I have been really disappointed in the shop in the last year, which has been my go to shop since I moved here in 2021! In July, I brought it in because my window would not roll up and down on my passenger side. The owner ordered a new part when I was in the shop and told me to bring it in the next day and they would replace the switch. I got a call to come in and pick it up when it was done and by the next morning it was not working. I brought it back in and the person that had worked on the vehicle KJ pulled up the hood and said it was now working after doing something to a few wires. I asked KJ if it stops working again I wanna come back and have a new part put in because this might be a bad part. He said he would put the order in and if I brought it back that they would take care of it and put a new part in. I then called the shop the next day. I said it's not working again so this was after two chances I gave them to fix it. Instead of going forward with the plan to get a new part I was told by the receptionist to take my car to the dealership and that it was the motor. Upon taking it to the dealership they found out it was a faulty switch after I told them Red label &Disel told them it was either the motor or the electrical because they had already replaced the switch. Red label and diesel guaranteed me it was a good part. Red label and diesel put a faulty part in my car. Besides this, I had another issue with Red label and diesel this year after putting a battery in my car I could not get my car to pass smog for seven months because when the battery was put in somehow it did something to my computer system, which I had to take my car into a Honda dealership and get that reset as well. The shop has caused me nothing but problems this year and money spent. I was lucky they refunded me the money on the switch that they did. However, I had to go to Honda dealership and pay for a new motor after telling them that was the issue told to me by Red label &Disel and then when that was not the problem and it was a bad part that Red label &Disel put in I had to then pay for a new part as well. After they put in my battery the earlier this year I had to also pay a hefty bill to get my computer system reset by Honda dealership. I will not be using Red label &Disel ever again. read more

I brought my car in so they could check the power seats. The lobby has a laid back feel with some very calm dogs that lounge or may approach you very slowly in hopes for a little scratch. The shop ordered the part and called me when it arrived. I dropped off the car and they had the part installed in no time. I find that the staff is courteous and offers helpful advice. They regularly called me with updates on what repairs were needed (it turned out a piece in my door was broken and that more labor and parts were necessary to fix the issue). CP3 Conversion I currently own a 2015 Chevy Duramax diesel and was getting tired of worrying about CP 4 pump failure. I am usually a preventative maintenance kind of guy. I reached out to Red Label Automotive and spoke with Cody. Explain my situation that I wanted to do some preventative maintenance and have the CP three conversion kit done on my Duramax.. A hidden gem! I'm officially a raving fan of Red Label Auto & Diesel. Car repair usually makes me a bit anxious, but the moment I walked into Red Label, I felt completely at ease. The waiting area is unlike anything I've ever seen at an auto shop--funky, fun, and full of charm. Think vintage gas pumps, colorful old license plates, retro stools, and even old theater seating. The second time they replaced my E40D transmission with a BD performance transmission. The truck is running great! Paid $800 to fix an oil leak, it was determined that the oil pan gasket was leaking. RLA said they did the work. Within a week it continued to leak, when I returned it to RLA they said I must have ran something over causing the leak, and they were not liable. I recently had the leak repaired and the problem was the oil pan gasket, which RLA said they replaced. I've had good work done here in the past, but because of this I'll never go here again. read more

Got referenced to Cody and his team by a coworker and I couldn't be happier! I bought a 2000 7.3 powerstroke with 248k miles on it. Red Label went through the truck top to bottom and now it runs like its brand new! They also installed an aftermarket intake, exhaust, leveling kit, load leveling air bag system, touchscreen display with backup camera, headlights, taillights, led light bar, billet grill.... the list goes on! Everything works perfect and Red Labels attention to detail really shows! We also own a 2003 Z71 Chevy Tahoe with 230k miles that we are about to put into Red Labels shop for some TLC and upgrades.
