Instead of addressing the workmanship concerns, you're choosing to label my feedback as malicious and shut down any opportunity to actually review the issues. What's inappropriate is refusing to stand behind your work when a customer raises legitimate concerns after spending around $7,500 on a full vehicle wrap and related services. My intention was simply to have a professional conversation and give you the opportunity to inspect the areas I mentioned. Multiple installers have already pointed out the same issues with visible edges and areas that were not properly tucked. That's not an accusation--it's a quality concern. Your decision not to even look at the vehicle or discuss a resolution speaks for itself. I will continue addressing the issues with another certified installer as suggested. Take care.

He didn't want to give me my money back so instead he told me to bring it back and he will machine rotors for free. I took it back the second time, he took less time than he did the first time. After he said he was done, he claimed that I needed my back brakes and rotors done as well Long story short, my breaks are still squeaking & I ended up paying the same, as if I went to a well known shop (considering the price it cost me to travel back & forth with Ubers and gas). I was a first time customer & by all means this was a 1 star experience. Will not recommend or take my chances of coming back.

If you have read any of my past reviews, you know that I'm fond of their customer service and overall expertise. Since my work schedule was pretty crazy, Jenny made an exception by allowing for me to drop my car off the afternoon prior to the day of my actual appointment (thanks Jenny & team for your flexibility). After Wesley inspected the parts to ensure that everything was complete, I handed over my keys and headed off to work! Late afternoon the next day, I received a text that the installation had been completed and my car was ready to be picked up. As my Lyft driver dropped me off in front of the establishment, I observed my sexy car sitting pretty with her new front lip and side skirts! Before processing payment and handing over my keys, the always personable David, explained to me the process and tools needed to safely secure the parts to the car (a big concern considering how dangerous it would be if a part were to fly off while on the road). To further elaborate on the measures taken to ensure a quality installation, David also explained that they used their own fasteners for the installation; versus using the sometimes mediocre fasteners that are shipped with some car accessories. The attention to detail and customer service is truly what keeps me coming back. Sometime next year (Lord willing) I plan on paying Imperial Works a visit to have my car vinyl wrapped in a color that closely resembles BMW's San Marino Blue (thank you Joe for patiently answering my silly questions pertaining to wraps)!
