a reasonable person and wasnt looking for anything outrageous, but this is absolutely horrible service, especially after having their membership for so long. I'll be happily cancelling. Good riddance! read more

Had a need for quick car wash and gave it a try. The wait time was very reasonable and wash was quick. It did clean the car well and I was satisfied with the result. Car was bit wet, but dried without much of water marks later. There's an advisor who takes the order at the queue. He was knowledgable and patient as this was our first time to use this car wash. He explained well. I used the was with wax which was bit expensive, but result was nice. read more

Chailey made my experience with a single wash great, much better than the other car wash I had with a different local place. She had great customer service! read more

Thank you to Mylena ! amazing worker !!!!!!!!! I appreciate her and her team very much

After the renovation this location has been horrid at washing my vehicle. The front windshield does not get a scrub, I came in with bugs, left with bugs in the windshield/hood area. I guess they removed the front rolled that washed the topside of the vehicle. The pressure wash system is very weak, you basically get a light rinse of your vehicle and a super deep dry scrub on the sides of the vehicle. Pure recipe for a scratched car. Chevrons touch free wash next door has been my new go to! Canceling my two vehicle subscription after 6 years. read more

Anyone know when it is going to open back up ? Tired of paying for a membership for something I can't use I should get a credit for the 3 months it has been shut down. Then one on Watt is Nasty. The on on Antelope and 80 broke down got stuck in it. Second time I went there not working at all and it is out of my way! read more

This car wash is no good after its renovation: no access to vacuum cleaners without a car wash, no place to park a car to dry it off after going through their dryer (still terrible dryer), less vacuum stations, less space for a maneuver to get to the car wash. It was much better before!!! read more

Chailey was the best at customers service. There was a Pretty big line, but she managed to help everyone out fast and professionally I see that they value each and every customer and I am very happy to find this location. read more

Just had the worse experience. Line was super long (that's okay we chose to wait) When we were in line about 3 cars for our turn some guy cut the entire line. I got off to tell the lady that the car in front of us cut the whole line. All these cars were honking at us we thought he was just wanting to cross through. Nope this a you know what cut the line! Anyways she said sorry & she still let him stay in line after "talking" to him. THEN another employee comes & says that this car needs to cut in front of us cuz they had an issue. So now another car was let in before us. So we decided to just leave instead. So disappointed. read more

Not only is my tire sensor broken there was several chunks of tire missing on two tires. I had to replace two tires. Cancelled my membership as of today. This has never happened before until I have been frequenting quick quack due to my membership. read more

This is my favorite Quick Quack in the area. They don't use those plastic scrubby thingies that scratch your car up. It appears to be a thick type of felt fabric that sways back and forth, giving your car the best and most gentle wash compared to all the other Quick Quack car washes I've been to! I recently moved to the area, so the location on Elverta and Antelope is absolutely perfect. However, DEPENDING ON WHICH DIRECTION YOU'RE COMING FROM, YOU MAY NEED TO MAKE A U-TURN to get to the carwash. It has a bunch of vacuums and typically crowded, but there seems to always have one available for me. KNOW BEFORE YOU GO: Bring a towel to wipe water off where the blow dryer doesn't dry completely to prevent your car from having dry water marks, especially in the back of the car. I highly recommend for you to sign-up for their membership and to go to this location! The unlimited monthly membership is on autopay for each level of car washes that are offered. The membership is a fast and efficient way to get your car washed. In the summertime, there's usually a ton of dust, so Quick Quack is my place to go. The other thing that's AMAZING about Quick Quack Memberships is that you can go to any other location without any additional charges! Sign up today! You're welcome! read more

We came to wash our car expecting a speedy delivery of service, but there was only one person working with a huge line. And people were cutting into the line and getting serviced while the rest of the line was waiting. Overall if there is another option to wash you car that option is probably better. read more

Best Quick Quack in the Sacramento area. Friendly staff who make you feel welcome, they chat with you while keeping the line moving. I went to get my car washed on 7/31/24. I was asked if I wanted a special deal of 30 days free (last day for special) with 25% off monthly service. I said yes and signed up. Today I saw where my credit card was already charged. I went there to ask about it, and nobody knew anything about it. No office on site. They gave me a service center number and the store leader. I first called the store leader. His answering machine was full. I then called the 888 number service center office and was informed there was no such thing and maybe I misunderstood. I did not misunderstand and I'm mad now. read more
