Mike seemed like such a nice guy on the phone, but the service at this business is terrible. I called and got a quote for a windshield that was cheaper than other shops in the area, so I made an appointment. That morning came and he called and said some clips he needed weren't available and he had to reschedule. I know things happen, so I told him we could reschedule. It took a couple calls to get him back on the phone, but he said he had to check his schedule and get back to me. Since the price was cheap, I wanted to hold out some hope it could work out, be he just ghosted me. I'm not sure how these other people got him to work on their cars, but I had no choice but to go elsewhere. read more

Mike has come out to replace my windshield twice. I called, he was able to come out the same week. I like that he travels to where you are, I didn't have to wait for my car at a shop. I called around to other places for a quote and he beat the prices of the other places that I would've had to drive to. I hesitate writing this review and submarine Mike's perfect record and it's really not for the work done but for the way I was treated as a possible customer. I initially made the appointment a month or so ago and Mike was scheduled to come out pretty quickly after we talked. On the day of the appointment he texted me to let me know he was running slightly behind and was going to arrive 15 minutes from then. I should also say I took off work for this appointment. After more than 15 minutes I got another text saying he was sorry that he would have to reschedule because his daughter was sick and he had to pick her up and he would contact me later that day with a new schedule. The day ended with no contact. The next day and future days no contact. I waited a couple weeks and finally decided I would give him another opportunity. I sent him a text and got no response. Perhaps business is really good but if you are unable to provide service it's probably a good idea to let people know so they can look for another option. read more

Great service! My windshield got damaged in early spring and Mike suggested waiting until the rains died down before replacing it, since the chances of more damage are higher in the wetter months. Have had an unlucky year, so that was wise advice for me! Waited a couple months and called him back out. Did a great job!
