They were very friendly. I had insurance with zero deductible for comprehensive so that's on each person to figure out their cost. But I will say unfortunately there was not a great waiting room. There was a room with chairs but no water, no coffee or no snacks. The only place to walk to keep my self busy was a park about a half mile away. I would suggest for anyone to get their car dropped off or just bring head phones, a book, water and your own snack. Only thing I would suggest for the business is add a coffee machine or maybe have water bottles for customers. Other than that they were extremely friendly and would recommend them! read more

The tiny crack in the windshield of our 2019 Chevy Bolt grew dramatically over night, so I reached out to a few different auto glass companies to get it taken care of. Bruton's was easily the most responsive and affordable, with the best availability, so we hired them to come out the next business day. They had the glass replaced, and all the weird calibration stuff our "fancy" car requires, done in just a couple of hours. When they were done, all we had to do was pay them our deductible amount, and they handled everything else through our insurance. I had a rock hit my windshield yesterday morning and the crack kept growing so I knew I had to get it replaced. I called tons of places yesterday but no one had availability that fit my weird schedule for a few weeks. Beyond happy with their service!! My husband's car was broken into on late Sunday night while in SF. The little passenger corner window was broken and the ENTIRE back window was completely busted out, glass EVERYWHERE in the car. My husbands insurance told him they'd have Bruton's contact him in the morning in regards to schedule a repair, so we're thinking we'll hear from them at like 10am... they called at 7 am and told us they had everything they needed and would be there between 12-2. WHAT?! So fast!!! Thank goodness for short window times! The gentleman, I believe his name is Scott, arrived right after 12 and got straight to work! It wasn't even an hour later and he was all done and the car windows looked amazing!!! I was so excited. AND!!!! To make things even better, he cleaned out ALL the shattered glass from the inside of the car! After the incident and not getting back to Roseville until 2am, we didn't have the patience to clean all the glass out, and we definitely weren't expecting them to do that for us!! He even cleaned it off of the passenger seat! That really was the cherry on top! There's so much to do after a car break-in and theft, so having the windows fixed SO quickly really really made us feel better. My husband loves his car and was extremely bummed that it happened but we're both so thankful for the promptness, kindness and quality of this business. A friend recommended this place to us. We purchased a used car and realized immediately that we had a bad water leak in the trunk. We narrowed it down and concluded the back rear windshield was not properly seated or had deteriorated. We called Bruton's Friday morning and they were gracious enough to have someone out the same day at 11 AM. The technician Anthony (who is wonderful) removed our glass and realized we had a water leak and considerable rust. He provided us our options (either he would grind down the rust or have a body shop do so). We had him grind down all the rust and reseat our original glass. It rained today and no water in the trunk. We are so grateful! We had been dealing with this issue all week after work. The women we called also was great and friendly. I really feel the need to update my review (not give any more or less stars) but just to touch on what Rick replied to it... He stated they "immediately" called me for clarification, incorrect as you can see in my review they called me two days later the morning of my appointment. He also stated it was booked as a tempered glass appointment and they called me to change it to laminated...incorrect again, at least on my end because as I stated before, Scott(?) and I spoke about the laminated and that is what we ended up booking. I still stand by what I said, horrible business practice to wait 2 days to call me the day before my trip knowing I was in a rush. Luckily I found someone else who came out the same day, I paid an arm and a leg (as can be expected with a last minute mobile service like that) but i was on the road the next morning. read more
