Jesse did an excellent job with my oil change and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Russ checked my tires and took the time to make sure everything looked good, and Jeff, the downstairs technician, thoroughly checked everything under the hood to make sure my vehicle was in great shape. On top of the excellent service, my oil change came with a complimentary car wash and interior cleaning, which was such a nice surprise! It's not often you find a team that combines excellent customer service with quality workmanship, but that's exactly what I experienced today. I recently noticed a nail in one of my tires, so I brought it in and they put a plug in it. The very next day, my tire pressure dropped again. I went back and asked them if they could properly patch the tire because driving on it like that isn't safe. That's when they told me patches are NOT covered and it would cost $35. I told them they need to be more clear about what's actually covered under their warranty. After that, the customer service completely changed. The guy got slick with me and started talking smart instead of trying to help. I'm just a working class man trying to save a dollar, and this is the kind of treatment I get for supporting their business. I honestly do not recommend this place. You're probably better off going to Costco or Big O Tires down the street where the warranties and customer service are much clearer and more professional.

One technician took the time to help an older customer understand what was going on with her car before she left. He also assisted another customer in Spanish when she was having trouble communicating in English, and you could tell he made her feel comfortable and understood. I also had the chance to meet Matt, the owner. Based on my first visit, Wrench Works seems like a great shop with a team that genuinely cares about its customers.
