Took my vehicle here a many years ago and had ok service after the dealership had an incident with my vehicle. Fast forward to February 2022 I was rear ended and took it to precedence for a quote for repair. They were supposed to order the parts and schedule me in.... After numerous times and 2 months trying to get a hold of Rafeal to see if my parts came in I gave up and went to a different body shop. This week July 26th 2023 they called me and tried to extort money out of my for a bumper diffuser they have sitting in inventory. I told them I had tried to get ahold of them on multiple occasions to see if the parts had come in way back in March and April 2022... ultimately they just wanted the money for their parts they couldn't return. Rafael and the team at Precedence Auto Reconditioning did an amazing job repairing my Scion FRS, and after using them, I highly recommend their services! They go above and beyond with their quality of work. A neighbor backed into my car while it was on the street and smashed in the driver side quarter panel. Luckily I was able to get their insurance info so all I had to do was pick a shop. I'm pretty picky when it comes to my car so I spent a lot of time on reviews! I had only heard of Precedence briefly though a friend and then from researching reviews online, but decided to bring my car in for evaluation and chose them for the repair. The entire process was smooth, from the evaluation, to start date, to final completion. The team kept me updated throughout and reached out directly with any questions. The finished product was pristine. They used all OEM new parts when replacing the quarter panel and small side window, and the paint matches perfectly. Friend recommended PAR when I suffered a door dent & scratch on my months old truck (thank you 5yr old son!). Concerned the whole side would need to be repainted to look right, I called PAR and spoke with Enrique. He got me in quickly for an in person look and quote. Met Rafael Jr. when I arrived. Super pleasant and easy to talk with he explained the two options: the one to "do it right" so there's be no sign of any damage and another option that may or may not achieve same results. Faced with a dilema, I didn't feel pressured to go with option 1 (the more expensive one). We are very pleased with Rafael, Jewel & JR at Precedence Auto Reconditioning. I asked the Tesla Service Center in Roseville what company has the best experience with Tesla cars and they referred us to Rafael at Precedence. Right away Rafael put us at ease and explained the process of window tinting. He also said he would repair the bumper scratch from a driver that rolled into our Tesla while she took her eyes off the road. I would have had to wait 3 months if I had gone thru the insurance list of repair centers. Best auto repair! I tooj my car to Precedence about a year ago. I got hit in a parking lot, big dent and broken break light. My handle was also broken (not related to parking lot incident). I took my car in for an estimate and asked how much it would be to fix the usb port. It wasn't broken but the box fell through the cover and i couldnt reach it under my middle consol. I also asked if there was anyway to cover or remove the rust on the wheel showing through the rims. In the end, i just asked him to repair the damage from the parking lot incident and handle. When i picked up my car, the rust was spray painted over and the usb was fixed. At no cost. It was an easy fix but time consuming and he made sure it was done at no cost. Such a nice surprise and great service. A different door handle broke again. I took it to precedence again. Fixed in one day! The only complaint i have is that they told me to drop off my car in the morning when they open at 8. I got there at 8 but they didn't open until 8:20 so i had to wait in my car. They called and told me it would be done at 5 so i set up someone to pick it up for me. They went to pick it up, but it wasn't done. The owner was nice enough to work late to make sure it was done! This is the second time that I've used Precedence for window tint and I've lost track of how many visits I've made for auto detailing. I recently had ceramic window tint applied to a 2018 M5 and the results were flawless. Ceramic tint is more difficult to work with because it can crease if not applied properly but has many benefits in terms of reducing heat transfer through the window tint film. Aside from the window tint application, the detailing team at Precedence also completed a thorough interior & exterior cleaning and polishing of all surfaces (the vehicle had been shipped via auto transport from the East Coast). Again, impeccable attention to detail. Ask for Guillermo if you plan on getting your car detailed. You can't get any better in finding someone that regularly exceeds expectations.
