Most recently, my "change oil" light came on, so I stopped in assuming I needed service. Instead of just going ahead with the oil change, they took the time to check my history and let me know that since I used Mobil 1 oil last time, I'm actually covered for up to 10,000 miles. They explained that my car is simply set to alert me at 5,000 miles, so I didn't need an oil change yet. They easily could have taken my money since I came in expecting to pay, but their honesty really stood out. That level of integrity is rare and truly appreciated. Experiences like this are exactly why I'll continue to be a loyal customer. Highly recommend!

Jesse did an excellent job with my oil change and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Russ checked my tires and took the time to make sure everything looked good, and Jeff, the downstairs technician, thoroughly checked everything under the hood to make sure my vehicle was in great shape. On top of the excellent service, my oil change came with a complimentary car wash and interior cleaning, which was such a nice surprise! It's not often you find a team that combines excellent customer service with quality workmanship, but that's exactly what I experienced today. Thank you, Jesse, Russ, Jeff, and the ladies who vacuumed my car for treating both me and my car with such care. You've definitely earned a repeat customer, and I'll be recommending 7 Flags to my family and friends. Keep up the amazing work!

I recently noticed a nail in one of my tires, so I brought it in and they put a plug in it. The very next day, my tire pressure dropped again. I went back and asked them if they could properly patch the tire because driving on it like that isn't safe. That's when they told me patches are NOT covered and it would cost $35. I told them they need to be more clear about what's actually covered under their warranty. After that, the customer service completely changed. The guy got slick with me and started talking smart instead of trying to help. I'm just a working class man trying to save a dollar, and this is the kind of treatment I get for supporting their business. I honestly do not recommend this place. You're probably better off going to Costco or Big O Tires down the street where the warranties and customer service are much clearer and more professional.
