One technician took the time to help an older customer understand what was going on with her car before she left. He also assisted another customer in Spanish when she was having trouble communicating in English, and you could tell he made her feel comfortable and understood. I also had the chance to meet Matt, the owner. Based on my first visit, Wrench Works seems like a great shop with a team that genuinely cares about its customers. I'm looking forward to having more work done on my car here.

The owner ordered a new part when I was in the shop and told me to bring it in the next day and they would replace the switch. I got a call to come in and pick it up when it was done and by the next morning it was not working. I brought it back in and the person that had worked on the vehicle KJ pulled up the hood and said it was now working after doing something to a few wires. I asked KJ if it stops working again I wanna come back and have a new part put in because this might be a bad part. He said he would put the order in and if I brought it back that they would take care of it and put a new part in. I then called the shop the next day. I said it's not working again so this was after two chances I gave them to fix it. Instead of going forward with the plan to get a new part I was told by the receptionist to take my car to the dealership and that it was the motor. Upon taking it to the dealership they found out it was a faulty switch after I told them Red label &Disel told them it was either the motor or the electrical because they had already replaced the switch. Red label and diesel guaranteed me it was a good part. Red label and diesel put a faulty part in my car. Besides this, I had another issue with Red label and diesel this year after putting a battery in my car I could not get my car to pass smog for seven months because when the battery was put in somehow it did something to my computer system, which I had to take my car into a Honda dealership and get that reset as well. The shop has caused me nothing but problems this year and money spent. I was lucky they refunded me the money on the switch that they did. However, I had to go to Honda dealership and pay for a new motor after telling them that was the issue told to me by Red label &Disel and then when that was not the problem and it was a bad part that Red label &Disel put in I had to then pay for a new part as well. After they put in my battery the earlier this year I had to also pay a hefty bill to get my computer system reset by Honda dealership. I will not be using Red label &Disel ever again.

My husband brought in his truck to replace a sensor and wiring harness. We came and picked up the truck after and it was fine for less than two weeks and the check engine light came on again. We had the truck inspected by a master tech from the dealer. NOTHING had been done. They told us the wiring harness was replaced. The truck had the same wiring harness as when we brought it in. Not even touched. Luckily our bill was only around $500. When we called in to tell them this they asked us to bring it in and that they would make it right. I spoke to Roger and Diane at the front desk. Roger said he needed to verify and inspect that himself because he didn't agree. My husband went in and they gave him back his money and said they said they didn't care if we wrote a negative review or about all the others that are blasted all over their pages. I'm reporting this to the better business bureau, the attorney general, and the department of consumer affairs. This has happened not just to our family but also other people that have posted here as well and it needs to stop. Jim Dandy transmission needs to be held accountable.

I want to give a big shout out to Tim and Tom.. I was out of there in 45 minutes with the good news nothing wrong with my transmission however, I need a new fuel filter and r driver side bearing is making a loud whining noise. I didn't know where it was from. They were very quick and honest, and I felt very secure in my transaction, I would give them a five star and recommend them.
