Answered me within 5 minute of posting my project. I got the job done quickly and easily no troubles whatsoever, definitely recommend.

Dennis was a life saver and so professional. Thank you for returning calls quickly and getting back to me on all details and for emailing videos. This is my son's car and I live in Southern California. I so appreciated the extra time taken to keep me informed. read more

I had an issue with condensation in my headlight and went to Dvv Advanced Auto. He took the time to properly diagnose the problem of moisture in my headlight and found a hole from a previous accident that other shops missed. He explained everything clearly and gave me realistic options instead of just pushing for an expensive replacement. The pricing was fair and the work was done within a few hours. I really appreciate their honesty and transparency. Would definitely recommend! read more

My car was due for an 80k service. A couple of shops turned me down because of the specialized tools/parts needed to serivce an audi. Dennis was able to order the parts required and completed the service quick! I appreciated that he was very responsive thru texts and provided me with an honest quote before dropping off the car. read more

Responsive when messaging and recommended great product for an economical labor price.

As a female I get extreme anxiety getting my car serviced thinking I am going to get swindled - I am so glad that I chose Dennis because he is super honest, straight forward and reliable, as well as quick! I recently went to the shop because my check engine light came on on my Volkswagen Jetta, and I had a great experience. Dennis was extremely detail-oriented and took the time to carefully inspect the issue and explain everything clearly. He provided excellent service and truly delivers high-quality auto care. What I appreciated most was his honesty and transparency with the estimate. Dennis actually tried to save us money whenever possible and made sure we understood what was necessary and what wasn't. That kind of integrity is hard to find. The pricing was also very affordable compared to other shops in the area. If you're looking for a trustworthy mechanic who does quality work and treats customers fairly, I highly recommend Dennis and his shop! read more

Great service! Genuine, high quality auto care! Affordable prices! Would recommend to anybody!

My clutch finally gave out on my Porsche 911 during my morning commute, so I had the car towed to DVV Advanced Auto. Dennis got me back on the road quickly and at a price that was around a thousand dollars less than the other shops I contacted. That savings came from Dennis passing his parts discount directly to the customer, which was a pleasant surprise. He was knowledgeable, straightforward, and clearly cares about the quality of his work. He also took the time to point out some future maintenance needs without trying to upsell anything, which I appreciated. The car feels refreshed and better than ever. I will definitely be returning for future service. It is great to have found a local shop I can trust. read more

I had a great experience getting my car fixed after it was stolen. Dennis responds quickly and got the work done fast and well. I never felt like I was pressured into services I didn't need, and I'll definitely be coming back in the future! read more

I had a check engine light that came on and took it in to Dennis. He was very thorough and didn't mind showing me exactly what he was working on throughout the process. Although I only went in for a diagnostic, he went above and beyond replacing a few things that needed replacing as well. Very honest and took his time. read more

I don't ever write reviews or rate them. But... I truly was impressed with not only the very thorough work that was done on my car, but I really appreciate the extra "little" things that he had found and fixed along the way (at no charge as well). When I've taken my car to other auto shops before, I can say I've never felt I had an honest experience with any of them. Right away, Dennis was straight forward and detailed with me after a careful inspection. I appreciated that he took time, and was genuine when answering my qu estions, and helping on such short notice. Once He took time to explain parts being ordered and time frame it'd take, he started right away. I brought my car in on a Thursday, and no joke, come Monday morning, he's calling me letting me know it's ready. Upon arrival, immediately he showed me everything that was done, including showing me the warn out/corroded parts he replaced, did some additional "fixes" at no cost (front light, rotate tires that previously put on wrong, etc). He also suggested a few recommendations that were super helpful. I felt that he priced everything at a great, more than fair price for sure. Dennis made the whole process easy-peasy, and he was both very time efficient and thorough with the work on my car. Its dang near impossible to find real honest, decent, mechanics anywhere anymore, and by the grace of God, and a friends recommendation, I found one! My husband was also very impressed with the work, turn around time, and pricing and we both would recommend to everyone. Hands down, by far, the best shop out there. Thanks, Dennis! read more

A+ service & pricing Dennis will take care of all your service needs! Found him on here and saw he had good reviews and I can see why. I'll be back again thanks again read more

Dennis replaced the rear breaks of my car. He was very clear with the quote that he provided me. Although, he did not have the parts in his workshop, he ordered and in 2 hours the parts were there. He replaced the rotors and pads in the same day. He provided me an excellent service and answered all my questions patiently. Thank you Dennis. read more

Looking for a shop to trust these days and it's not easy. The shop gave me a detailed quote and is very responsive. I may do some business with them. read more

Hit up DVV for replacement tires for a model 3. The pricing was competitive and Dennis had me out with new Michelin's faster than a NASCAR pit stop. I'd highly recommend DVV for all your tire needs. read more

Dennis is very knowledgeable and very good at communicating with you. I live in so cal, so it's hard to find a shop that you can trust. At first I was a bit skeptical until I started reading the reviews. He was able to fit me in and got my car fixed and running the next day. Dennis saved me a headache and did not charge me as much as a dealer would for parts and labor. I highly recommend going to Dennis for any car issues or car needs you might have. Thank you again Dennis, I wish there were more shops like yours! read more

Honest service, great quality oil. I was calling around West Sac for an oil change for the same day service. I needed it done between my work shifts and I was out of there in less than 30 mins. He also topped off my windshield wiper fluid. Will definitely be back here for my services. read more

Needed an oil change and also ended up getting my tires rotated. It was more affordable than going to a larger chain. Dennis was very informative and gave me a lot of good tips on how to care for my car during the process. I definitely would recommend this place 100%. read more

Dennis is frankly exactly what I needed - and what most of us need - an honest, transparent and gifted mechanic. You want prompt attention, skilled diagnosis and repairs, and importantly fair pricing, just go to DVV. And trust him. I came to Dennis with a failed smog test and ridiculously little information to help him diagnose it. His shop is cluttered and nondescript; it was close to the end of the business day. But he quickly got my car upon a lift, clicked on a headlamp and without any diagnostic codes to guide him, peeled past two layers of undercarriage protections to find two hidden cracks in my exhaust system. He easily could have done the repairs, but recommended another shop, with specialized tools and a lower labor rate - half the cost to me. For 45 minutes of incredibly fast, intuitive detective work, he charged me very little. For the same checkup at most other places I consulted, they wanted twice to four times as much before starting work. So look past the flashier repair shops, past the crowded lot and clutter at DVV. You'll find a magician and leave confident that your vehicle problem is solved expertly and as inexpensively as reasonably possible. read more

Great service, was able to help me out with a recall and asked for nothing. Would recommend this to anyone that has car troubles.

DVV always gets my family's Corollas in very quickly and at my convenience with a fast turnaround.

Great service. Very friendly, comprehensive and was willing to sit and explain everything that was wrong with my vehicle.

Excellent service by Dennis. Extremely honest and the brake job our Honda needed was done in a flash. Quality work. I would highly recommend. read more

Before I considered contracting their services, I communicated my needs to them. They responded by insisting that I needed to be more specific. I even sent a picture of what I required and clearly stated that I needed a mobile service. The owner replied in an upset tone, saying he wasn't sure why I thought that. When I pointed out that his business had responded to my request and that there was no need for his rude exclamation marks or sarcastic remarks, he continued using exclamation marks and insisted that no one was being rude. At this point, I decided against using his services, especially given this negative start. read more

Super fast response, was able to check my car out right away and fixed the issue in under an hour! Dennis walked me through everything he was doing and was kind and efficient. The price was more than fair for the work he did, I'm happy I found a reliable place to take my car from now on! read more

Thank you so much for fixing the alternator, doing the oil change, and completing an inspection. You're one of the greatest mechanics I've ever met, your expertise and attention to detail really show. I appreciate your hard work and care, and the car is running great now! read more

Very friendly, fast response and service. Very fair price for alignment with brand new alignment machine on my 2023 F-250. A little out of the way to find but worth it. read more

Super impressed with Dennis and his expertise and customer service! I had an issue with my 2011 Subaru Outback. The ABS and traction lights were on and the brake light was flashing. Subaru dealer couldn't fix the issue, tried several of the solutions offered on internet forums...no luck (this seems to be an issue with my make and model). Dennis put it on his diagnostic and completed several troubleshooting steps, patiently shared what the codes were telling him, and then resolved my issue. Super impressed with his knowledge, but just as appreciative of his customer service. Hands down an expert auto mechanic who will go to great lengths to repair your vehicle at a price that feels like a bargain. Thanks, Dennis! read more

I had a problem with my car. I went to multiple places they told me what could be wrong. I found this place through yelp. They were really nice and told me to stop by. I was just looking but he not only told me what was wrong, he showed me too. He had no problem with me being there and seeing him fix. In my eyes that is a huge plus. The price was super reasonable as well. I appreciate it! His service was fantastic. I couldn't have asked for better. read more

This place was great. Dennis got me in as soon as possible when I reached out about my check engine light turning on. He was very communicative about what he was doing and the exact issues I was having with my car. He gave a totally fair price too. Being a young female car owner, I always worry about getting ripped off at car mechanics and I did not feel like this was the case at all! read more

Dennis was such an amazing mechanic and incredibly thorough in explaining everything he was doing (I learned a lot)! I came in because my check engine light suddenly came on while I was driving on the highway and within an hour Dennis was able to diagnose that one of my cylinders was misfiring and replaced the coil and now my car is in working condition again! I highly recommend this place, probably the best auto repair service I have ever received with really reasonable pricing too! read more

Great service at DVV Advanced Auto. Dennis was helpful, responded quickly, and detailed oriented. My check engine light came on a Friday and I was worried I wouldn't get help until the following week. I found Dennis on Yelp and notice he had a 5 star rating. He did not disappoint. He was able to get parts and complete my service in a timely manner. I highly recommend him and will be back. read more

Great communication and I was able to get my car fixed within an hour. I would come back to this shop.
