I got all 4 of my tires from this shop. They told me if I ever got a nail or had an issue, plugging and patching would be covered for free. I recently noticed a nail in one of my tires, so I brought it in and they put a plug in it. The very next day, my tire pressure dropped again. I went back and asked them if they could properly patch the tire because driving on it like that isn't safe. That's when they told me patches are NOT covered and it would cost $35. I told them they need to be more clear about what's actually covered under their warranty. After that, the customer service completely changed. The guy got slick with me and started talking smart instead of trying to help. I'm just a working class man trying to save a dollar, and this is the kind of treatment I get for supporting their business. I honestly do not recommend this place. You're probably better off going to Costco or Big O Tires down the street where the warranties and customer service are much clearer and more professional. read more

Came to this location based on a recommendation and was happy until i realized their mistakes. First off they mounted all 4 tires and two on the right side were inside out.... then proceeded to not balance a single tire and seize my rear left and front right bolt. Very disappointed with the service. Tried to call for a manager and was just ignored and directed to come in. A few days ago, I took my car to a local dealership for its routine biennial inspection. After completing the inspection, they informed me that I needed new front tires, along with replacement pads and rotors for the rear brakes, as well as some other non-tire and brake-related repairs. Long story short, I needed a tire repair and I normally take my car there for my car care. Someone recommended that I try this other place because they'd make the repair "for free." Big mistake!! That other company wanted to charge me $375 for 2 front tires, and that was the LOWEST they would offer me. I went back "home" to Tire Depot and was met with the outstanding prices and quality service I know and love. Recently went here on a Saturday. Called ahead during the weekday asking if I needed to make an appointment and was told to just come on in. Everything worked out great. Got there in the morning right before a small rush of people. All I needed was to fix a flat tire which I wasn't sure how long it would take. Turns out I didn't have to wait too long. The person assisting me, moved the car and was able to get the tire out of the trunk with no problem. I had the spare tire on already. Turns out they recommended not to fix the flat tire since it had 3 nails in it and was cracking a bit. And for $10 more, they had a used tire they could sell me to replace it. Unfortunately, they didn't have 4 tires in stock to fit my car. So, I did what I could and was very happy with the recommendations and service. Especially since I also asked them to check the other tires and put air in them. Before I went to this business, even the tow truck driver who put the spare tire on for me, recommended them. I appreciate knowing that Tire Depot has been in business for awhile and that a lot of people use them for tires, oil change, etc. Would definitely go here again if I need assistance with my tires. read more

This will be an honest review of my experience at The Tire Depot. First, I did call to see if they could/would take me in, they were quite busy for a Sunday morning, the wait was fast however and they got to my car quickly. I went in for a tire alignment and tire balance. The whole process took around an hour. I took my vehicle to another mechanic shop before I went to The Tire Depot and they didn't fix my alignment, then proceeded to charge me for it. As hard as it is to trust mechanic shops, this is one shop I trust. At first I was really nervous about getting ripped-off but in the end everything went okay, and both my alignment and balances were completed correctly. read more

I came here yesterday because my oil light came on randomly during my trip to the Bay Area (yes I'm a terrible car owner :/ ). So on my way back I desperately tried to look for place that will finish my oil change within about 30 mins so I could go back to work ASAP. I called the tire depot second and I am pretty sure Ali the owner answered the phone, he was very clear and concise in providing info to me and I decided to go there because he seems very nice, they can finish my car QUICKLY, and they charge less than nearby places (the other place charged like 80-90 for my car? Wut) Note that honesty and integrity of the shop is VERY important to me becuz I am really bad with cars haha and y'all already know it's easy to be taken advantage of at times. But I can assure u Tire Depot have both of those things and will take care of you (at least for oil change :p) ! I came in and becuz I called, he considered it an appt so I was put in front of the two ppl that were kinda there at the same time as me. Thank god! Anyway, they changed it in about 30 mins and I was in and out under 40. Ali was super nice and make sure u mention the $5 yelp coupon! My total with tax for full synthetic was $59.99, but know that if ur car has like 6 cylinders it's probably more. For some odd reason my tire was slowly losing pressure and when I mean slowly i mean suuppperrr slloowww. It took me a while to realize that it'd probably be in my best interest to get a new tire so I stopped here one early morning before I needed to make a trip to South City. It was just two guys at the shop, a young guy and and older gentlemen. They took my tire off and submerged it into their well to find where the leak was coming from - turned out I ran over a nail. The hole was un-patchable so I needed to buy a new used tire. While the older gentlemen was replacing my tire, I was able to chat with the young guy. He was really friendly and we started to talk about the car show I was heading to later that day. The tire was fairly priced - I was pretty shocked how cheap it was. Waited up the street from here at (un-named chain tire store) for a tire to get patched after calling and being told to come down. They had me waiting for over 3.5 hours before I asked for my keys back. I went to Tire Depot due to the good experience I had with used tires a few years before. They got me in immediately!!! Even though it was a rental car they fixed it easily and quickly for $15 (just a plug not a patch). They are where I am going next time. I guess the "free flat fix" was why I went to the other place. I feel so dumb because I can't get back the almost 4 hours I lost waiting for "free". It would have been so worth $15 to get it done on the spot with no waiting at a shop that appreciates their customers and makes sure you know it. TIRE DEPOT!!!
