This was my third time coming to this shop, and unfortunately it will be my last…read more I brought my Mercedes SL in to have lowering links installed. Right after the installation, I noticed the car sat unevenly, and the vibration kept getting worse. I took it to an alignment shop, where they found the bracket for the lowering link had been broken and a metal plate had been installed over it as a cover up. When I called the owner, he claimed the plate had already been there. I find that hard to believe. If the bracket was already damaged, I should have been informed before the work was done. Very disappointed with the lack of honesty and transparency. I won't be returning, and I recommend others inspect the work carefully.
