TintPros was originally recommended to us by Roseville Toyota back in 2009. They said that's who they use for any tinting. Back then they were on Riverside Ave in Old Downtown Roseville. They have been around a long while. They are still in Roseville, but moved to a new location at Sunrise Avenue near I-80. Over the years we have had four cars tinted using Tint Pros. The last car we got tinted was in early 2023. Their prices for the products and service were quite reasonable then. They offer excellent heat reflecting products. They have several different heat and visibility products that cover wide ranges of tastes. They have excellent installation. On all four vehicles, there was never any bubbling or peeling or visible piecing lines. The tinting looked like the factory had done it. Their products are durable and have lasted without any changes to this day on the vehicles we still have. I visited them recently for updated pictures, and they have the same great products on their showroom wall today. If I had a current need, they would be my first stop for tinting today. read more

ALERT -- for those that have had ceramic tint installed here. The Owner won't reply to emails or phone calls. They replaced my ceramic tint once for a cloudy reflection when the sun hits it. It looks horrible and it's very distracting while driving. I only had the front driver and passenger windows done as the rears are dark from the factory. Those are crystal clear, but tinted. Upon replacement we waited a week or so and it's no better. Something is obviously wrong with the film. I have used them several times in the past with great results, not so now. There is NO excuse for the owner / management not returning calls. Too many other shops to choose from with hundreds of 4 & 5 star reviews. Never going back, nor will I refer anyone to them any longer. read more

I'm a repeat customer at TintPros. My first car was a 1996 Acura Integra GSR, 20% on the back, 50% on the fronts. TintPros did a nice job on that car. I never had an issue with the car, but did sell it a year ago. Fast forward 5 years, I'm brought in my 2012 Toyota Prius in for 40% on the fronts and 10% on the backs. This time I put in the extra $$ for the "Dark Matter" upgrade. Just picking up the car, I'm really happy with the work, there is also a lifetime warranty on all the work done by the shop. Given the lifetime warranty, and the fact they've been in the same location for over 20 years, makes me have good confidence in the work done. Wasted my time & so disappointed. Made appt for 8am (first appt of the day) almost 2 weeks in advance, got phone & text messages to confirm, dropped car off & was told 2-2 1/2 hours. Went back after 3 hours & not hearing from them. The vehicle had not been touched. They said there were cars ahead of us that were left over from the day before, but nothing was said about that when we dropped off, instead they said it would only be a couple hours. Now they say they'd need our car for the rest of day. We had plans & couldn't leave it. No offer to reschedule or compensate in any way. We won't be back. Horrible customer service and no way to run a business. Wasted half our day & now will be finding a different company to tint our windows. read more

Had the pleasure of speaking with Danny's (owner) daughter over the phone. She was professional, honest and gave me quotes and types of film I needed/was looking for. Right then, I decided to give them a shot and got an appointment the day after. Day of appointment, was greeted by Danny. Danny was also professional, honest and didn't try to "sell" me anything else. I told him what I was looking for and he (and his friendly staff) delivered. I gave them a heads up that I was unfortunately on a super time crunch, but they accommodated this tough request. I previously spoke to a different girl letting her know I was on a time crunch due to work, and they said I could pick up the car around 1:30-2pm. I showed up at 1:45pm, and Danielle said "I'm not sure why you're already here. Did someone call you? (I let her know I called them and spoke to a gentleman who said to come on down around 1:45 and it should be ready) I've never seen an entire tint be done in that time frame but whatever." So I immediately called her out and asked her why she was being incredibly rude, but she decided to walk away. Apparently she is new to this business, but hopefully management will correct this attitude fast before it ruins their reputation. All other staff were awesome! Amazing work! I just took in my brand new Volvo S60 about a week ago to get the windows tinted. I've had my windows tinted at a different place before on my old car and it was a bad experience. So I was a little nervous trying a new place, but even calling in for an appt, they were very friendly, and professional. Danny (the owner) thoroughly explained to me the tinting process and the 2 different types of films they offer and the darkness of the tint. I felt vey comfortable in my investment. I went for the infrared tint because its supposed to reduce the amount of heat my car will absorb in the summer. My car looks so sexy now! I will post pictures later! I've had to take my vehicle back 6 times to have the tint fixed so I happened to see the owner in traffic and brought it to his attn. That I was not satisfied with the bubbles in my back window where he informed me that if i went to the shop and told them i had seen him that he would give me a full refund and scheduel a date to have the film removed. When his employee called him he said he wasn't giving me a refund untill I had the tint removed. Super dissatisfied with Tint Pros Roseville will never get any of my cars tinted there again.
