They were super responsive, the gentleman who did the labor did quality work quickly; he educated me on the work as well. It was a complete windshield replacement. The work was done the day after I inquired about it, done mobile at my place of work, while I worked. Best prices for mobile work. I'd use them again without hesitation. read more

Had a windshield repaired for my Highlander. Great customer service and helped with some questions I initially had and everything was smooth and quick to have it replaced. Thanks again. Would definitely recommend. read more

I had a large chip on my windshield that was just within a quarter size diameter. Looked pretty big and wasn't sure if it was repairable. I submitted a quote request on Yelp and Proper Auto Glass was one of the first to respond with a very reasonable competitive quote. They were also available the next day. I booked the appointment after looking briefly at the reviews on Yelp. Communication was awesome. Started on Yelp and moved over to text. I received a text with an approximate arrival and Nick, the owner, was there right on the dot. Nick was very knowledgeable and friendly. He worked quickly and repaired the windshield to about what I would have expected based on the size of the chip. Hope the repair holds! It saved me from buying a new windshield. Super fast, friendly service and feels good to support a local owner operated business owner. read more

Unfortunate experience. Got a great quote and scheduled an appointment for glass windshield replacement and got stood up twice. The first time they no-showed, I called when I was waiting outside their location and they said the technician had an emergency. Then they texted back and said it was because I didn't confirm the appt (which a courtesy message notifying me the appt was cancelled would've been appreciated if that was the case), but later texted saying to disregard that and they would do mobile services for the inconvenience. Scheduled them for mobile services for the next day and waited at home for several hours, but then technician had a medical emergency, so they asked me to come back to their main location the next morning. Next morning, no one was available to work on it. In sum, obviously unforeseen medical emergencies are unfortunate, but at that point, just stop scheduling appointments until everyone gets their health stuff figured out? It's an insanely rude waste of time. read more

Very happy with my windshield replacement by Proper Auto Glass. The owner, Nick, is VERY knowledgeable. I know, because I was quizzing him while he worked (he didn't seem to mind). He explained how important the windshield connection is (strength in an accident, potential for rust in places you can't see), all the ways it can go wrong, and what he does to make sure it's right. For example, he uses a special string-based tool to cut the old adhesive to avoid damaging the body with a saw or knife. He applies the adhesive bead to the glass rather than the vehicle to make sure it's applied perpendicularly. Etc. Very impressed. Price was excellent as well. Will definitely call him out again if (when) I need another windshield replacement. read more

My wife had her SUV broken into and we needed to replace the passenger rear window. I called and spoke with Nick, the owner and he was very kind and knowledgeable. He also came to my house same day which was something other providers do not do. His price was better than another highly rated Yelp provider I had contacted. He did a great job on the replacement window. In the automotive industry it rate to find someone very knowledgeable, kind, well-priced and mobile. Had an outstanding experience with the gentlemen at Proper Auto Glass!! They were friendly, on time, and very knowledgeable. About 5 years ago I had a new windshield installed by another vendor who did a poor job on the installation which lead to leaks. Other glass vendors were not willing to remove the windshield and repair the seal but Proper Auto Glass did. I was told the risks of trying to remove, repair and reinstalling may lead to the windshield breaking but they were willing to give it a try. They were successful and did an amazing job. Thank you for your outstanding work!! read more

Amanda and her team did a great job on our Acura MDX after the windshield got badly cracked near Truckee. Proper Auto Glass came and replaced the windshield at our workplace while we worked. The price was competitive - even lower than the prices I'd see others pay on online forums. No doubt I will do business with them again. read more

We opted for the Mobil service for a windshield replacement. Nick did a great job. Very happy with the end result. Highly recommend!

Just moved to Roseville and bam, a rock hits the windshield. Don't know any businesses here. I did a yelp search and I called a couple of places. One business gave me a quote of $700 and the other was $399. Proper Glass has a perfect 5 rating and I can see why. Took my vehicle here today and within 35 minutes they were done. They used manufacture glass, they provide a warranty and they are priced well. Great little shop. read more

It's been a few months and I'm a little late on my review, but better late than never. Proper is incredible! Nick and his wife were wonderful to speak to and excellent at communicating the whole time. I was able to get an great quote for my Mazda windshield which was cracked and Nick was out the next day replacing it while I worked. It took them just over an hour and the final result was perfect. Proper is my new go-to in case I get anymore chips or cracks. I'll definitely be recommending to family and friends. read more

Great service! Nick was prompt on a quick turnaround for a chip repair request on our van windshield .

In the past, we've used the default company on the Geico website for cracked windshields. (My wife's a pebble magnet.) This time though, they were having technical difficulties when I tried to schedule online. So I searched Yelp and found these guys (this guy?- it's a very small family business). I'm so glad I did. Nick answered the phone himself and scheduled me for a couple days later. Turns out, Geico's company channels all of Geico's glass claims, even the ones that go to other companies, and they were also having technical difficulties communicating with Proper Auto Glass. Nick called me a couple times to let me know what was happening and rescheduled me the same day he finally received the windshield. The install went super smoothly and was covered by insurance just the same. Talking to Nick afterwards, he told me he used to work for that other company. Now, whenever I need a windshield repair/replacement, I will definitely be using Proper Auto Glass. Their service is above and beyond. read more

First time in my long life that I've ever had a broken windshield. Nick was referred to me by one of my clients. He is extremely responsive to messages and gave me a really fair quote. I was able to make the appointment within a couple of days, and he showed up much earlier than the appointment window. He called first though. He wanted to make sure it was a good time for me. He explained the importance of window installation and safety in reference to airbags, etc. You won't go wrong with Proper Auto Glass! read more
