Scheduled them for mobile services for the next day and waited at home for several hours, but then technician had a medical emergency, so they asked me to come back to their main location the next morning. Next morning, no one was available to work on it. In sum, obviously unforeseen medical emergencies are unfortunate, but at that point, just stop scheduling appointments until everyone gets their health stuff figured out? It's an insanely rude waste of time.

He told me that they don't keep any information in the system and there was nothing he could do for me. He said I would need to find my receipt from 4 years back?! What?! Seriously?
