Excellent service and reasonably priced! I highly recommend Vision Auto Glass for windshield repair. I had about a half inch crack in the center of my windshield repaired this morning. Steve and his assistant came over early in the morning to avoid the afternoon heat (heat is no bueno during the resin-based repair.) They were professional, friendly and efficient and Steve explained the process as they performed the repair and also confirmed there was a slight risk of the crack spreading during the repair. The repair took less than 30 minutes and the crack didn't spread... in fact, it looks better than it did before - from an obvious fracture to two small dots. (Note it's not a cosmetic repair, so I'm sure results would vary.) read more

However, after a closer look, it ended up being just a little mark on the window shield. He wiped it off. Steve was honest and didn't charge any. I had an appointment and when I got there, they, shawn, said they didn't know I was coming, talked to Sean that scheduled me he was blank... I had a window replaced that was broken into in my Mustang, when I got it back, I couldn't lock it with my fob. I had to lock it manually all the time., I took it back a couple months later after I immediately talked to Sean, when I get there for him to fix it, he insisted it was my fob, I actually physically had to fight with him to get my keys back. I did not want him to touch my car at that point because he thought it was caused by dirt in my fob., of course he insisted it wasn't their fault, then I fought with him still to get my keys back and he refused to give me my keys back, they messed it up the first time, and he was starting to damage it again by tearing into my door, at that point, nothing worked, it got worse.. it was a full-blown argument. I had to argue with him. I don't want him touching my car again. He asked me a question and when I was answering him, he'd start talking over me and then he asked me why I was yelling at him. Vision Auto came over to have a look at the windshield on a new used car I had just bought. The dealer wasn't willing to replace the windshield due to just a few nicks, and it was a seller's market so to speak. Not much I could do. So... I thought I'd have someone take a look. The techs from Vision were great about scheduling and follow up. They were prepared to replace the windshield if needed, but after inspecting it they pointed out places where previous repairs were made and I just didn't know it. (I had thought most windshield repairs were mostly invisible, but that's not the case.) The windshield was not perfect, but the techs said it was fully safe to drive and didn't see any cracking that would likely get worse. Six months later, it turns out they were 100% correct about that. And their service call to my house didn't cost me a thing. We set up appointment for 9 am today. After 2 calls and 2 messages left for them, we are still waiting for someone to show up or at least call us back. The appointment was set up at the beginning of the week and my husband said that Steve seemed like a nice guy. I do not understand why people are late or not even show up for an appointment. It is not fair to the people who requested the service. Our time is important too and at the least a phone call should be made to explain why. It is now 10:45 and nothing. If we get a call, he shows up or any explanation and apology, our rating will change. Stay tuned! He never showed up on Friday. We will see if he returns our calls tomorrow. We had a crack in the windshield of our 98 Expedition. AAA sent out Safelight who we waited over a week for an appointment. The Safelight guy bragged about his 25 years of experience, took an hour to expose the glass, and said there was "too much rust and could loose his job if he tried to replace the windshield". He cobbled it back together with masking tape and drove away (Safelight gets 1 star). Called Steve who came out the next day. Steve spent 5 minutes buffing out the truly minor amount of surface level rust and replaced the glass expertly. He was polite and skilled. Yes, he is a certified AAA repair guy. read more

I was very hesitant to call someone else. So I let the badly cracked windshield go for months while I contemplated paying the dealer price of $1100. Traveling all the way to Lincoln wouldn't work which I understood completely. Vision Auto Glass offered a solution, meet up in a designated area have the work done while I shop. Perfect!!!! Literally the best. I spoke with Steve yesterday, got a quote that was totally reasonable. He laid out everything I should expect from the following morning.
