I had a great experience with Exceptional Auto Glass in Roseville. They replaced my windshield and got the fit 100% right. It looks amazing, and I'm extremely happy with the quality of the work. Sal was very professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything to me. I also really appreciated their customer service. My appointment was at 4:30, and because I was coming straight from work, I arrived a little late. Even though they close at 5:00, they waited for me and still took care of everything without making me feel rushed. The entire experience was smooth, and everyone was very pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend Exceptional Auto Glass to anyone needing windshield or auto glass work. Great service, great workmanship, and they went above and beyond to accommodate me. read more

I was calling around for quotes as I got a windshield split from all the rocks kicking up from highway 65 to 80 in the Roseville area during the heavy rain and wind yesterday afternoon. I found this place and got the most reasonable price between 777 Auto Glads and Auto Glass Combat Vet. Interesting enough, one of my employees recommended this place as well after I told them I was hunting for a windshield repair shop. Sal picked up the phone and was able to provide a quote immediately and had the windshield in stock. After our phone call, I dropped off the vehicle about 15 minutes later and they called me back in around two hours stating the windshield was replaced and the sensors recalibrated. The service was professional, quick and prices affordable. Sal was also able to educate me on how the sensors were calibrated as well. I would highly recommend coming here! read more

Great service and new windshield. Answered questions easily with no BS. Saved me money over Safelite.

I was referred to this place by my auto repair shop to help me with reattaching the cover of the AcuraWatch camera on the windshield of my MDX. According to Acura dealership, I'd have to replace my windshield with a factory product since the camera comes attached to it. All I needed was a professional to apply an adhesive to keep the cover from coming off. Thank you Sal! Not only did he take care of the problem right there and then, he didn't charge me anything. I can't believe business like these still exist! What exceptional customer service! I highly recommend them and will come back when I have auto glass issues. read more

Don't hesitate and go to Exceptional Auto Glass! Best in the business. Unfortunately, I had to have two windshields installed within a month due to rocks. These guys made the process simple, had no problem authorizing OEM glass through my insurance. They obtained the glass and installed it within a day! Exceptional, indeed! read more

Dropped a suitcase from my garage ceiling storage shelf onto my windshield (don't ask), and this place lived up to their name. They were fast, clean, efficient service, and the staff were genuinely kind and professional. In and out without a hitch. Also, they were very well priced. Highly recommend! read more

Unfortunately I needed to replace my windshield due to a screw flying right into my windshield on the highway. Luckily, I found Exceptional Auto Glass and not only were they transparent with their price, but they also answered all my questions prior to my visit. I ended up calling back two weeks later for a same day appointment and Sal was able to take me in! Upon arrival, he greeted me at the door, took down my information, then him and his team got to work. I received a call an hour later that my car was done and Sal gave me a debrief on the recalibration. Truly exceptional customer service! Thanks Sal and team! read more

I am so grateful I chose Exceptional Auto Glass! I had a crack in my windshield around the size of a quarter. I called ahead to confirm the price. Everyone was very friendly and kind. The crack was deep so there was a possibility that the whole windshield would crack during repair. But the team was able to avoid that. I was in and out so quick. I would highly recommend! read more

When it comes to windshield service Exceptional Auto Glass is the ONLY auto glass service I'd recommend. I've had multiple service experiences with EAG and owner Sal. My last experience involved the replacement of a Honda Sense multi-purpose camera. I purchased the OEM part ($900) and Sal was able to install and recalibrate my truck, even though the truck is lifted for $300 ($1,200 total). Dealer wanted over $2,200 and was unlikely to recalibrate a lifted truck. Sal is a genius in addition to demonstrating customer appreciation not found in most service/dealer locations. If you have to drive over 100 miles to get your windshield serviced by Exceptional Auto Glass, it would be worth the trip! read more

My husband and I drove in from out of state on a Saturday and ended up having our front driver window shattered. We filed the claim that night with our insurance company and found them on the list of covered places but knew that we wouldn't be contacted until Monday morning since it was the weekend. They called within 15 minutes of opening their shop, asked if I could come in that day, and was able to pick my car up later that same day.. completely fixed! Thanks to my $0 comprehensive deductible, it was completely covered! They cleaned out all the glass, the window was spectacular and the service was absolutely effortless!! 1000/10 would recommend! read more

UPDATE....just another great experience with this shop replacing the windshield on our Hyundai Kona. Sal was on vacation so we had the pleasure of dealing with employee Ivan for this repair. Again, as before with everyone I have dealt with at this shop, his customer service was an absolute 10++ and the entire transaction was handled smoothly and perfectly. This business deserves a much higher rating than five stars! Thank you much, Ivan! read more

Exceptional Auto Glass is exactly that EXCEPTIONAL! Sal and his crew are the best. I recently took my truck in to have the back glass replaced and I couldn't be happier with the results. What really set them apart was the attention to detail. They brought in 6 different windows before they found one they were happy with. The communication was great the whole time and the installation, which they did the same day, is perfect! Id give them 7 stars if it were an option read more

The guys at Exceptional Auto Glass were beyond exceptional! I have a 23 VW GTI that took a rock, cracking my windshield. After insurance did their part, the gentlemen at Exceptional Auto Glass worked closely with me to get my glass ordered and scheduled for repair. It took only three days for my glass to come in! And on the same day the glass was delivered, we had enough time to install it. These guys are pros. Recalibration went smoothly and gave me all the paperwork needed for my records. If I could give more than five stars I would. This company does business right and their quality of work is outstanding. George is absolutely amazing & completely professional!! He handled the insurance company from start to finish. I recommend 110%.

I was given the recommendation to come here by Justin's car wash to fix cracks in my windshield. Before arriving I checked the online reviews that were very good for this business. When I arrived, I found out the bigger crack had spread too much to be repaired. However, the shop Said they could get me in the next day to replace my windshield. They told me just what I needed to do with my insurance and they handled the rest. The technicians were very personal and professional. In less than 3 hours that next day they had fully finished the windshield replacement and the realignment of my adaptive cruise control. I liked that I was in and out in so little time because time is valuable. I checked on the wait of a 'big name' competitor and they were going to have me wait over a week just for them to look at the vehicle. I'm glad I took the chance with trying this place out. My new windshield looks great, my adaptive cruise control works great, and there were no surprises in the business process. I will recommend this place to friends. read more
