The truck was ready at the end of the day as promised. But when I came to pay, the invoice did not state they completed all the fluids exchanges as promised. When I called them on it, I was told I could simply crawl under the truck and remove the fill cap and look and see it had fresh oil. This left me speechless. I did not know what to to say. I should have pushed back and insisted they give me a invoice that stated that they did the service as promised. I even removed the skid plates off the bottom of the truck to make it easier for them to work on it. I would give a five star review but can only give a 3 star in light of the invoice issue and the crass attitude.
