Nicely Done! Thad…read moreand Kyle are very professional and they both did an outstanding job replacing our windscreen on our Lexus RX350. They came highly recommended by our local Roseville Lexus dealer, so this is why I chose them. I was told they are the 1st choice by our local Lexus dealer for this work. Can I say more? Now, that's a great endorsement. I got a quick appointment within a few days and they replaced our windscreen in about 30 minutes. Working with our insurance company was quick and easy and they had all the paperwork done, ready to sign. They showed up with out new glass all ready for the install. The weather was perfect and in about 30 minutes they were finished. Now, if only I could keep rocks from I-80 from becoming airborne and magically attracted to glass, that would be great! Thank you, Thad & Kyle.

I showed up at 8am on Friday, and was greeted by Nash before the shop opened at 8:30am as walk-in customer. I had spoken to Nash on the phone the day before and gotten a quote but forgot to make an appointment. Nash told me that they would have to order the windshield as the shop can't keep everything in stock. He said they could grab the windshield during their 9am parts run, it would be at the shop by 10am, and then it would be about 2 hours for install and calibration (or about Noon). I was back on the road by 10am. Thank you so much! My friend has been here twice before, and I will definitely be back because of the quality, value, and speed of service! They've been in Rocklin for over twenty years and I can see why. If you need to wait: there aren't any shops or restaurants nearby (and Pacific can be a pretty busy road to walk), but there is a small waiting area in the office.
