I had a really good experience coming here to Midnite Auto. Vicky at the front desk was really polite, welcoming, and helpful and Steven took the time to explained to me what he was going to do to fix my alignment issue and even shook my hand and introduced himself, something you don't see anymore in this industry. Afterwards, my problem was addressed and my truck drives straight. Overall very pleasant experience and wait time was about an hour for the alignment. I got an airlift system installed for my 2024 Tacoma to help with the sagging and payload. The Midnite team did a great job on installing the airlift system. It definitely helps relief the sagging for my heavy loads. We ordered the parts, it arrived in 2 days, got it installed promptly. Can't recommend this company enough. Big thank you to Midnite Auto for getting me into their schedule so quickly! I called towards the end of the day on Tuesday, and they were able to fit me in the very next morning at 9:30 AM. They also offered multiple appointment options depending on my schedule, which I really appreciated. From the moment I arrived, you could tell the shop was very clean, organized, and professional. I was greeted right away by the front desk receptionist who took the time to go over everything with me and made the process very smooth. I brought in my 2024 Tesla Model X Plaid Refresh for an alignment. I mainly wanted preliminary alignment readings before replacing majority of the rear suspension with adjustable arms to address the premature tire wear issues that is notorious on Tesla's . Since the vehicle had never had an alignment done after purchase and was definitely overdue. The technicians were knowledgeable and able to get the vehicle aligned back to factory specifications prior to me installing the new suspension components. Could not have asked for a better experience -- trustworthy, honest, and very professional. Their website and Instagram speak for themselves. They are clearly comfortable working on higher-end vehicles, whether it's European, JDM, domestic, or even trucks -- they truly do it all. More than tires and wheels! I brought my Porsche Macan in for its 40,000-mile service, and they completely blew me away. For anyone who drives a Porsche, you know that the "major service" visit to the dealership usually feels like you're handing over a kidney. I gave them a pretty hefty list--oil and filter, the PDK transmission service, a brake flush, and new spark plugs. They did the service for a fraction of what the dealer quoted me. I dropped it off and had it back the very same day, and the quality of the work is top-tier; the car is running perfectly. I'm genuinely surprised they only have one review. I can't thank this team enough. You can tell this place is built on passion, people who knows what they're doing and don't feel the need to oversell themselves. We're originally from Southern California and were in the middle of a road trip in our van when an oil change was done incorrectly, causing our Mercedes Sprinter to go into limp mode. Steven and his team went above and beyond by staying past their normal closing hours to get us back on the road so we could continue our trip. I regret not remembering her name, but one of the ladies on the team was incredibly kind and caring. It was pouring rain, and she made sure we were comfortable and offered some snacks while we waited. She let our dog stay inside with us as well.
