To those looking for a trustworthy, competent mechanic - this is the place to go. These days it is very difficult to find a mechanic who has a true love for their work. My timing belt broke on my 2002 odyssey and after calling 20 shops within a 50 mile radius, speaking with several shop owners and mechanics, reading many yelp reviews, this is the shop I decided to go with. The guy you want touching your car is "Tasso". Great guy, excellent communication, high level of mechanical competency and just a great personality. I am a certified Aircraft and Powerplant mechanic. What does that mean? It means i'm certified to work/repair on any type of aircraft, including the commercial planes that everyone rides internationally. I am mechanically inclined and can easily tell if someone knows what they are talking about or just full of B.S. The 2nd factor when looking for a mechanic is trust. Obviously you don't want to get ripped off and after 20 phone calls, the ranges of prices went from $350 all the way up to $900. Tasso charged me $360 which was more than fair. After the service was completed, he fully explained in detail what broke, showed me the parts and advised on other things that he recommended getting worked on without using the tone of fear that most mechanics/shops use to try to get you to fix things that you don't really need. When I picked up my van, i dropped off my 2nd car (99 GMC Sonoma) and asked for a full tune up. After that, I plan to take my Galant for a full tune up. Good people are hard to find. So my daughter took her car here yo have a simple oil change, and noticed that after leaving her car was smoking,and making a weird noise. So today, her radiator overheated and spilled all the coolant out. We opened the Hood and noticed the cap wasn't on properly so we went there to have the coolant topped off.....not mad at all on arrival. The guy there is trying to argue us that No one there would put a top on like that. I'm like so you guys never make mistakes here? He wants to go on and on and when it's time for us to talk this dude gets mad and walks away and says their not doing it? SMh never sending anyone there bad service!!!! read more

Absolutely all positive comments are correct and Tasso is a breath of fresh air in the mechanic world - I was referred here from someone who raved almost too much about this place and then I go and find out exactly why ... legit business with all considerations given to the customer in terms of professionalism, explaining and educating, and realizing we work hard for our money and don't deserve to be stuck by excessive cost.
