What a find!! Finding anyone who does racing stripes for my Mini Cooper was a real challenge. I showed Sam, the owner, the ones I got from eBay, but he cautioned against them ruining my paint and not being breathable. I trusted this guy; he was so down-to-earth and personable, as was his crew. Plus, they loved my Frenchie. He offered to use his high-quality 3M decals (the same ones he uses for his vinyl car wraps) at no additional charge, so the whole job was really affordable. He used a laser to mark the lines perfectly. I was in and out in an hour. I'd recommend this shop for everything cars: tinting, wraps, decals, and more. Had our new Tesla Model 3P ceramic tinted on 8/20/24. Sam and Hamad did an awesome job on it! Had me in and out of there fairly quickly too. They have a nice shop and waiting area. I contacted CarXmatic through Yelp and received a quick response and their estimate gave me the final company that I was considering. I wanted to make sure that it was a small business owner so that I can support the local economy as long as the company could provide comparable pricing, not too long of a wait and already established good reviews. I had a little time so I drove down to the shop to to Sam to explain the film used and what I needed for my 2024 Camry. I saw a car that was just finished and I told him that I wanted 5% on the back window and 35% on the side windows. I explained that I didn't have flexibility on time and if he can take me in soon. I came back the next day around 11:30 and he finished within my allotted time. I checked out the work, and was glad that I gave Sam and his company a chance to provide me with the tint service that I wanted. He was efficient, clean and wonderful pricing on ceramic film with a minimum of 89% heat rejection. I called late them around 5:30pm with an issue I had about a sticker that was wrongfully placed on my car by security at my work place and they had me bring my car over immediately and got it off for me. I called to get an appointment to have my windows tinted on my jeep, thinking I would be scheduled several day later, however he went above and beyond and stated he would wait for me to bring my vehicle in the same night. I called a bunch of places asking to install some vinyl decal stripes for a Dodge Charger with a hood scoop. A lot of places wouldn't even entertain the idea of installing decals that weren't their own brand or something you bring in on your own. I emailed this place and they got back to me right away. Sam from Pro Auto had me come in, took a look and agreed install them same day! All I can say is I AM VERY HAPPY with his work. I don't have enough praise for the work Sam did. Not only did he agree to install a kit I purchased on my own, but took the time to make it look perfect. The pictures below are his work. Stripes from front to back with a lot of custom cuts to fit perfectly. I am definitely going to be sending all my buddies here. I am also going back to wrap the door handles and gas tank cover. This place has a customer in me going forward. I like to upgrade my car from time to time so all my business is going here. His wrap work is insane. Prices were better then other places as well for the same work. I called at least 9 other places from Citrus Heights, Sacramento, Lincoln, Galt, Elk Grove. The short: This is the tint shop you are looking for. Had my wife brand new 2019 Audi Q5 tinted last week. To keep it short, I am very particular about our cars especially window tint. We just moved to Sacramento last year so I obviously we had to find a new tint shop. I did some research, called around and got a few estimates. The moment I found Pro Auto Design and I talked to them I knew I found the right shop. They were able to get us in SAME DAY and was the best price of the few others I called...I could not be more happy with the results! We had literally everything tinted including one very large window that I know would be challenging (along with thinned to remove some existing tint) and I expected a few flaws but they proved me wrong! saw them advertising on instagram and contacted them for a quote. they called within the hour which is the only thing good they could do. after hearing a quote i decided to make an appointment with them but they never confirmed until the next day, which was the day of the appointment. coming up on the time at the appointment i got there 10 minutes early and went up to the shop to find no one there, garage left open, machine left on and car door left open with no one there to oversee the cars. i called and texted to also find that whoever was working left their phone in the shop. since i had gotten there early i gave a fifteen minute grace period for them to come back into the shop or even to see someone that worked there, but again, nobody. i finally left and that's when they decided they wanted to come back in and try and call me back.. 30 minutes after my set appointment. i am a full time student and worker so i understand the value of time, and this "business" was a complete waste of mine. don't come here if you don't want your car left unsupervised and deal with unprofessional people. read more
