This is probably one of the best auto shops in all of Sacramento, California! Blade is honest and reasonable and his prices are the best around. I've been coming here since forever and every time he does a great job. He works on a first-come-first-serve basis. However, by 4:30 pm, he usually stops accepting oil changes due to him being backed up with the bigger jobs by then. Anywho, he really is a great guy to work with and does the job! If he finds anything out of the ordinary, he will discuss the problem with you and figure out what your options are. Awesome! I took my car to Blade for an oil change and filters. It was cheaper than most places and it was super fast. Blade took me in to explain what he was doing and also wrote me up an estimate with the costs for a few things he suggested I get done. Bought a 2005 Ford F-150 a couple weeks ago and took it to A Plus Auto Service on Jefferson to get the trans fluid and filter done. The owner Blade was super nice and saved me money. He went underneath to check the transmission to figure out the capacity for the fluid so he can get me a quote for the fluid and service being done and came back in and informed me that the transmission was either brand new or remanufactured, meaning it was recently replaced. Told me even if he got it on the lift and noticed after I left him the truck, he would have called me to tell me I'm wasting my money. Some other shops would have just did the unnecessary work and took my money. It needed an oil change which I am more than capable of doing myself but since he was so nice and honest and I was already there, I decided to get that done in his shop. Overall experience is definitely a 10/10 and would go back for future work and would recommend him to anyone one of my friends and family. It's nice having some so honest in our community. read more

Hidden Gem in West Sacramento. I found this place on accident and glad I did .The owner is honest and I will definitely go back for all my repairs . My alternator went out and he fixed it on Christmas eve . I drove down Jefferson looking for a spot, and because it was Christmas eve the other places wanted to charge triple what he did .
