    Called in as few shops will work on my Range Rover Classic, but they were open to seeing how they could help. I expressed my concerns about the car not starting and thinking it's the Alternator, battery etc. after an inspection they let me know it was just a bad battery! I was very happy to hear it was something that simple and not a bunch of stuff. Got my baby back on the road same day!

Then goes and drops off the car that was in front of me and walks very very slowly back in the lobby and he starts drinking and talking to another girl associate It wasnt until another car pulled up next to me for him to wake the hell up and realize he has a job to do! I think his name is Manuel Lopez. As you can see from the photos there was absolutly no cars in front of me and you cant see but when I took this photo it was when he was in the lobby talking to a girl. And when he finally checked me in you can 100% tell he didnt wanna be here. He made me sign 4 signuartes not even telling me what im signing. He just said "sign here 4 times" Just Sloppy presence all around. I hope the manger sees this and trains this guy again! DO BETTER!

No upselling, no scare tactics, no inflated labor stories--just honesty and competence. Chris, my service advisor, was phenomenal. Nick, the foreman mechanic, went above and beyond to thoroughly inspect the car and explain what was actually needed (and what wasn't). I also want to recognize Jennifer, the service manager, who was involved behind the scenes the entire time. Even though she wasn't always front and center, her leadership and advocacy were obvious throughout the process. She ensured everything was handled correctly and professionally, and her involvement truly made a difference. The difference between this dealership and the previous one was night and day.     Over the past few days, I've been working out a deal for a Rivian on this lot. After a lot of back…read morein forth, we settled on a price I was comfortable with and I came in to test drive the car. When inspecting the car, I noticed how unkept it was. Mounds of sand in the front truck, the storage tunnel had drawings made with crayons on it. Just unkept and filthy everywhere. I test drove the car and noticed it had a slight pull to the left, which made me question the vehicles history, and asked for a full report. The car had an open recall, and when I asked the manager about fixing it, he tried to sell me on how they sell cars with recalls all the time and took no ownership over the issue. He stated that because Rivian has a slower turnaround time, that they refused contacting them about the truck I was interested in. Basically putting the issue on me. They clearly didn't recondition the car. Rushed it to market, and haven't invested anything into it. The sales rep was fine - more of a yes man - even agreeing with me on things I found questionable. The sales manager - Mike - refused to take ownership of anything and offerd no solutions to valid questions/issues.
