Phenomenal customer service! I recently got an inspection and repairs here after a fender bender. They worked with my insurance quickly and the whole process was easy. I had some after-market black caps covering the make and model on my vehicle that were damaged in the crash. I figured I'd have to replace those on my own but I was pleasantly surprised that they ordered and replaced them for me instead of using the chrome ones the dealership sent. I was completely satisfied with the quality of the actual work done in the end. However as far as customer service my experience was pretty bad. The turn around time was very long and the attitude of the staff was very unwelcoming and unprofessional. When I finally got my car back it was making a very loud noise and it was shaking. I called to let them know and they immediately started to try and deny responsibility. When I took it back in it turned out they forgot to tighten my lug nuts on my tire. So I was driving on the freeway with a loose tire. That is extremely negligent and dangerous! And you would think I would receive some type of apology for this pretty big screw up on their end but nope. Nothing. That isn't just poor customer service it's just disrespectful. It's a shame their customer service doesn't match their quality of work. read more

I came in with a need for a precise color match on any body work to be done. This was on a new vehicle which I had for 10 days. Some idiot sides-wiped me on the freeway while texting. I went to 3 places and after talking with Paul left my car here for work and paint. I let him no that it was important to get the color right, or I would not accept the car-- and it was important that the dent not just be pulled out, but a new piece of metal be used (front fender). Monday morning, 5 a.m, rear ended in my 10 day old car (what up Brad G! 10 day accident club!!) and as I make my way back to town, my insurance recommends Corbys. I've been in Vacaville for years and have heard of and done some business with Corbys, but never needed their services until now. The insurance tells me all they would do that day is take pictures and then it would be a few more days for the paperwork, then the repair would start. As if I couldn't be anymore pissed at this point, the agent manages to do so by basically saying my repair wouldn't start for up to a week. Then I pull up at Corbys. I tell Paul my story and unfortunately it sounded all too familiar to him. We take a look at the car, he says right away its not drivable because the headlight is broken. So here's where it gets good. Paul goes inside and gets the agent on the phone and tells her the car isn't drivable (you could tell she didn't agree), and he kinda starts to raise his voice a bit. Not loud, just an attention getter. Very G move, mic drop-esque. Paul is the nicest guy, he's all business. Next thing you know, he takes my keys and says my rental car will be there soon. Paul initially said about 3 weeks for the repair. I totally understood the 3 weeks. Order parts, deal with insurance, paint, etc. Not a problem, I felt I was in good hands. THEN, I get a call from Paul a couple days later for an update (HE called ME, I didn't have to call him. That's service.) and he said everything was approved and they were already working on it! So this week rolls around and Paul calls me Tuesday and says it's done! WHAT!! He said he had some extra hands on it and they knocked it out. I had just brought it in the PREVIOUS MONDAY. Blown away, I go pick it up and it's flawless. Looks brand new, like legit brand new. Needless to say, I'll never go to or recommend another body shop besides Corbys. Amazing repair time, good home town service, great quality work. Paul coulda let me drive outta there from the get go, but he felt it wasn't safe. He followed up with me on his own, he spoke to the insurance company and fought for what he thought was right. After my car was rear ended last month I wasn't sure where to start. After talking with my insurance I got a phone call from Paul, owner of Corby's Collistion, on a Friday afternoon after closing hours. Paul assured me all I needed to do was bring my car in Monday for the assessment. When my husband and I decided we wanted Paul to do the repairs, he got me in quickly and started work right away. When there was a problem with the tailgate mechanism Paul got my car to the Acura dealership and made sure everything was right before returning it to me. I went in on a Thursday to discuss the damage on my car. He had me bring in on the following Monday. It was ready by that Thursday. I was a little nervous to pick it up with him only having it a couple days. The left back corner panel was all smashed in with a pictures whole. Scraped to the metal. It is a brand new car 2018. He did an amazing job. You can't tell. The painting was flawless. He fixed all the scratches around the trunk of the car. They were half the price of Cooks Collision. They were way to expensive. I will be bring ing my car back to Corbys. Just hopefully not to soon. read more

Paul overcharges on electric window repair. 2 windows needed regulators and he charged $330 per window.Other places charge around $225 as i found out later....He was fair in the past, but not anymore.They may do ok body work, but it ends there....By the way, cash or checks are only excepted, No credit cards ! Not informed about this when i arrived to have the work done by him verbally, he said sign on door (small) states it, but Only After work was done ....1 Star Only deserved, because the windows do work now. read more
